L insonorisation : chambre côté couloir extérieur, rue, restaurant..(.avec une fenêtre qui ne ferme pas on entend la musique du restaurant, les voisins qui parlent en passant dans le couloir comme s ils passaient à côtéde votre lit...). Les travaux environnant et travaux du voisin jusqu'à plus de 19h avec un burineur... Un voisin qui marche toute la nuit dans son appartement... C'est un complexe des années 60 avec plus de 300 appartements...
• Bécares (9/5): Una semana en pareja - El apartamento está muy bien acondicionado y es confortable. Dispone de todo lo esencial que puedas necesitar para pasar unos días de vacaciones y si acompaña el tiempo, tiene una gran terraza para disfrutar. Solo había un juego de toallas por persona para una estancia de 7 días. Considero que debería tener un juego de recambio por persona. También eché en falta que no tuviera horno para cocinar, pero no es tan relevante como lo anterior.
• Farndale (7/5): Nice apartment dreadful block - The apartment was clean (mostly but smells of damp) very comfortable beds and bedding. Modern TV all the pots and pans you need to cook, nice large balcony and pool was clean if very cold. This apartment is on the ground floor by the car park and a range of restaurants less then 5m from the bedroom window. The noise was incredible even with earplugs it was hard to sleep at night. Also the exterior of the building looks like a rundown prison and the entire building needs a refurbishment. This is a residential block so don't expect to play any music (we had on radio on low) otherwise you will get the neighbour and security knocking on your door!

• Stefanie76 (8/5): Hier komen we graag terug. - Het goed uitgerust appartement. Goeie ligging, goede bedden, wasmachine aanwezig, schaduwrijk terras. Twee kleine opmerkingen over het appartment: extra set beddengoed zou welkom zijn en graag ook huisraad checken. Er waren zaken die slecht waren afgewassen waren door vorige bewoners. Iets waar de eigenaar niets kan aan doen maar een toilet bij het zwembad werd gemist. Je moest telkens naar het appartement terug.

Good situation, close to shops, restaurants and Yumbo shopping center ! Very friendly and helpful host, thanks Olivier! Some insects
