The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. The keys will be collected at the Gestaltur office: Calle Ibiza, 12, Local 4, on the corner in front of the pharmacy. Office hours may vary depending on the season. Contact the Gestaltur staff directly. The hours and season of the pool is subject to what the community of the building decides. This may vary depending on the year and the season. The deposit may be affected by non-compliance with the community's rules of conduct, not leaving the apartment collected, not taking the garbage down or loss of keys, among others. Please note that the change of towels and bed linen is done every 7 days for stays of more than 7 nights. For stays of less than 7 nights, the changes will be made upon request for a fee: Towel change: 20€. Linen and towel change: 45€
