• Vanessa (5/5): Okay, aber kein Wohlfühlort. - Die Lage war ruhig, es gab keinen Lärm von außen, falls das jemanden stört. Die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Es gab genügend Handtücher und Klopapier, einen Staubsauger und einen Wäscheständer. Der große Flachbildfernseher im Wohnzimmer war super. Der Host war sehr freundlich und hat auf Anfragen schnell reagiert. Der Check-in und Check-out hat reibungslos funktioniert. Die Lage ist ohne Fahrrad oder Auto eher suboptimal. Die Busse fahren nicht regelmäßig, vor allem am Wochenende und man braucht zu Fuß 30 Minuten bis in die Innenstadt oder zum Bahnhof. Außerdem liegt das Haus etwas außerhalb vom Wohngebiet, man muss über eine Brücke und Schnellstraße an den Rand eines Waldstück, wo das Haus gelegen ist. Das Haus an sich und der Hausflur wirken in die Jahre gekommen und ungepflegt, der Rest des Hauses ist leerstehend, keine Wohlfühlatmosphäre. Das Schlafzimmer ist nur ein kleiner Raum ohne Fenster. Bett und Handtücher waren sauber, auch der Boden und die Armaturen waren gepflegt. Der Rest wirkte leider etwas lieblos und war teilweise kaputt und ungepflegt: schwarze Ränder in der Dusche, Schuhständer und Handtuchhalter hingen kaputt herunter, die Klobrille war kaputt, die Couch im Wohnzimmer hatte Flecken. Der Nachttisch im Schlafzimmer war sehr staubig, sodass man darauf nichts ablegen wollte. Es gab Wlan, das hat aber leider oft nicht gut funktioniert.
