Un poco incomodas las camas de arriba y algo pequeño el cuarto de baño de uno de los aseos. Por el resto no hay nada de lo que nos podamos quejar.
• Juan Francisco (1/5): Piso antiguo, sucio y mal gestionado: fotos engañosas y mala atenció - No me gustó nada, para el precio que ponen todos es de mala calidad, el menaje de la cocina todo viejo y barato, ollas pequeñas de mala calidad, la encimera de material sintético, el techo de madera antigua con mucho polvo, el acceso al sitio misterioso, una puerta sin identificación que es piso turístico , todo muy informal. La experiencia fue francamente decepcionante desde el inicio. Intenté contactar con el alojamiento en varias ocasiones y no obtuve respuesta, lo que ya anticipa el nivel de gestión. El acceso al edificio es poco claro y dependiente de llamadas telefónicas, un sistema impropio y nada práctico para un piso turístico. La ubicación es muy deficiente: justo enfrente hay un acúmulo de basura en la calle, lo que genera una primera impresión muy negativa. Tras múltiples dificultades para acceder, te entregan unas llaves completamente obsoletas, propias de otra época. Una vez dentro, el estado del piso no corresponde en absoluto con lo anunciado. Los materiales son de baja calidad, el mobiliario es antiguo y descuidado, y varios elementos no funcionan correctamente (puerta del baño, electrodomésticos, etc.). La cocina está equipada con menaje claramente barato y deteriorado. El microondas presenta un aspecto envejecido y amarillento, y la nevera, además de antigua, ni siquiera tiene luz interior. El conjunto transmite abandono. El piso presenta vigas de madera antiguas en el techo que no aparecen en las fotografías, lo cual resulta engañoso. Además, había polvo acumulado y un olor a cerrado que refuerza la sensación de falta de mantenimiento. Las fotos no reflejan la realidad del alojamiento. En absoluto. Por todo ello, la relación calidad-precio es muy mala. El precio es elevado para lo que realmente se ofrece. No es recomendable para estancias turísticas.
• Georgios (6/5): - Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, άνετοι χώροι, μεγάλη τηλεόραση Άκουγες την αποχέτευση των από πάνω, είδαμε μία μεγάλη κατσαρίδα, ελλιπής εξοπλισμός κουζίνας (δεν είχε καφετιέρα και μεγάλη κατσαρόλα), όχι πολύ καθαρό, παλιός εξοπλισμός (κρεβάτια, έπιπλα, είδη μπάνιου)

Había dos baños y el sitio era amplio Las escaleras para subir a la habitación de arriba son peligrosas y, si vas con niños, la ventana también puede ser peligrosa. Se escucha todo de la calle y de las tuberías. El check-in automático no nos funcionó y tuvo que venir una persona para abrirnos la puerta. Encontrar el apartamento puede ser un poco difícil, ya que hay que abrir cuatro puertas.

• Alex (1/5): esperienza deludente per un gruppo numeroso, con problemi di spazio, comfort e impianti. - Esteticamente l’appartamento è moderno e la posizione è discreta. La struttura è assolutamente inadatta a ospitare 8 persone, nonostante venga pubblicizzata come tale. Sono presenti solo due reali posti letto: una camera chiusa e una zona notte soppalcata e aperta. Gli altri ospiti dovrebbero dormire su divani letto scomodi e di dimensioni insufficienti, al punto che una persona è stata costretta a dormire per terra per mancanza di spazio. La doccia è risultata inutilizzabile fin dal primo giorno: lo scarico era bloccato e, utilizzando il lavandino, l’acqua fuoriusciva dalla doccia, creando disagi continui. Inoltre, i vicini si sono lamentati ripetutamente per il rumore anche in assenza di feste o schiamazzi, ma semplicemente guardando video dal telefono a volume normale, rendendo il soggiorno poco sereno. A fine soggiorno il proprietario ha richiesto 259 € per un piccolo foro nel cartongesso, cifra sproporzionata rispetto al danno reale: si tratta di un intervento semplice, rapido e dal costo stimabile ben inferiore (materiale e manodopera non supererebbero circa 100 €). Va inoltre segnalato che il cartongesso presentava già crepe, segni e vernice rovinata in diversi punti, condizioni preesistenti alla nostra permanenza.
• Luis (7/5): Con una modesta inversión, un buen sitio podría ser excelente. - El sitio es fantástico, y la organización en loft le da un toque especial, que lo convierte en un espacio acogedor. Necesita una actualización urgente, en el dormitorio hay una pared totalmente desconchada por la humedad, la calidad de los colchones deja mucho que desear, y el sofá de la ventana, directamente te machaca la espalda.
• josue (10/5): Muy recomendable - Piso muy cómodo y amplio en una zona muy céntrica. El sistema de claves para abrir las puertas para poder entrar y coger la llave del piso se me hizo demasiado complicado y no fui capaz de abrir las puertas con lo cual llamé a el número de tlf y me ayudaron. A la hora de dejar el piso a las 7 de la mañana y tener que dejar la llave dentro del piso me quedé encerrado en la puerta exterior que no se puede abrir por dentro.

