- Melanie (4/5): Der Aufenthalt war durch zahlreiche Mängel, starke Lärmbelastung und den aus meiner Sicht unprofessionellen Umgang mit d - Die Unterkunft wirkte auf den ersten Blick durch den Eingangsbereich und die Aufteilung des Apartments durchaus ansprechend. Check in hat ebenfalls super geklappt. Leider war mein beruflicher Aufenthalt insgesamt dennoch enttäuschend. Besonders problematisch war aus meiner Sicht, dass die Unterkunft bereits vor dem offiziellen Check out betreten wurde und dabei persönliche Gegenstände entsorgt wurden. Darunter Lebensmittel aus dem Kühlschrank, Kosmetikartikel, ein neu gekauftes Bettlaken sowie weitere Reiseutensilien. Da es sich überwiegend um mitgebrachte Gegenstände handelte, konnte ich dafür keine Kaufbelege vorlegen. Ein Entgegenkommen seitens der Unterkunft erfolgte leider nicht. Hinzu kamen mehrere Mängel während des Aufenthalts. Der Kühlschrank taute ständig an und ab, wodurch sich regelmäßig Tauwasser bildete und Lebensmittel nass wurden. Teile der Beleuchtung funktionierten nicht. Der Fernseher war ebenfalls ohne Funktion. Mikrowelle war defekt! Die allgemeine Hygiene entsprach ebenfalls nicht meinen Erwartungen, sodass ich das Badezimmer zunächst selbst gereinigt habe. Das vorhandene Bettlaken wirkte wenig angenehm und war durchlöchert, weshalb ich mir selbst ein neues gekauft habe. Außerdem war die Lärmbelastung sehr hoch. Tagsüber und nachts war es dauerhaft laut, zusätzlich war regelmäßig Cannabisgeruch wahrnehmbar. Nachts wurden häufig laut Flaschen entsorgt, wodurch an ruhigen Schlaf kaum zu denken war. Offene Fenster waren dadurch praktisch keine Option. Mir ist bewusst, dass die Unterkunft preislich eher im moderaten Bereich lag. Dennoch erwarte ich auch bei einer günstigeren Unterkunft grundlegende Standards wie Privatsphäre, Sauberkeit, funktionierende Ausstattung und eine gewisse Nachtruhe. Diese Erwartungen wurden leider nicht erfüllt.

- Tetiana (1/5): Schrecklich!!! - Mir hat gar nichts gefallen, das ist einfach schrecklich!!! Es ist schmutzig, verraucht, und entweder fehlt die Ausstattung und das Geschirr oder es funktioniert nicht!!! Ich hatte fünf Nächte gebucht und bereits bezahlt. Ich habe den Eigentümer über die unzumutbaren Wohnbedingungen informiert und die Stornierung angefragt. Trotz der von mir gesendeten Foto- und Videobeweise sowie der Tatsache, dass ich abgereist bin und dort nicht geblieben bin, weigert er sich weiterhin, mir das Geld zurückzuerstatten. Seien Sie vorsichtig!!!

Location ist direkt an der Zeil, Nähe zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Es war ziemlich dreckig. Auf dem Polster waren Blutflecken das Bettlacken hatte mehrere Löcher. Die Tür im Badezimmer abgenutzt und kaputt. Boden klebrig. Nachts klingelte es mehrmals an unserer Tür und man hörte Menschen im Flur reden.

- Wolfgang (5/5): Für Notfälle OK. - Die Lage sehr zentral. Türen waren aufgequollen bzw. kaputt. Boden im Küchenbereich defekt. Sehr laut, Streit, Türenknallen, Schreie bis hin zum Besuch der Polizei. Es liefen hier auch echt seltsame Gestalten herum. Kein Personal/Rezeption vor Ort. Kein Aufzug.

Agradeço pela atenção - Localização perfeita , apesar que a empresa do lado te acorda às 6 com vários homens guargalhando , porém entendível Último dia que fiquei alguém estava festejando , e toda hora gritavam derrubavam pratos , tocaram minha campainha 3 vezes , ficaram na porto do meu quarto fiquei até com medo

- Clare C (10/5): I would stay again and recommend - The location is perfect. I travel to Frankfurt a lot and it is difficult to get a balance between central and quiet. Here it was both, and the room was completely silent during the night. The kitchen and the coffee machine were a perfect addition. The bed was really comfortable. And the pictures on the walls - well, when I looked closely at them, I LOL'd! :D Also, I got an extended checkout with no extra charge after I asked if it was possible. I appreciated that. Thank you for a really lovely stay. Nothing - it really fit very well.

- Rozeta (5/5): The stay in that apartment was bad after the payment was made and I was unprepared for the situation after I went to wor - very good location. I didn't like the inaccuracy in the room description. I tried to communicate to inform them of the problems in the room and there was no reaction. The cooking stove didn't work and its glass was broken. The TV was simply on the dresser because no simple channel worked at all. There was no extra duvet and why did we ask for it. The existing duvet was dirty and was stuffed into the sheet. The pillows and mattress were beyond any standard.

