• ANTONIO MATA (4/5): - La ducha está atascada y la tapa del inodoro rota, hay un sofá manchado, en el único armario que hay , en un cajón falta un tirador para poder abrirlo, los colchones son antiguos y no cumplen ninguna condición de confort, no tiene conexión a internet. En general el apartamento no cumple con un mínimo por el precio que se paga, parece que vale cualquier cosa para alojarse, pero no, hay que cuidar los apartamentos para que el cliente tenga una estancia buena.

There were many bike rental parking locations nearby. Parking included in the price. The light in the room did not work. Towels and bedsheets had stains on them. We informed the owner right away and thy provided us with new towels. However, they did not fix the light. From this point on, we stopped reporting issues to owner as there were too many and we should have just spent the whole vacation complaining and waiting for issues to get fixed!! The AC in the room did not work and the room was very cold in March. Parking was two blocks away. The washing machine had bleach inside possibly from the previous use and screwed all our clothes!

Lo mejor para reforzar la sensación de limpieza que necesito cuando estoy fuera de casa. La atención de 10. Tuve un pequeño problema que me ayudaron a resolver muy amablemente. Camas cómodas y con ropa más que suficiente para el frío. La plaza de parking es ancha. Se agradece en la zona. No tengo nada que añadir aquí. Superó mis expectativas para el precio.

Parcheggio non nella struttura ma a qualche centinaio di metri e un po' scomodo. Ho avuto difficoltà per dei guasti ad uscire dal garage e non c'erano dei sistemi di sicurezza per uscire, ne le chiavi nel mazzo fornitomi per la parte pedonale. Bagno in po' scomodo e freddo, come anche l'abitazione Pulizia e confort non ottimale.
• Chevi🌻 (7/5): - La ubicación a 15 /20 minutos andando de todo lo importante de Sevilla Centro.Zona tranquila,sin ruidos.wifi,baño y cocina reformados.Apartamento amplio.Parking gratis,supermercado y restauración cerca.Aire con bomba de calor en las habitaciones.El arrendatario bastante atento No había mando garaje cuando dijo que si no nos avisó y los del restaurante que nos dió la llave no sabían nada.El garaje estaba a tres minutos andando.Dificil para en la calle para descargar las maletas.La vitro y el horno necesitan una limpieza...había 5 camas (y tres sofás cama) sólo tres camas eran cómodas las demás colchón blando y suena somier,sólo un armario en una habitación no hay cama de matrimonio.No hay calefacción, tuvo que venir a arreglar el fallo que dió el calentador de butano que daba no calentaba y entre que vino,lo miró etc casi pierdo una reserva de comer creo que hay que dejarlo preparado para los inquilinos.En Madrid ese sistema es obsoleto .En el salón ni hay ni aire acondicionado y calefacción en toda la casa

• Phyllis (5/5): handy for a stay over en route to another destination. - It was close to the train station (we'd travelled from Madrid) and the airport ( we were flying out the next day) , allowing us to try and see Seville for a short visit. The bar where we collected the keys was very nice. There are some nice restaurants locally. If you aren't carrying much luggage, it is close enough to the train station to walk to. Glad there was a lift. Clean. It was a cold night, the heating was good. The kitchen was fine, but we didn't use anything except the kettle. Functional for a 1-night stay. One of THE WORST beds ever. Squeaked all night! Neither my husband nor I could sleep because of it. We woke exhausted. ( the bed beside the door in the first bedroom). The others (there were 5 sgls in total - 4 were made up for us) seemed ok. That bad bed needs replacing immediately.

• Hristina (9/5): Ok - Aparman je veliki i prostran. Lokacija je ok, 20tak minuta udaljen od centra i trga Espania. Miran i tih kraj. Malo je komplikovano kada dolazite automobilom. Ključeve preuzimate u obližnjem restoranu i onda morate da se vratite do garaže pa onda peške natrag do stana. Parking mestu u garaži je malo, kao i većina u Španiji. Kuhinja je slabije opremljena priborom. Nema aparata za kafu.

Zona muy tranquila a 15 minutos del centro histórico. El propietario resolvió rápidamente un inconveniente que tuvimos con el gas . No es la mejor ubicación, aunque es muy tranquilo el sitio.

