• Sabol (2/5): - Location We are not satisfied with this accommodation, as there were several serious issues during our stay. The bathroom and toilet doors could not be closed, which meant there was no privacy and anyone from the living room could see us while using them, which was very uncomfortable. The shower head was broken, and the drainage was clogged—the water would not drain, so I had to clean and fix it myself. There was only one roll of toilet paper available, and the soap ran out after the first day because there was very little of it. The Wi-Fi stopped working during the last two days of our stay. There was only one glass for drinking water, even though there were three of us staying, and only one blanket was provided. The couch had stains on it, as did the pillows, and after unfolding it, only one part was usable—the other side collapsed when someone lay on it. I injured my leg because of this, and it was impossible to sleep on it. Overall, we consider this stay very uncomfortable and unsatisfactory.

• Saime (8/5): - De accommodatie lag dicht bij alles; we hadden geen bus nodig en konden overal te voet naartoe. Na ongeveer tien minuten warm douchen werd het water plots koud en moest ik even wachten tot het weer opwarmde.

• Petra (5/5): - The location was great and it was kinda cheap. We booked this apartment for 2 nights for 3 people. There were not enough towels and blankets. When we asked the landlord for more, he/she said okay, he will bring more. But nothing happened. The shower clogged making the floor all wet, after a normal 2 minute shower. After we pointed that out, the answer was: tomorrow morning the housekeeper will take care of everything. But the next morning nothing happened. We were like okay maybe later that day. After we got back to the apartment after sightseeing, there was a bag with towels and sheet in front of the door. THE SHEETS WERE WET. And thats all that happened, the bathroom floor was still wet. The wall was moldy and the plaster was peeled off. So it didn’t look as good as in the pictures. The rating of this apartment is 10/9.1 so we were expecting a better flat, I don’t know if we were just unlucky, or the pictures were of an other apartment, but it looked nothing like the pictures.

The bathroom/toilet door scraped against the floor, making a lot of noise and not closing properly. One of the showers wasn't working, making showering uncomfortable. The shower drain was clogged, and the wastewater drained very slowly. There was only a quarter roll of toilet paper; is that enough for 5 days? No. There was no hand soap. There were no hand towels. The salt and pepper containers were empty. These deficiencies were unacceptable. It would be a wonderful place once these shortcomings were addressed.

Ev sahibi mesajlara hemen dönmüyor, döndüğü zamanda işine gelen şeye cevap veriyor. 3 kişilik ücret ödedik ama 3. kişi için yastık çarşaf verilmedi. Odanın halısı pisti ve ilginç bir şekilde her yerde saç vardı. Mutfağin çekmecisinde bile.

• Farrah (9/5): Amazing view from the 15th floor. - I had a great stay at this apartment in the center of Tirana. The location was perfect—central but not too noisy, with supermarkets and restaurants just around the building. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and nicely designed, with an amazing view from the 15th-floor balcony. Watching the sunset from there was one of my favorite moments of the trip. Communication with the host was easy through WhatsApp. He was kind and even came to meet me when I was lost and needed help with parking, which I really appreciated. Check-in and check-out were smooth and straightforward. I would recommend this apartment, especially for its location and stunning balcony view. I’d be happy to stay here again when I come back to Tirana.

• Chloe (8/5): Good stay, amazing location - My favourite area in Tirana! The apartment is decorated absolutely beautifully and the view from 15th floor is amazing, especially as the sun sets. The check in process felt a little unorganized but the host was quick to respond. I will say, this apartment is originally a 2-bedroom apartment that has been converted into 2 seperate apartments which share a main door and corridor. The doors into each apartment only have interior door locks so perhaps for guest comfortable a more sturdy and secure lock into each apartment would be appreciated. Also if you deadbolt the front door, the other apartment won’t be able to get in so this probably merits a warning sign on the back of the door to avoid. There was no hand soap in the dispenser, no knife for chopping and the apartment wasn’t the cleanest I have ever been in (lots of hairs in bathroom and living room rug). Minor improvements would make it a 10/10.

Weren’t given check in instructions until we arrived after repeatedly asking. If we didn’t buy a SIM card as soon as we arrived to the airport, we would’ve been in a tricky situation. Tiniest x1 toilet roll left for us for two nights.. we had to go buy more.

• Anonymous (1/5): Bad - The property is clean. Location is amazing. It was not pleasant dealing with this property. It is cash only or go through bank info, which I didn’t feel comfortable doing. They do not disclose that when you’re booking. Customer service got involved and the owner lied and said they would accept my credit card. Then they told me no again and wanted cash only left in the room. And they said that they have been doing this over a year with 6 properties and Im the only one that have complained about it. I guess most plp give in with the cash. Otherwise was told to get out. Feels like they are scamming and pocketing all the money. Have no idea how much a high end and updated place doesn’t accept credit cards when the rest of the city does. Plus how do they know if I left the money? What if I walked out without paying? Or do they have cameras in there? I asked our neighbors that were staying there. They were also paying in cash.
