• Isabell (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean and spacious apartment and above all, quiet! Very well equipped (kitchen appliances, iron etc.) and nothing was missing. Extremely friendly owner! Bus stop can be accessed by exiting through the third floor on the opposite side of the building and crossing the street. Small supermarket around the corner using the same approach. The apartment is definitely recommended!

• Kuljit (9/5): Loved our stay! Would stay here again :) - The view from the apartment is truly amazing. The apartment is very cosy. We loved the decor style and the beautiful paintings. The apartment was equipped with all essential household items including cleaning products and AC too. There is a washing machine which can also dry your laundry. It has everything you may need for your stay. Karmen was a lovely host. She gave us tips on how to get around Dubrovnik, things to see and do and even recommended a few places to eat! She responded to any questions/concerns we had within 24 hours (in just a few hours to be exact). 100% good communication and very friendly. We were able to store our luggage for our last day too! You can get to the old town by bus no 6 which is about 10-15 mins ride. Lapad beach is a 15 mins walk from the apartment. Overall this area is well connected by bus, even to Cavtat. Nearby the apartment there is a bakery, pharmacy and a small supermarket. Would definitely stay here again. We had no issues during our stay.

The coolest thing that we did was walk the city walls. Go towards early evening when all the cruise ship people are going back to the ships. We went about 4:30 ish and take some beers up there! The views were incredible. Nothing, this place was amazing

• Louise (10/5): Wonderful apartment in Lapad! - The apartment is very clean and welcoming! Nice and cool with a great air conditioner! It is a quick walk to the bus stop in Lapad to go to Old Town and even shorter walk from the bus stop on the return route. Tours that we took picked us up at one of the 3 nearby bus stops. Last day, we just walked around Lapad on the promenade. It was wonderful and the beaches looked great. Wish we had had time to swim. Karmen is a fantastic host! Had suggestions for us and when my friend did not get her luggage, she even lent her some clothes. Then helped contact the airline the next stay to check on the bag. Nice and quiet location. Nothing

• Shauna (10/5): Ideal family stay. Would go back again - We loved this apartment. It had everything we needed for a stay with our 1 year old, including a cot and high chair. The host kindly even offered to lend us some of her kids toys which was really appreciated. The place was spotless, and well stocked with coffee, cooking essentials, toilet roll, etc. The air conditioning was also very much appreciated in the July heat. Amenities are modern, including the shower and tv with plenty of apps. Close to a small shop for essentials, and just a few feet from a lovely restaurant. A short 7-10 min walk from the sea and main streets with restaurants and bars. Uber was always 1 minute away to take us further afield, including the old town (approx €8 per trip) so very reasonable. Host was very attentive, living in the apartment next door, and helpfully gave us great advice on local sights and restaurants, etc. In short, I would recommend this space, especially for families who need a little more space than you’re likely to get in a hotel room (or would like a separate living/bedroom area to put baby to bed and stay up as we did). Thank you for a great stay! Nothing.
• Lelde (10/5): Amazing place to stay - Liked everything it was the best place possible we could pick.location,the views from the windows.host super friendly and helpful,organized our airport shuttle from and to.if we will be coming back to Dubrovnik it will have to be this place we want to stay .felt like home and so cosy,safe and no issues with noises or anything. Nothing to add everything was perfect and wish it was our apartment :)
• Tomislav (10/5): Perfect stay in Dubrovnik - Beautiful apartment at great location in the heart of Lapad, 5 minutes on foot from grocery stores, pharmacy, bus stop and Uvala Lapad promenade. Great internet speed, Netflix, Hbo Max and Disney Plus on TV. Apartment has all the amenities for comfortable stay. Host is very friendly and explained us everything about the area. Highly recommended!

But distant views were nice Restaurants Buses and small shops all within 10 minute walk but the area is a little hilly

Good wi-fi, TV with the main streamsservice, parking, close to a market and bus stop that takes you to old town. It had a balcony with a beautifull view to the Franjo Tuđman Bridge. Karmen, the host, gave all the instructions and was very helpful. Iva came by and gave us some good tips. There was a construction that started very early in the morning.

The apartment is beautiful - The apartment is beautiful, clean and has everything you need for your time in Dubrovnik. Also, we felt a bit rushed out since we were asked about the leaving time even before check-in and normal check-out is at 10 am (too early comparing to standards but okay).

The host Carmen was so kind and accommodating when I arrived late due to a cancelled flight. I would highly recommend booking here - the location is perfect, very easy to access old town but also plenty of bars and restaurants in walking distance Nothing, it was perfect !

