- Lotte (7/5): Last minute relocation to other apartment - Did nog get to stay in this Trastevere apartment. We heard last minute (3 days before arrival) - when the booking already had become non-refundable - that we would be relocated. Although the alternative was a good option for anyone wanting to stay in the city centre we specifically booked in Trastevere. Marked down on facilities because for the duration of our stay the wifi did not work.
- Arisha (7/5): Great location in a comfortable flat with mostly good amenities, though difficult property management team. - Great location, good facilities (fully stocked kitchen and comfortable bed etc). Management and communication is quite poor. Disorganised and never clear who to speak to - also very slow to respond. This kind of thing is very important in Italy or any foreign country when travelling. Also check what the listing says - they advertise free airport transfer but then deny it (Booking.com agreed to provide it to me in the end, because of the accommodation’s refusal). Shower was also a bit dirty and main lounge area not vacuumed.