Humedad en la pared de la habitación, las puertas de los armarios de la cocina estaban todos rotos la limpieza un desastre el microondas por dentro muy sucio la nevera sucia Las toallas de la ducha pequeñas una ducha estaba sucia solo pudimos usar una ducha. El sofa cama del comedor el respaldo esta roto tuvimos que poner los 2 sofas para dormir
• Coral (7/5): Great central apartment - Very spacious and central. You could hear the water in the pipes almost constantly. Quite offputting as I kept thinking there was a leak as it sounded very splashy. Once we realised there was no leak we tried to ignore it, but it was quite loud. No insulation on the pipes I'd suggest. This was the only thing wrong in my opinion. Although some dishwasher tabs would have been helpful.

• olga (6/5): Parece muy bonito en las fotos pero deja mucho que desear - Ubicacion y el espacio del salon. Todo el ruido de la calle se oye de forma terrible. Superficialmente el apartamento esta limpio, pero faltaria una limpieza mas profunda. El habitaculo donde estan las camas subiendo la escalera tiene el techo muy bajito y es inevitable golpearse con la viga. La escalera es bastante peligrosa. Constantemente se oye ruido de los bajantes del agua. Es bastante peligroso abrir las ventanas del salon para asomarse, puesto que la barandilla queda por debajo de las rodillas.

• Bukshitsky (1/5): מאוד לא מומלץ, לא שווה את המחיר תחושה קשה של הונאה - Only the location 1. תקשורת גרועה מאוד עם המארחים. לא ניתנה לנו כתובת מלאה ומדויקת הכוללת את מספר הבית. ניתן מספר טלפון ואיש לא ענה. חיכינו למטה כשעה וחצי 5 בנות עם מזוודות עד אשר שלחנו הודעה מתורגמת לספרדית והואילו לענות לנו שיגיעו בעוד כ חצי שעה. 2. הדירה עצמה הייתה מלוכלכת, רהיטים שבורים( שולחן קטן שהרגל שלו מודבקת בסלוטייפ, ספה..), הספות מוכתמות, המצעים מוכתמים, מגבות קרועות, כריות קרועות. 3. חדר השינה המתואר באתר אינו דומה לזה שבמציאות. החדר קטנטן טחוב, לא מאוורר טחב ועובש על הקירות. מיטה קטנה שאין אפשרות לישון בה 2 בנוחות. 4. ״מיטת הספה״ אינה מתאימה לשינה קיים קרש בולט לאורכה וזה לא מאפשר שינה. 5. המקלחת הגדולה מוזנחת, סדוקה וגם הקיר סדוק. 6. המים החמים לא מספיקים ליותר מ 3 מקלחות לא ארוכות. 7. לא הוחלפו/ ניתנו לנו מצעים ומגבות להחלפה במשך 5 הלילות ששהינו שם. 8. התאורה בדירה איומה. בקומת הגלריה יש מנורות לילה אך אין שקעים. לסיכום, הדירה מוזנחת, לא מתוחזקת, ממש לא מתחשק לחזור אליה ( יצאנו בבוקר מוקדם וחזרנו מאוחר בלילה כי לא היה נעים להיות בה…) זה מאוד קילקל לנו את החוויה!!
• Daniel (8/5): - Location couldn't be better. Very spacious and clean. Staff very friendly, helpful and responsive. The place is comfortable enough, but not very high quality. The stairs to the mezzanine are pretty dangerous, the last step has a huge gap towards the mezzanine floor, and right as you step into it there's a huge metal beam that even a short person will hit their head against.

Existe una viga metálica muy baja sin protección , sería conveniente acolcharla En las dos habitaciones faltan enchufes para una de las lámparas de la mesilla Faltan armarios en la habitación superior y el que hay en la habitación de abajo hay perchas pero no tiene barra para colgarlas

Mancavano tante cose in cucina: tovagliato, , strofinacci , forbici, tazzine per il caffè e pentole adeguate..e tante cose che servono solitamente...in una casa vacanza. La pulizia lasciava un po' a desiderare. La camera da letto dovrebbe essere rinfrescata.
• Sergey (6/5): Centralt og rummeligt, men lidt forfaldent - Beliggenheden. Loftshøjden. Store vinduer der kunne åbnes. Godt lys. To badeværelser. Nogenlunde rent. Godt med plads. Lejligheden var lidt forfalden. Køkkenet så ikke ud til at kunne bruges. Der var meget lidt service. Møblerne virkede vakkelvorne. Vi kunne ikke få dyner eller tæpper. Det var meget larm fra vandinstallationer fra lejligheden ovenpå. Vi blev kontaktet af en medarbejder pga. vandskade i bygningen, som dog ikke stammede fra vores lejlighed. Der var skimmelsvamp i brusenichen. Hvis man skal rejse tidligt, kan man ikke komme ud af jernporten uden nøglerne, som man skal lade ligge i lejligheden. Der er mange personer der prøver at komme med ind ad døren når man låser sig ind, de kan finde på at gemme sig i elevatoren og løbe ud når de hører en og så storme ind ad døren.

