• Yiceth (2/5): Pésimo - Lo único bueno era la ubicación Lo primero nada más entrar la puerta del baño no cerraba bien,el baño como tal no había un tapete para duchar era súper peligroso duchar tanto los adultos como la niña,después había una cama supremamente rota sin tablas y con un colchón meado qué olía nada más moverte luego esos colchones eran súper delgados era como dormir en el piso literalmente,en la cocina no habían ollas para cocinar para entrar a la lavadora la puerta no valía,la lavadora no funcionaba correctamente,luego el TV no servía no iba ni el internet en toda la casa ni había canales para ver,luego las almohadas eran súper malas también me levanté con dolor de cuello la verdad para el precio que ponen deberían remodelar algunas cosas no repetiría mi estancia ☹️

Y una de las habitaciones daba al hueco del ascensor sin persiana, con lo cual era imposible dormir a causa de la luz del ascensor y del ruido.

La mampara de la ducha suelta con peligro de caída, a una cama le faltaban lamas, cajones rotos, interruptores que no funcionan, persianas que no se podían abrir. Se aviso de las incidencias y no se solucionó nada.

Before we even arrived and checked in, he sent about 20 messages because he was impatient to hand over the key, which created tension during our trip. When we met, he said we could leave our luggage in their office after checking out since our flight was late. However, when we brought the luggage there, they told us they didn’t offer that service, and the guy who told us that stopped answering the phone. Shameful.

• Alali (1/5): - Strand und Stadt sehr schön Die service, ich habe kein warmwasser für dusche, ich habe die service mehrere mal geschrieben und angerufen, die sagen wir schauen es an kein kommt und kein schaut es an ,klimaanlage wenn die an ist nach zwei minuten fängt wasser im Wohnzimmer zu tropfen, tür griff sind raus wenn tür zu ist kann man von außen nicht auf machen, internet ist sehr schlecht geht 5 minuten an und danach halb Stunde aus. Ich empfehle keine, reservier wo anders.

• Dominik (1/5): I don't recommend it to anyone - The only good thing is the location of the accommodation Absolutely ruined furniture first days we had no hot water accommodation smells strange furniture is ruined the same goes for the door handles the bathroom itself has mould and is semi-destroyed after we left we caught bedbugs
• Maria (6/5): Misleading Advert and Poor Customer Service, but a Property with Great Potential - Perfect location. Neighbours were very welcoming. The advert stated the property had 5 beds, but in reality, it only had 4. The single beds included an additional mattress underneath the top mattress, but this is not equivalent to having a proper fifth bed, which was needed for our guest. We were disappointed to find that the description did not match the reality. Furthermore, customer service did not even offer an apology for this misrepresentation.
• Ching (4/5): Disappointing - clean, tidy and quiet, great location, nearly Sagrada Familia. A lot of restaurants around it. No warm water for shower on first night, fixed it quickly. 1. only 1 roll  toilet paper for 5 person for 4 nights, it is unreasonable. Communicated with host but they said they are not hotel service, so we should buy it by ourselves. 2. the shower head cover is broken, always fallin down when shower 3. the cylinder door of the shower base can't open, so the water was spread outside, I need to sweep the floor every night 4.the sink in bathroom can't drain 5.not suitable to stay with over 4 person, knowing that there are only 4 bed when made a booking, the sofa in living room is not a sofa bed, and only 4 pillows. Asked for 1 more pillow, however, no feedback 6. only one air conditioning in living room, there are 3 rooms but only 2 fans, it is not enough in summer. 7. the elevator is only for 3 person each time 8. If you choose to pick up the key from security box where is different location The problems for 2 to 4 were reported, however, didn't fix it
