• Atso (9/5): - Clean, modern, location, spacious, great terass, two toilets and spacious bathroom. Comfortable bed. TV only showed few channels. TV settings were blocked and could not be changed (for example re-scanning senders not available). WLAN was on the slower side.

• Tkachenko (10/5): Außerdem war die Lage perfekt — so nah am Wasser und an allen schönen Orten rund um den Tegernsee. - Wunderschöne Apartments — einfach wow 😍 Sehr gemütlich, warm, stilvoll und unglaublich sauber. Die Wohnung hat angenehm geduftet, die Bettwäsche war perfekt und die Küche hatte alles, was man braucht. Der Balkon mit der Aussicht war traumhaft ❤️ Die Lage ist ebenfalls perfekt — alles ist nah: der See, Restaurants und schöne Spazierwege. Außerdem verstehe ich die Kommentare nicht, dass etwas „unklar“ sei. Alles ist wirklich logisch und transparent erklärt: Garage, Schlüssel, Check-in — man muss einfach die Anleitung aufmerksam lesen 🙂 Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft und den wunderschönen Aufenthalt! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder ✨ Der einzige kleine Minuspunkt: Im WC fehlte ein Lufterfrischer. Aber das ist wirklich nur eine Kleinigkeit.

• Reinhard (10/5): Wir kommen wieder, mega tolle Ferienwohnung man fühlt sich wie zu Hause. - Sehr sauber moderne Ferienwohnung. Anreise etwas kompliziert, da wir nicht wussten das wir in die Tiefgarage vom Hotel einfahren mussten. Fernseher zu wenig Programme

• Leon (1/5): Katastrophe - Absoluter Witz, kein Code für Tiefgarage! Wohnung nicht aufgeräumt! Keine Entschuldigung nichts!
• Ursula (4/5): Schöne Wohnung,völlig unzureichend betreut,Stay Fritz gnadenlos überfordert. - Die Wegbeschreibung zum Objekt war falsch, Objekt kann nur über Tiefgarage erreicht werden. Schlüssel musste in der Garage mit Code aus einem Schlüsselkasten geholt werden. Ich bin mit dem Zug angereist und musste 3 Etagen der Tiefgarage durchsuchen um den angegebenen Platz zu finden. Laut dort anwesender Personen ,die ich um Hilfe fragte „laufen da immer wieder Gäste durch die Garage und suchen den Schlüsselkasten „. Das Zahlenschloss war verdeckt und schwer zu finden. Die 4 Zahlen zum Einstellen des Codes waren sehr klein und wegen schlechter Beleuchtung und Spiegelung der Metalltasten kaum zu sehen. Es war nicht angegeben in welcher Etage sich die Wohnung befindet. Als ich am Abend nach einer Veranstaltung zurück kam war an der Tiefgarage das Metalltor heruntergefahren,der angegebene Code zum Öffnen war falsch,man musste das Tor über ein seitliches Schloss öffnen,hab ich nach längerem Suchen entdeckt . In der Wohnung war der Vorhang im Schlafzimmer teils abgerissen, es gab unbeschriftete merkwürdig schmeckende Kaffeekapseln,ich hab den ersten Kaffe weggeschüttet und den Rest der Kapseln liegen lassen. Es waren keine Geschirrtücher da,kein Spüllappen,kein einziger Spültab. Sehr schade denn eigentlich ist die Wohnung schön. Nie wieder Stay Fritz , auch wenn ich Abenteuer liebe. Siehe oben
• HAMAD (7/5): هدوء - لا يوجد افطار الوصول الي المكان بسهولة وجراءات تسلم المفاتيح سهل جدا والوصول كذلك والباركنج اما بخصوص الواي فاي اعتقد بإن الجيران يعرفون الرقم السري لان في النهار يكون بطئ وبعض المرات لا تستطيع ان تشبك ممكن الباسورد سهل الحفظ علي الجيران وانصح بتغيره وكذلك زيادة الارقام للباسورد وشكرا 🌹 المكان بعيد جدا عن البحيرة وكذلك في وسط مباني كثيرة وغير مطلع وكذلك السعر مبالغ جدا جدا جدا لا يستحق المبلغ

• Nikhil (5/5): Great flat but not very well managed by the host in terms of cleanliness and facilities. - Beautiful flat in an excellent location. Two toilets and massive terrace. There is a high chair which is very useful when travelling with small children. The place was not hovered when we arrived and we had to clean the floors first. Also both shower heads were broken. The bedroom is not completely dark as there is no black out, which isn’t great for small children. No tea or hand towels or iron were provided and there is no tea or coffee or oil for cooking.
• Daniel (8/5): Schönes Apartment - Sehr schönes modernes Apartment mit grundlegend hohem Standard. In sehr guter, ruhiger Lage. Zu Fuß ist man in 5 Minuten am See. Kostenlose Tiefgaragen-Parkplätze vorhanden. Freundliches Personal am Telefon. Die Schlafcouch ist eine absolute Zumutung und dem Standard nicht angemessen. Zugang zum Apartment sehr kompliziert. Sauberkeit ließ etwas zu wünschen übrig. Insbesondere in Bad und Toilette. Klimaanlage funktioniert nur bedingt.

• Mayer (2/5): good apartment horrible management - locations and the qualtiy of the apartment is nice. The management of this property is a disgrace, which is a shame because the apartment was nice. Comunication form Stay Fritz is horrendous, they never reply to messages, do not pick up the phone and do not send proper instructions to get into the apartment. They entrance of the garage is 200 meter from the entrance on an entirely different street. It took us an hour to find it and the hosts are super unhelpful. They communicated only three times> told request payment. to make sure we leave to makes ure we help the cleaners....
• Penelopesky (10/5): Great stay, great value for money - Very beautifully designed apartment, spacious and super comfortable, featuring everything needed (even though we didn’t really prepare any meals there so can’t speak about the kitchen). Especially loved the big balcony! The mattress of the living room sofa was very thin and not comfortable to sleep in.
• Anja (9/5): Superb - Very nice location, directly in the centre of Tegernsee. Spacious, light and very comfortable. Cool interior design, modern and new.