Entrata della camera un pò angusta, ma la camera era veramente bella e in ordine Accoglienza, disponibilità nella gestione dei bagagli il giorno di partenza, corridoio accesso alla camera

• Morgane (6/5): Perfect location but very bad equipment - Situation is very good, you’re 15 min by feet from most famous location Worst bedding I’ve seen in a while, one couch is broken, an other one doesn’t lay flat and the seventh bed isnt even straight. If you’re more than 4 people, don’t book. Equipment are kind of cheap, the shower tray is cracked for exemple.
• Fernando (6/5): Good location and that's all... - The location couldn't be better and the apartment is very spacious. The showers are excellent and the beds comfortable enough. Finding the apartment can be complicated, if only they shared the location on Google maps from the get-go! The check-in process was far from smooth, with half hour standing at the door waiting for someone to give us the keys. The entrance to the building is inside a gallery. Inside the building operates an immigration/criminal lawyer. Very often there are people outside (clients?), waiting for you to open the front door of the building or the elevator to burst into the building. It can make you feel a bit insecure. The neighbors upstairs can be a bit noisy, shouting until well after midnight. The kitchen is not well equipped. 2 pans and 2 tiny pots is all you'll find; if you plan on cooking your meals you'll be stuck... Everything else not mentioned here is ok.
• Carol (10/5): Exceptional - 10/10 – Great location and very comfortable stay! This duplex is a fantastic choice if you’re visiting Madrid. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood, yet just a few blocks away from public transportation and all the main attractions. The apartment itself is super cozy, clean, and well-equipped — perfect for relaxing after a day in the city. I would definitely stay here again!

• Arleen (2/5): Very poor - i like the house. it was way too big for us couple the staff assisting us were late. the declared address is not complete so we have a difficult time finding it. the staff is late so it didn't follow the 1500 check in time. when we have to go home the gate downstairs is locked so we got into trouble on how to get out of the building cause we will be late on our next trip.
• Jon (9/5): Great location, huge space with a full kitchen and 2 bathrooms. - The location of this place was exceptional. On a street with no car traffic and literally only a one minute walk to the Puerta del Sol, the heart of Madrid, making it easy to take the Metro anywhere. It was also within easy walking distance of most of the major sites in Madrid such as the Royal Palace, the Plaza Mayor, the Gran Via, etc. The apartment is really large and while there were only three of us there it could easily accommodate a larger group or family. The bathrooms makes things some much easier when you are travelling with teens like I was and the washing machine was great to keep up on laundry (note: Like most places in Spain there is no dryer so you will need to hang up clothes on the provides fold-out rack. A full kitchen was perfect for snacks and making something for breakfast before you head out for the day. The building also has an elevator so we didn't have to lug our suitcases up a couple of flights of stairs. There are plenty of places to eat nearby (don't miss Las Bravas for great tapas or the Chocolatería San Ginés for churros with chocolate!). There are also a few small convenience stores open 24-hours on the same street, handy for a something to drink or a snack and (added bonus) there is a cell phone shop literally next to the stairwell inside the building where you can purchase an inexpensive SIM card or eSIM service. For nightlife head to the Plaza Santa Ana - also close. At night the outside (street) door is closed and locked so it is very secure. All in all the apartment was great for our needs and I would recommend it. There is street noise which is (mostly) eliminated when you close the windows. As you might expect from any central location the streets can be packed, particularly on Friday and Saturday nights. We had some noisy neighbors in the apartment next door but it was only a problem a couple of times so not a big deal. Because the building is on a closed street you can't take a taxi to the door of the building but will need to go to the Plaza de Jacinto Benavente and walk a block or so to reach the building. We had a little challenge to connect with the person giving us the keys because we didn't have Wi-Fi when we first arrived. Luckily the "concierge" was able to call for us. I highly recommend you download the WhatsApp App if you are using booking.com for any lodging.
• Pavlo (6/5): You can find better for money - The area was nice , is big,you have space , 2 bathrooms , there some nice touches like fireplace,big tv etc but.. There are some works going on on the building , they start working at 9 o clock and you cannot sleep anymore(nobody told about it) also you cannot leave the curtains open as they were working in front of the windows on the scaffold and they are seeing everything is hard to comunicate with someone , they have late at check in and we had to wait for 30 min in front with the luggages, they barely speak english , there are noises from the water above , there are 4-5 keys to enter the apartment hard to deal with them, the beds are the worst possible quality, the walls in the bedroom are dirty. We were there for football so we didnt spent much time in the apartment but i really don’t recommend .

Actually thought one night wouldn't get in, lucky a resident of the building let us in. Stairs to Mezzanine 😱 last step dangerous needs something.Door hanging off vanity unit in bathroom. Cleanliness very average. Corridor from apartment to lift full of large bags of dirty laundry and cleaning equipment.Exceptionally dangerous and if there was a fire dread to think.