В апартаментах было чисто, тепло и наличие мини кухни несомненно плюс - кофемашина, чайник, микроволновая печь и холодильник , минимальный набор посуды в наличии , так что готовить завтрак можно прямо в комнате. В целом апартаменты соответствуют фото и описанию👌 Нет такого

- Marianne (7/5): Prima verblijf, maar wel net aan. - De accommodatie had wel alles in huis wat het had belooft. Het was net schoon genoeg om te blijven maar ik heb wel overwogen om te vertrekken. Jammer dat dingen stuk waren, misten (zoals een vriezer deur) of vies waren (muur in badkamer had vlekken).
- Stephan (5/5): Nichtmal gut geschlafen - Das schlimmste war das Bett. Es ist kein Lattenrost vorhanden, sondern nur 3 Holzbretter unter einer dünnen Matratze. Man lag teilweise durch bis auf das Brett. Rückenschmerzen waren an der Tagesordnung. Dann waren die "bettnahen" Steckdosen hinter der Bettwand. Man durfte das Bett also erstmal vorziehen, um da ranzukommen. Das Bett stand auch im Wohnraum, ein separates Schlafzimmer gibt es nicht. Feuermelder waren abgebaut, Kleiderschrank und Küchenmöbel waren dreckig. Die Dekolampe und der Lüfter waren kaputt.

Very rough bedding Very old flooring doesn’t like a service apartment. Dusty fan. The duvet is hello colour stained inside however the outer cover is clean. Bed cover is very old and thread is out. I have stayed for 3 nights and requested for a towel on the 3rd day, but not received . No proper handwash also - it’s filled with water. If you want a quiet stay , you will hate this place. - this place near to food street that opens till 3.00am, its extremely noisy. If you are staying for more than one night - book only for one night and see if you are happy then extend . Because you can’t cancel the whole stay if you book for 3days. Overall - at the cost I have stayed , it was a terrible mistake . So never expect it to be in the standard of a service apartment or a hotel. For sure , at this price you will get proper hotel in and around Frankfurt and hardly 15mts ride to this location.

- Anja (2/5): Höchstens nach einer Renovierung! - Sehr zentrale Lage. Die Zeil ist fast genau vor der Haustür Wir haben eine andere Unterkunft erhalten als wir gebucht haben. Wir hatten explizit ein größeres Zimmer mit Tageslichtbad gebucht und ein kleineres Zimmer mit innenliegendem Bad erhalten. Das Zimmer/ die Wohnung war komplett abgewohnt, Wände zerschrammt (teils auch in unerklärlichen Höhen), der Boden in der Küche war aufgequollen, Fliesen im Bad beschädigt, die Möbel waren abgewohnt, die Vorhänge sind zu klein für die Fenster (praktisch wenn der Nachbarhof die ganze Nacht die Scheinwerfer in die Wohnung strahlt - es bedarf kein anschalten vom Licht). Die Flecken auf dem Vorhang direkt neben dem Bett wollten wir uns nicht zu genau anschauen, was das war kann sich jeder denken. Und wir Flecken und abschrammungen auf 2m Höhe oder mehr zustande kommen wäre zwar interessant, aber nicht wenn man grad in der Wohnung bleiben muss…

- de Jonge (9/5): - Sehr Guten Standort, mitten im Zentrum. Sehr gutes Apartment. Das einzige was mir anfang ein bisschen gestört hat war, das wir ein Apartment hatten im 4ter Stock und da war keine Aufzug, und mit schweren Koffer nicht wirklich ideal, aber das war ein Kleinigkeit.
- Pablo Devota (7/5): Will do - The location was great with food, groceries, shopping, and attractions close by. About 25 minutes to the train station. The size of the room was good but there is no leg room on one side. It was comfortable to us. The bed walls need paint over and also the table top. Need bright light in the shower room.
- Ida (7/5): - Room was clean and nice looking. It was close to stores and public transport. Nothing to complain about the room itself. Someone was smoking weed next to front door every time I went in. Apartment was on small dark road and I didn't feel safe to walk there in the evening and morning. I couldn't sleep because there was so much yelling, ambulances and loud noises during every night (not just evening and morning but also at 3 am). Carrying 30 kg luckages up the narrow stairs was not fun but doable.
- Alexey (7/5): - The location was fairly good, very close to the main sightseeing and shopping venues The hotel is in a small side street and there's a bet machines on the ground floor and visitors of it were very loud till 11pm and from 6am shopping mall began to throw garbage which was noisy But the worst was a pillow on a bed, it was very tiny and thin, so it was not comfortable to sleep on it.

- serge (7/5): I managed to have a bit of fun😊 - Just the location was great, downtown and approximately close to everything. Without any shade or curtain,the morning sun pours directly through the skylight from 5 AM onward, instantly waking me and ruining any chance of more sleep.

- Michael (3/5): Brothel-y vibes and not clean at all - Nothing The apartment smelled of cigarettes. The bathroom door was so swollen it did not close at all. The room was filthy and unmaintained at all. Our bed sheets had the hair of other guests and blood resembling stains. The mattress was so thin you'd be better off sleeping on the floor.