• Niven (10/5): Perfect stay at apartment in Lapad - Karmen was lovely and very welcoming and hospitable, and gave us some very useful information, helping us plan our stay further and being very available to us when we had questions or concerns. The location was great as we could see all of Lapad throughout the days and go to the beaches nearby, which were only a short walk away for the most part. The Promenade, which had lots of restaurants and was the walk to Uvala beach, was only 10 minutes away. When we went to the Old town, we simply got a bus from the Promenade or an uber there which wasn't expensive. There was a nearby supermarket, and pharmacy, as well as a bakery that was delicious. The apartment was lovely, and we loved the style of it all. The sofa was comfortable as was the bed, the view was lovely as we could see towards the marina and view of the mountains. The apartment was very clean and well functioning, with working AC and a TV with lots of options (Netflix, HBO, Prime, etc.), and washing machine and dishwasher included too. There was all the essential utensils for cooking and cleaning supplies provided. . Overall, we loved our stay and had a great time. Dubrovnik is beautiful and the apartment was perfect for us. We would definetly recommend staying here in Lapad as staying in the Old town seems overwhelming and crowded, wheras Lapad is much calmer and has a more relaxed atmosphere with the beautiful views all the same.

• Amy (10/5): Beautuful, clean, comfortable stay! - This apartment was amazing! Not only is it beautifully decorated, it was well appointed with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We found little touches like laundry detergent, extra towels, and even ice cube trays. We were in easy walking distance of the number 6 bus to Pile Gate. Some dish towels for drying would be great.

• Jakub (10/5): The best of the best - The host and her mom was very helpful and showed us amazing places in Dubrovnik we haven’t heard of from travelling blogs, also gave us some tips on how to travel in the city. The apartment itself was amazing. Wonderfully decorated with amazing vibe. Also it has everything you need for a longer stay; coffee express, dishwasher, washing machine, big fridge, oven. This will be our destination for the next visit in Dubrovnik for sure!
• Camilla (10/5): Brilliant and excellent value for money - the host, Karmen and her mother were so lovely and accommodating, as well as giving information and suggestion for things to do whilst staying in Dubrovnik. The bed and pillows are the softest, most comfortable we have ever slept in and the whole apartment is furnished to a really high standard. Would like to live here!! it’s close (5 minute walk) to a beautiful beach and gorgeous views, as well as great restaurants and bars. Would be perfect in summer. we loved everything

• Dasha (10/5): Perfect - Everything was perfect. The apartment is extremely clean, has everything you need, from a machine with perfect coffee, to a good hair dryer. We were in the winter period, so the owner of the apartment, Karmen, turned on the floor heating for us, in addition to the regular air conditioning that we could use. We were traveling by car, so it was important for us to have included parking, which we could not have somewhere closer to the Old Town.The accommodation is in an excellent location and is well connected by bus. Also, the neighborhood is quiet and you can enjoy the morning silence with a coffee on the terrace with a nice view. There is a very nice beach Copacabana, 10 minutes walk. The owner of the apartment is very kind and hospitable.
• Alina (10/5): Definitely recommend - Excellent apartments. The furniture is new, there is all necessary equipment. In the kitchen was capsules for the coffee machine, bread for the toaster, capsules for the dishwasher. In the fridge was a bottle of wine for guests. For those who watch TV, there is Netflix, Disney TV and so on. Very comfortable apartment with parking space near the building. There is a supermarket nearby. The landlord conquered us: she was very friendly, she showed us everything, explained everything, gave a map of the city and indicated the main attractions and how to get to them. She also recommended a good restaurant. We have never experienced such hospitality in any of our travels. Definitely recommend and would happily stay here again.

It’s one of rare I stayed in that is surprisingly way higher quality for value. Very cozy, everything is very neat, clean and fresh, smelling very nice. The host Mrs. Karmen is very nice, welcoming and very helpful. Huge recommendation
• Hussain (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was perfect👍 Karmen the owner of apartment she was amazing and lives next door and give us lots of information about Dubrovnik. Lovely view, quiet and peaceful. Definitely better than a 4 or 5-star hotel! Location - a very nice area with sea promenade, restaurants and even a beach just out taking a stroll form the building, the bus stop is close by that takes you right to the walls of the old town for only like 10 mins ride or less. Feel like home! I would highly recommend don't think just book it.

She also helped organize transport to and from the airport and recommended us places to visit as well as restaurants. The apartment was very clean, tasteful and well furnished and had a good view of the harbour and mountains. Overall it was very quiet and relaxing. The AC was very good [there were two AC units: one in the bedroom and one in the living room]. The kitchen is fully furnished so you can cook your own meals and breakfast if you prefer. The apartment also comes equipped with wifi, a modern smart-TV and Netflix which was a pleasant surprise. You have easy access to a grocery store + pharmacy around the corner and the Lapad promenade with Tommy supermarket, cafe, DM-drogerie markt etc are a short 5 - 7 minute walk away and the beach is at the end of the promenade and takes only 10 minutes.
