- Simone (7/5): Gute Lage und sauber - Sehr gute Lage, in 10 min ist man in der Altstadt. Kleines Zimmer, sauber und ok für eine Nacht. Ruhig war es auch. Es gibt keine 24 Std. Rezeption, wie bei Booking.com beschrieben. Ich habe vom Vermieter geschrieben bekommen, dass das Einchecken nur bis 14.30 Uhr möglich ist, da er arbeitet. Das war für mich nicht möglich. Daraufhin hat er mir geschrieben, dass eine Dame dann für mich aufmacht. Ich bekam ihre Telefonnummer. Glücklicherweise war sie da, als ich ankam, sie sprach nur Spanisch, hat mir schnell alles gezeigt, gab mir die Schlüssel und ging wieder. Den Vermieter habe ich überhaupt nicht gesehen. Leider wurde mir nicht gezeigt, wie die Dusche funktioniert, es kam einfach kein Wasser… Ich finde den Preis daher einfach zu hoch. Vielleicht ist es sonst besser und der Vermieter auch mal vor Ort in seiner Wohnung.

- Yuka (6/5): Fine - Location is fantastic. The host lives there alone ( or so it seems), thus 24 hours reception is not always possible as he needs to go out too. But the price is great for its location. No WIFI available. I asked for it but received no replies from the host. The WIFI bill for my mobile phone was shocking.

- Xitao (7/5): it was an OK stay over for one night - Easily access to local public transportation for airport shuttle bus or city metro from the property, there are supermarkets and Asia restaurants nearby. the location is perfect as it is just at Plaza Ernesto Erkoreka. In fact, the room is inside an apartment, which shall be called or considered as an airbnb rather than a hostel. The bars and local restaurants are just outside of entrance gate of the property. No hot water kettle and short of necessary equipments such as small refrigerator, microwave in the room which are very commond in any airbnb in north America. There is NO sight for exit of the apartment. The bed is too small.

- Ian (10/5): Exceptional - The friendliness of the host. He kindly allowed me a 23.50PM check-in. The apartment is right beside the river in the centre of Bilbao just a few minutes walk from the Guggenheim and all the main attractions of Bilbao, on the beautiful riverside walk. All public transport options very near (trains, trams, buses) and an excellent bar-restaurant just next door but still the apartment is perfectly quiet. Nothing !

- Shane (10/5): Exceptional - Jabier is a fabulous host, with great communication, and always asking if he is able to help with any needs. The room offered was clean and simple - perfect for a solo traveler . Close by is an express supermarket restaurant and walking along the river, taking you into the city and arts museum. As a cyclist ( fast lite bike), I was provided security for my bike . Down stairs is a lovely restaurant, friendly staff, and a cold beer on arriva ( beer = cyclists friend) l. The room is quiet , away from street noise
