No streaming services so when we settled in for a family movie night we had some limited choices on Foxtel. We ended up watching movies on our laptop which wasn’t quite the same! First hotel I’ve ever stayed in without a smart TV that links to streaming. The room was a little pricey for what we got. I’ve rented apartments in other areas that were better value.

- Ashleigh Barke (1/5): Bed bug infestation - The room was nice and the view was amazing but all that didnt matter because we ended our holiday going home covered in bed bug bites The mattress my partner and I slept on was not clean and infested with bed bugs. We ended our travels extremely uncomfortable itchy and scratching with red blister like lumps all over us and having to rewash all our clothes and then unable to return to work on Monday as we suspected loosing 2 days of pay, and costly medications and skin treatments to help clear up the bites. My mothers day was ruined and unpleasent.

- Davies (6/5): It’s a nice hotel but they need to do something about the noise from the bar downstairs before I stay there again. - It was in a great location, the room was comfortable and very clean A new open bar, part of the building, had just opened up. The noise, music, singing, conversation, went on until after midnight and it was impossible to sleep. After mentioning it to staff the following night (Sunday) the noise stopped at 10 30. It wasn’t very restful.

The couch had stains all over it to where we wouldn’t want to sit on it. The staff were amazing at moving us to a cleaner, nicer smelling room straight away

- Andrea (8/5): What we needed. - Excellent service and a comfortable bed. Very clean and plenty of space. Kitchen well equipped with utensils etc. Really big balcony. The room was made up each day which was really nice. I booked here for a kitchen but there was no oven, The swimming pool was absolutely freezing which was really disappointing as this is why I paid more to stay in an apartment with a pool. I couldn't go in.

- Susan (10/5): Fantastic Apartment - Absolutely fantastic. Paid the extra for the river view on the 2 bed apartment and was well worth the extra. Very large balcony with huge outdoor setting and an ashtray which is always wonderful for a smoker. Staff were above and beyond friendly and helpful including the house cleaners. The pool was beautiful, but could have been slightly warmer.

- Philip (10/5): We only stayed 1 night but the stay was and we intend to stay in the future when travelling. - The apartment was located next to the Fitzroy River in Rockhampton, and we had a good view of the river. The apartment is within walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants. No complaints.
