• Hazel (9/5): A happy stay - Lovely owner fitted me in at very short notice. Great communications to make sure I could manage the entry system and was happily inside Spacious, comfortable living/dining/kitchen area with a patio Very close to Battersea Power Station (do go up the lift for a brilliant view) and the river. Some lovely little local shops, plus posh shops and restaurants in the power station A safe and comfortable stay Bathroom a bit tired, probably ready for refurb, but perfectly adequate
• Humberto (5/5): It is not comfortable for groups. - The apartment has an excellent location. Upon entering the apartment there was a horrible smell of cigarettes, that when we left the window open the smell was coming out in the following days. The apartment is great for a couple. For those who go in a group or as a family, sleeping on the sofas is a torture. One of the sofas is not able to serve as a bed. The bed sheets didn't look washed and had human hair. There was only one set of sheets and the duvets need to be washed or changed because they are dirty. We asked to change the duvets and receive two more sets of sheets. The two sets of sheets came but they didn't change the duvets . We had to use the dirty duvets because it was not replaced.
• Mario (8/5): Definetly worthed the price - The owner is really nice and available, we had a really good experience with him. The apartment is in a really good position and has an included car park. The place is very spatious and the kitchen is well furbished. The cleanliness could be improved, one of the bed sheets had blood stains on it and the coffee table was falling apart. The sofa bed was hard and not flattened. Some small improvements and care could make this great place amazing.

• Termos (7/5): Great location - The location was great, only a few minutes from the metro and bus stop and the flat is big enough for 4 people. There is also a great park nearby which is great for a walk, a run, breakfast or a coffee. The flat itself was clean and tidy. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. When expanded, it has 3 different levels of firmness and elevation, so when it's meant to be used by 2 people, the result is a bad night's sleep. I would really recommend that the host changes it.

Everything needed for a family was provided including a bottle of wine.The property is also very clean. I’ll definitely come back again. Best place ever Nothing really. I love the property.

• Benoît (5/5): Apartment overpriced and does not correspond to the proposed price in view of the services offered. - - The apartment is conveniently located close to Battersea power station, giving access to central London in around 30 minutes. - Battersea shopping center is close by, making it easy to go shopping or find a restaurant The apartment is greatly overpriced as there are many negative points. The price does not correspond at all to the services offered. - the proximity of a metro line means there's a lot of noise from 5 a.m. onwards, making it hard to sleep - the absence of blackout curtains means that the light wakes you up at 5 a.m. in summer - cleanliness leaves much to be desired - the bathroom smelled musty - the shower tap was blocked (even after a so-called repair) between very hot and scalding water - the dishwasher didn't work and gave off a foul odor - not many kitchen utensils. There's an oven but no dishes to put inside.

• Kristina (4/5): Perfect location if you dont aim for eating at home, not using sofa bed and are quick in the shower - Location was perfect both for reaching other areas, doing things around and for because it was very quet. The host was very friendly and responsive upon arrival and departure( we chose not to complain about the rest) . Washing mashine had a dryer which was a bonus. Sofa bed was broken and the linennes were not suited for cover sizes. There was still only one tea spoon (as mentioned from previous posts) on the property so we had to use it in turnes. Dishwasher was filled with water (we never used it), but when opened - the smell was horrible. Fridge had some broken shelves. If you plan on cooking in appartment - I believe one can get frustrated. Even cutting board is not there. And finally bathroom really needs some maintanence - if you have astma - do not choose the property

• Ali (9/5): Excellent - This is a nice flat, very clean proper for 4 people. We had very easy self-check in. The location is very good close to the bus and tube station approximately a 10-minute walk. The price was worth it a lot for the value. Highly recommended. Just the sofa bed in the living room needs changing as once you open it to make the bed two parts of the bed are not level and it's difficult to sleep on it. Apart from that which is easy to sort out by the host, everything is satisfying and enjoyable.

Unfortunately it was disappointing, the bedroom carpet floor had a stain, the sofa bed was very uncomfortable.The house could be cleaner, found a sock behind the couch. There was no microwave (in the ad it said there was). The kitchen should be better equipped and the bathroom needs work.