There is no self-check-in, so if you arrive late, you’ll need to wait for the host to bring the key. The parking is a 6-minute walk from the apartment, and driving in the area is quite difficult

• A_agnes (9/5): Totally recommended for exploring Sevilla - The location is perfect for sightseeing in Sevilla. Plaza de España and the Alcazar are in 15minutes on foot. This is a flat in a residential building in a nice street. There are supermarkets and restaurants in the area. The flat has a great balcony with streetview. The size of the apartment is perfect for 2-5 people. Overall it is a really comfortable apartment. We enjoyed beeing there and would return if we are in Sevilla again. A variable sofa in the a living room and a double bed in one of the bedrooms would be more comfortable. In the kitchen we missed a big knife and a wooden spoon. However, we had a great time without them, this is just a gentle suggestion for improvement :)

No info about Seville provided such as local restaurants, transport into town etc. Slightly complicated procedure to pick up keys, especially with one way systems in place in area. Allocated parking place was very tight, due to being between two pillars, though roomy once you had squeezed in.
• Marta (10/5): Everything was perfect. - Our stay in this apartment was perfect. The location is unbeatable, in a quiet area but close to all the iconic places in Seville. The neighborhood is safe and has shops, restaurants, and public transportation within walking distance. The apartment is tastefully decorated and very cozy. The cleanliness was impeccable and everything was well prepared for our arrival. The kitchen was fully equipped, which was a great plus. The beds were extremely comfortable and the Wi-Fi connection worked perfectly. The hosts were very kind and always available to help us with any questions or recommendations. In summary, this apartment exceeded all our expectations and we would recommend it to anyone. We will definitely return on our next visit!

• Peter (9/5): An excellent apartment - The apartment is on the first floor of a smart apartment building and is in a quiet area. The apartment has been furnished nicely and is very comfortable. Most furnishings and appliances are new or fairly new. The apartment had been well cleaned. The parking wasn't difficult which was a relief as a lot of parking spaces in Spain are far too tight. It is a pleasant 15 minute walk to the historic centre. The following are minor issues: (1) The washing machine worked but is a funny type of machine. (2) The App for check in is in Spanish and we couldn't use it. However, it wasn't a problem as the owner immediately said he would fill in the details for us. (3) Clothes can be dried on the roof but you need to ask the owner for the location of the key to the roof area.
• Stefano (8/5): Very good - The cleanliness and the spaciousness of the apartment. There are are many facilities, including washing machine. The zone was very quiet all day and not far from the center (15 min walking from the cathedral) The towels are a little bit limited for a 5-days permanence. For each person we have only a set composed of a small one and another for the shower which was not so great. We have some trouble to get the key arriving in Sevilla on Sunday, but the property made the possible to solve the problem
• Margarida (10/5): Quality price - Quality price was good! Although the apartment is not in the center, it has all you might need nearby and I would say it is a 15 min walk to the city center. Has 2 amazing kids area nearby. The apartment is very well equipped and clean. The owner was also very considerate with some difficulties we had while checking in. Totally recommend it. Not really a complaint but the balcony can be dangerous for kids.

• Joaoleitao (10/5): Good, clean fully equipped apartment - Super clean apartment, perfect for a family stay. The people taking care of it are very friendly, especially the man, who is the father of the person in charge. He is always smiling and greets with a 'good morning' when coming in the morning to clean with his wife. I will definitely stay here again if I come back to Seville and need overnight accommodation. There are restaurants and supermarkets nearby. However, please be aware that the parking is not located near the flat. To collect the keys, you have to go to a nearby restaurant. However, because I was driving, it was initially challenging to locate the apartment. Therefore, I suggest that if you're driving, try to find a parking spot near the flat, even though it can be difficult. I quickly parked in a motorcycle space illegally to collect the keys and then had to circle the block again with the car to reach the place. The garage is not located near the flat. The area has heavy traffic and one-way streets, which can be challenging to navigate. Fortunately, I was lucky enough to find a parking spot on this busy street just in front of the building door.

• Iryna (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect newly renovated and super clean apartment in a very nice district. Its very close to the old city, walking about 15 min only. Private parking is a huge plus and only 3 min walk to the apartment. Thanks to the owners, you do a great job! Truly reccommend!
