• Hristiyan (2/5): Building was locked, we couldn't check-in and had to find another place to sleep. - Location was good i think, owner canceled the reservation after the issues we've had Unfortunatelly, thats a poorly designed business. We arrived at around 9:30pm, and we were supposed to self-check, but the main entrance door was locked (its a residential building). The owners tried to help a bit via chat because it was too late, but they made us go to another location to pickup the keys, this second location was also locked, then they suggested us that we will start ringing the neighbours to unlock the door for us, which is absurd, keeping in mind it was around 10pm already and we will risk getting locked inside the building. At the end, they've managed to cancel the reservation, but this was a bit stressful for us since we had to look up hotels at the last minute + all restaurants got closed while we were trying to leave our baggage. It might become a nightmare for other travelers if they arrive later or if they are not as flexible as we are.

• Sarah (9/5): Very comfortable and great location - The location was just a 5 minute walk from the middle of everything. it was right next to the Danube and some very nice clubs. Good food and shops everywhere. It was a very quiet apartment complex and a safe area. Everything was clean and prepared for me and my guests, even the couch was pulled out and made as the 2nd bed. Plenty of room and no problems. Never saw the host once. This could be a plus for some people. In the end, I had no troubles, so it was okay that we could be independent. The toilet flushing was a little broken though, but it was easy enough to operate how we needed. The stove was also a little tricky, one of the burners was not working, and the dishwasher was not great. Dishes had a much better clean if we washed by hand, otherwise there would be a lot of residue on the dishes. In the end, we stayed for a week and could operate more than comfortably, so I would not give it a bad rating.

• Barbara (10/5): Die beste Unterkunft, die ich mir vorstellen kann in toller Lage gleich in Zentrum und an der Donau. - Eine toll eingerichtete, geschmackvolle, weitläufige und wunderschöne Ferienwohnung mit allem was man braucht! Da fällt mir nichts ein.

• Jonas (10/5): - Alles war super sauber, gemütlich und genauso wie beschrieben, man hat sich direkt wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ist ebenfalls top. Der Kontakt war von Anfang an freundlich und unkompliziert, sodass alles reibungslos geklappt hat. Insgesamt ein echt angenehmer Aufenthalt, wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!
• Andrea (8/5): Tolle Lage - Schöne Wohnung,mit tollen alten Fenstern...mitten in der Altstadt.Parken im Parkhaus am Dachauplatz.Schönes,großes Bad und super bequemes Bett...wir kommen bestimmt wieder Hausmeistertechnisch würde es besser gehen..., müssten verschiede Sachen gemacht werden (Küchenleiste usw) Vermisst habe ich nur Geschirrhandtuch und Lappen (habe ich aber immer dabei)

• Michael (8/5): - Sehr gute Lage der Wohnung, schöne Innenausstattung der Wohnung. Netter und zielführender Kontakt mit Vermieter, da das dritte Bett nicht bezogen war. Sauberkeit recht gut. Zu viele Defekte und nicht mehr vorhandene Ausstattung. -PS4 fehlt wohl schon lange laut Bewertungen -Kaffeezubehör nicht vorhanden (keine Pads!) -Waschbecken im Bad steht nur lose auf der Platte (sehr gefährlich für Kinder!!!) -Toilettenspülung defekt (Hakt manchmal und läuft nach, Wassersparfunktion geht gar nicht mehr) -Dusche undicht und notdürftig seitlich montiert -Fenster teilweise nicht mehr zu öffnen -Türgriff im Bad unvollständig -Bett für unsere Verhältnisse viel zu weich

• Simone (9/5): Apartamento charmoso e equipado na melhor localização de Regensburgo - O apartamento é totalmente equipado, com tudo que vc precisa, especialmente na cozinha, que inclui da máquina de café expresso à lava-louças. Embora tenha apenas um quarto, todos os cômodos são espaçosos e confortáveis, inclusive o banheiro. A localização é perfeita: perto de supermercado, do rio Danúbio, de vários pontos turísticos, museus, bares e restaurantes. O atendimento foi rápido e eficiente. Certamente eu ficaria novamente no Liboria. A limpeza inicial deixou a desejar, pois encontramos muita poeira e várias teias de aranha por toda a parte. Ressalto ainda duas melhorias: informações gerais sobre a entrada, que exige uma chave física para abrir o prédio (não tem portaria) e a chave digital para entrada do apartamento; e outro ponto é que o apartamento fica no 3o. andar de escada (sem elevador), portanto, não recomendo a pessoas com dificuldade de mobilidade.
• Robert (9/5): Very nice - Location is fantastic. Apartment is clean and nicely furnished. Check-in was easy. Easily sizeable enough to accommodate three adults, possibly more. Just be aware that there's three flights of stairs to climb, and no elevator. Not an issue for most people, but good to be aware.
• Glenn (1/5): Beware - Could not access apartment as given wrong infomation Could not access apartment as given totally wrong information to even enter the apartment block. Tried to contact them and meanwhile I had to book a hotel for 1 night. No communication so I had to book a hotel for 2 more nights. It was about 5 days before I heard back from hosts. Booking.com did return my money as they could not contact hosts as well.

• Lisa (10/5): Beautiful Apartment in a perfect location. A+ - This was one of our favorite places to stay ever! The location is perfect and the apartment is sparkling clean and has beautiful decor. The best part was how comfortable the beds are. We all got a great night of sleep. The host is responsive and helpful. Everything was perfect!
