• Till (1/5): Avoid this place - Do not stay here. Upon arrival, there was feces on the terrace, and the kitchen was filthy. Plates and forks were dirty and unusable. The bedroom mattress had bugs. The jacuzzi was not working, and there was no sauna at all, despite both being advertised. Additionally, the “walls” are not real walls but a folding door. If you have neighbors, you can hear normal conversations and everything else, offering zero privacy. We contacted the property managers immediately. Their response was that the bugs were “harmless”, which is completely unacceptable. They promised to clean the apartment while we were out skiing, but nobody ever came. Reaching customer support was a nightmare. Due to the hygiene issues, lack of privacy, and false advertising, we did not feel clean or comfortable, and this completely ruined our vacation. Avoid this place.

In Nachgang keine Reaktion auf Nachfragen, wahnsinnig schlechter Kundensupport. Frechheit. Nie wieder ARBIO!

• Tina (9/5): Super, moderne Wohnung - leider mit technischen Mängeln! - Schön, modern und sauber! Viel Technik! Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ok. Überdachter Parkplatz Sehr technisch, leider ohne Bedienungsanleitungen, man musste viel probieren. Auch das Heizen war ein Problem. Man konnte werdet die Heizung, die Klimaanlage zum Heizen noch den Handtuchtrockner aufdrehen. Auch auf mehrmalige Anrufe wurde nicht reagiert. Auch eine kleine Mappe mit Erklärungen und dem WLAN Passwort wäre wünschenswert gewesen
• Piotr (4/5): Avoid this place and don't get fooled by nice pics - Sauna worked fine and the central ceiling AC module is much more efficient than your normal wall mounted unit. Also having anti mosquito nets for windows was nice A couple major problems: - it was dirty everywhere. And I don't mean when I stick my hand behind a sofa, I mean everywhere - the whole floor was very dirty with big chunks of dust/dirt in the corners and behind bedroom door, the sofa was both dirty on the surface but also had tons of dust in it which puffed out when I sat down, all windows were dirty, the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes and not turned on (I suspect it was filled by previous guests and ignored by staff), and both kitchen sink and bathroom washbasin were so dirty we had to clean them ourselves because it would be too nasty to use them - with detergents we had to buy ourselves in the local supermarket. Ridiculous - there was virtually no equipment whatsoever in the apartment - no hair dryer, no kitchen utensils, no detergents, no vacuum to do the job of the staff for them, no iron or board - There are almost no power sockets around the whole place, apart from kitchen and bedside there were none, so you can't even plug your own hair dryer in the whole of bathroom. Wife had to dry hair while sitting on the bed - This was originally not an apartment - this one half of the apartment and there is no wall between the "apartment" you are renting and guests next door. There is only a very thin wooden sliding piece of wall that anyone can open at any point from both sides as it has no locks. If you leave any valuables in the room, anyone from the other room can walk in and take it. There is no way of preventing it. - The sliding wall also means you will hear everything from the other apartment like you were standing next to those people - it's actually worse than through a proper door. The people in the other apartment weren't even that loud but we heard every word - There is a railroad literally 100m from the bedroom windows. The trains run all day and all night. Between 4am and 8am on a Sunday there was a train every 15 minutes. I checked with a clock

• Zeev (1/5): Not recommended - First of all, they don't give you an exact address when booking. Only after an hour of searching did we call, and they gave the address. When we entered, the alarm was activated and we were required by the company to disconnect the alarm wires from the ceiling, which is not possible for everyone. The stove didn't work until after all sorts of attempts. Parts of the kitchen were falling apart. The apartment is divided into two so the balcony is shared. They promised us that we would be alone, and of course when we arrived, it turned out that we really weren't alone. The electric shutters in some of the apartments didn't work, so we were completely exposed to some of the rooms. The beautiful jacuzzi on the balcony didn't work. There was 20 cm of black, smelly water in it. The treatment is shocking. They reject you and the level of compensation is extremely low. We explained to them that without the jacuzzi we wouldn't have taken the apartment, so they gave 20%.
• Bognár (4/5): Complaints - The television and the beds. The couch was comfortable and the picture on the wall was aesthetic. The drain didn't work in the shower, the stove didn't work either, however the team tried solve the problem. Part of the kitchen fell apart and we could hear the neighbours so loud. There was no knife we could cut with and we also had no bowl. Getting through the door is challenge if you don't use the key. There was strange a noise at about every 6 am. Like an alarm. and we could not turn of because the tablet on the wall still dont work.
• András (9/5): Superb - Cauction was not in the rules, withdrowed without any information. Code for door does't work, contact phone nuber was unavalible, but staff helped via Booking messenger.
• Zsófia (1/5): Bad - We had many problems and no help from the host. First, the jaccuzzi stopped working after our first night, we tried to ask for help, we called them literally 50 times and they did not do anything about it. Then, the water heating stopped working, there was no hot water in the apartment. After 3 phone calls, they promised us that a technician was coming in a few minutes. Nobody came. Fortunately, my husband and the guy from cleaning were able to figure out the problem and solve it, so we were able to shower at least. The electric lock was also not working, we needed the key to get in the apartment. Also, none of the blinds were working, which was pretty uncomfortable.
• Radek (1/5): Bad - Nothing Bags of farbage in front of appartment. Dirty jacuzzi out of order, no hot water (!!!), no privacy and we heared other people bext door but I mean we heared everything, every move, every sound and every word. Shadow system in front of window was out of order. Holiday ruined. We ended up our stay and wanted our money back. We did not success and we lost our money with no compensation from host. Please choose other accommodation.

• Petra (6/5): Some things to be adjusted and it will be a pleasant place to stay - Very nice location, fresh new apartment looks nice. The jacuzzi is on a shared terrace but you can close the outside blinds so you don't have to watch your neighbors taking a bath. The price was ok. I dont really understand the benefit of having a kitchen when there is no real equipment to prepare breakfast, no salt or oil, no paper towels ... I cant emagine guestss who would benefit from having kitchen without these basic supplies. There is no parking lot assigned when you ask about parking you get a general answer with a link where you have exactly 0 available parking spaces, so you have to google them - it is actually not an issue there are som free nearby, but why should I google it, why cannot the host tell us? The jacuzzi is on a shared terace, during our stay the other room was also occupied with guestss that had really low hygienic standards. We were wondering why the water smells so bad (so we did not used it), but then later in the evening as our neighbourds appered and used the jacuzzi we realized why it happend.
• František (10/5): excelent modern appartment close mountains - Very new modern appartment with a terrace with shared excelent mountain view. Keyless entry. More kitchen dishes for longer living, but enought for sleeping overnight
