Late check-out will incur an additional charge to cover the financial losses incurred, as it may affect scheduled cleaning and subsequent bookings.
Please note that an additional charge of EUR 60 is applicable for late check-out from 11:00. This charge will be determined by the property based on the losses incurred, including potential delays, rebooking, or any other resulting impact.

- Sarah (7/5): Cheap and cheerful but a few downfalls so wouldn't stay again. - Good location, 5 minutes from the beach, lovely local bars and restaurants. Off the main tourist path so very authentic. Apartment very small but well equipt with beautiful views of the mountains, parks and nicer looking apartments than the building itself. Check in was a shambles. Our flight was delayed and hour due to bad weather and when we arrived, the owner had not sent the padlock code to me to enter the building, even though this was flagged 24 hrs before arrival. My 75 year old mother and I were stranded outside at 2.30am and were unable to contact anyone, despite phoning and texting. Luckily, a resident came home around 3am, and after some gentle persuading, he let us in the main entrance, and the button on the app opened the apartment door. Had this gentleman not been around, we would have been left outside all night!!!!! It's such a shame, as communication was good prior to my last unread email stating I couldn't access the link for the padlock code. The apartment although small was very suitable but was in a building with lots of animals. Residents were coming home with kittens, and a high number of large dogs live there, one of which howled from 4am EVERY MORNING for several hours only a few doors away. Someone must of complained as it stopped for the last 2 days of our stay. This building is a locals residence, and probably not the best for holiday makers wanting a quiet break.
- Yvonne (7/5): Prima appartement, waardeloze communicatie. - Klein, maar net appartement met mooi uitzicht over de stad Bij aankomst kregen we een code van een sleutelkastje. Er hingen zo'n 30 kastjes zonder aanduiding, dus we moesten ze allemaal proberen. Uiteindelijk hadden we de sleutel, maar geen idee welk huisnummer op de 10e verdieping daarbij hoorde. We waren niet op de hoogte van het pasjessysteem voor het zwembad. De pasjes lagen niet op de aangegeven plek, dus moesten we het hele appartement doorzoeken. Zwembad heeft geen bedjes of stoeltjes. Al met al diverse keren gebeld met de beheerder. Er werd steeds niet opgenomen. We werden wel teruggebeld, maar dat duurde steeds even.

- Sam (10/5): close to everywhere. - superb location, by the bus stop to Mihas & the train station, 2 minutes walk to the beach & restaurants. couple of minutes walk to cheap & very good Mas supermarket, walking distance to everywhere and the buses to Malaga or Fuengirola. I stayed a month, I will defiantly go back. Strongly recommend it.
- Oleh (9/5): Nice apartment in beautiful place - The beach is close and beautiful, wonderful view from the window to the mountains. Nice apartment, though a bit cold at winter nights . Very quiet place.
- Detalavera (9/5): It was good :) - I will miss that awesome view from the balcony and the sunlight in the living room at the sunset 🌅 Oh and sleeping there was reeeeeeeaaaaally comfortable👍 We missed the oven for our 2 months stay, but on the other hand, we knew from the very beginning it was absent, so that’s not a problem.))
