Antonio Vitor (1/5): Decepcionado - O hotel seria bom, se eu tivesse contratado o hotel Plaza. Fui enganado. Quem eu contratei, na verdade, foi uma pessoa "mulher", proprietária da unidade. Quando cheguei, o hotel não sabia nada sobre mim. Levei um susto. Odiei o Booking me vender como se fosse uma hospedagem da empresa hoteleira. Na verdade fui surpreendido com uma proprietária displicente, que não repassou adequadamente informações para o hotel, mentiu diversas vezes sobre informações e me causou grave desconforto. EU CONTRATEI UM HOTEL SÉRIO. SE FOSSE PRA TRATAR COM UM PARTICULAR, TINHA IDO NO AIRBNB. NUNCA MAIS VOLTO AO "BOOKING"

Lucila (6/5): Bom custo / benefício para o local - Localização excelente Não ficou claro que a locação era de terceiro. Há uma tensão entre a administração do flat e o hotel, que prejudica o cliente. Chegamos e a reserva não estava pronta. O serviço de quarto não foi bom.
