• Marie Joy (9/5): Highly recommended. - -Walking distance to everything, but not in the centre of tourist crowd. Which to us is perfect. -Clean and modern. -It has everything you can possibly need for few days holiday and some extras. -Right downstairs is a yummy souvlaki place with most polite staff. And you are surrounded by selections of both fancy and hole in the wall places to eat. Kolonaki district is now my favourite place. Nothing that the host did not sort out immediately. There is currently a massive crane machine in the way of the view however it’s not a deal breaker for us. This is out of anyone’s control.

• MICHAEL (10/5): Superb! Location, design, furniture, equipment, terrace, tranquility: 5 STARS! - Beautifully designed and furnished, really well equipped, spotlessly clean. Great shower and bathroom. The location - overlooking the main square in Kolonaki - is excellent, very convenient for museums and a short walk from the historic centre. It’s also only a 15 minute walk to Mt Lykavittos; nature, walking paths, and spectacular views over the city. Despite its central location (and ongoing construction work for a 4th metro line on Kolonaki square, the apartment is quiet and tranquil. And the large terrace is a delight in a sunny day. I’ve stayed in Athens many times, and this is apartment is superb! Nothing.

• Kali (6/5): Pleasant - The apartment is beautiful – with a great view, good location, and stylish interior. However, it felt generally unclean and poorly maintained. The stay was further overshadowed by hygiene issues and the unprofessional handling of criticism. There were hairs from previous guests in the bed, the hairdryer was sticky and unhygienic – completely unusable in that condition – and the fridge still contained open drinks from previous guests. Despite providing photo evidence, the criticism was dismissed, and I was even accused of lying. Very disappointing, especially since the apartment itself has great potential.

• Paraskevi (10/5): Exceptional - This place is awesome!!! Amazing view from the terrace 😍 It is a very clean place with everything you need for your stay! It is right in the middle of everything. Restaurants bars coffee places. Walking distance to Plaka, Monastiraki, Syntagma, Zappeion, Ethniko Kipos, Acropolis Museum and so much more!!! We definitely stay here again 👈🏼
