• Adrian (6/5): Good location for everything but few issues - Central Slight smell on arrival Door to get in was almost impossible to open, didn’t get much sense off the host. Toilet seat broken Bedroom handle hanging off.

• Karen (10/5): Florence home base - This was our home base for Italy. Beds were comfy, dining room chairs provided comfortable seating. Loved the patio, fresh air without the city noise. Perfect for a family of 3. Shower was a little small, if you are a larger person you may not fit.
• Tommy (6/5): Good overall, with a few disappointing details. - The location was great. The air conditioner worked very well, best that we saw in all of Italy actually. The bathroom was small but not as cramped as some places, and the water was hot with fabulous pressure. The clothes washing machine didn't work for the entire 7 or so days and 6 nights that we were there, and the host didn't fix it despite numerous attempts to ask them to fix it. Also, they changed the price of tourist taxes on us, and charged us significantly more despite all their emails quoting the lower charge.
