• Jessica (10/5): - Läget är toppen, nära tunnelbanan, Café med fantastisk frukost bara några meter bredvid. Snabb återkoppling från uthyraren vid frågor. Uthyrare erbjöd byte av rum samt ersättning när vi påtalade ostädat rum. Städningen finns en hel del att jobba med.
• Martin (3/5): - Location was close to where i was working and the bed was very nice. shower was very hard to get hot water out of and when i did it was very low pressure, the place needs a really good deep clean. I didnt cook anything in the house for that reason and ate a take away every night. The TV remote had buttons missing so i couldnt watch anything.

• marlene (9/5): Séjour très agréable, hôte sympatique et bon rapport qualité prix. - Très bien situé, le métro à quinze minutes , chambre propre et agréable, hôte à l'écoute et disponible, cuisine et équipement correct. Le débit d'eau chaude était faible faible, le mitigeur un peu difficile à régler.

• Louis (1/5): DON'T book this disgusting place! - That place was gross and smelly, you can taste the air, the bathrooms are gross, there's stains and scum all over everything, there's open food in the kitchen cupboards, the entrance looks like an abandoned building with cracked windows and hideous graffiti and the property manager was rude and unhelpful. We cancelled immediately and booking.com did nothing to help us get a refund. They're telling us we have to pay a cancellation fee which is 2/3 of what the room cost.

• Mscb (8/5): Very good - So I arrived at this apartment and there was some confusion because I had not booked for the entire period of my stay. The owner was extremely helpful and resolved my issues. Also, there is a member of staff at the premises (Robbie), I believe who could not have been more helpful. The room was for a single person. It was clean, acceptable and you get what you pay for. If there is a slight criticism I would say it would be great to have WiFi. The kitchen is clean, as is the toilet and shower both of these are shared. I did not see anyone during my stay although it was apparent I was not the only guest. There was an issue with my bed on the second night which was resolved by the owner. It is fair to say that he did go out of his way to be accommodating. He also offered to order food for me when I arrived late on the first night - though this was not necessary. Once you are inside the property it is very hospitable. The bus stop is right outside the property which is very handy for Stockwell Station and Victoria Coach station. Outside the property a few doors down is a bit rough. The toilet on the ground floor needs attention - the cistern continually replenishes itself - this is not a major problem but annoying.

Which in turnmde it uncomfortable finding where our room was. Informed by the property owner that it's a home and not a hotel. Only one pillow on bed per person. The locks on door need updating. Property owner had poor customer skills which impacting on the comfort of our stay. Shower head was found in the floor of shower as no shower head holder. Very dated bathroom and felt very erie. Would not recommend a solo traveller staying there if they easily feel uncomfortable
