• Niall (4/5): - Very good location. Easy instructions for keys retrieval. Well equipped kitchen Boiler had no pressure so no central heating/ hot water available. Thankfully weather was mild otherwise we would have been even colder at night

• Nadezhda (9/5): Lovely and cozy place in a quiet yet central area. - Cute and cozy apartment in a great location, close to public transport. The apartment was well appointed and very comfortable. The area is quiet and feels very safe. It was our first time in London, and staying here really helped us form a very positive impression of the city. The neighbours could occasionally be heard going up and down the stairs, as the sound insulation between the apartment and the corridor is not very good (but it was not so often)
• Rahel (9/5): - Lovely and roomy apartment in a great and quiet neighborhood. It was practical that we could easily do the laundry. Quite comfy bed and good kitchen with all the necessary tools. Figuring out the water temperature in the shower took some time and the neighbours could occasionally be heard.

• Manuel (9/5): Nice and central place to explore London - We really enjoyed our stay in London. The apartment was in a really nice and calm area, however you just walked a bit and there were lots of amazing restaurants and pubs! So it was the perfect mix! The old building with red bricks feld very fitting to the UK and it was overall an amazing stay, from communication with the host, to exploring the city thanks to the apartments perfect location. It was nicely furnished and a great blend between old and modern. At first, we didn't know how the heating worked. However, there's a small digital thermostate at the bookshelve in the livingroom. Once we turned it from 18° to 22° it became instantly nice and warm. It took us some time to find it.

Clear timely effective communication regarding access and departure. Can’t really say anything bad. Maybe bathroom towel rail could work to dry towels- but that’s it!

Staircase not very inviting, pretty weird smell in the staircase. Loud neighbours (screaming, hammering) , some mold in the bathtub, no TV and very slow wifi.

• Laura (7/5): :( for cleaningless - The place is close to bus stations, a few nice cafes, restaurants and to Tesco. The place needs a refresh and some fixes, a more thorough cleaning of the dust, spiderwebs and mold and some fresh air. No hair drier.
