Deniz (4/5): disappointing and stressful upon arrival as bed sheets, towels missing and beds are uncomfortable. - The location is good. I booked for 3 adults and one child - only two sets of towels were provided and only one bed was made, and no extra sheets and no duvet or pillows for the second sofa-bed available at the property. We were tired and my father who is elderly really did not have the capacity to deal with this lack of provision. We had to contact the host numerous times and in the end were sent codes to key boxes for two other properties in the building to get these items (bed sheets, duvet, extra towels, pillow) ourselves late in the evening. No apology or discount was offered for this extra stress and work put on us. The location is great, but Wifi and phone reception are terrible, cutting out intermittently, and the building itself is full of construction work. At this price this lack of service was very poor and disappointing. Would not recommend.
Solomon (7/5): Nice flat but building is not good. - Very spacious flat and comfortable beds. The flat was nice and warm when we arrived. The building is very spooky, but the flat is nice. The agent took too long to answer. The WiFi and television did not work. The kitchen was not clean. Big fridge but no freezer.

Ian (1/5): Read other poor reviews, they are 100% accurate. Not recommended! - 10 min walk to Praterstern subway & train station. But this is a fact you can see when booking not something to like :) My experience: - Host gave me wrong check-in info for accessing the building. I managed to initially get in because another tenant came out but then it took 24h for the host to respond wit the correct building access info. So very unresponsive. - Pillows were really really bad , and the cover zippers were broken. Linen & towels are old & cheap and the bed is horrible, makes noises at every move you make. It needs fixing. Also, the "sofa" is very cheap, just for show. - The Wifi internet is slow to not working. It is not usable. - Cleaners came 10 AM entering the apartment without knocking although checkout was 11 AM :)) Overall it is bad value for money and not worth the 100+ euro/night price. And the management is totally negligent.
Hagar (1/5): Nightmare and stinky - Close to center - No ventilation, no Air conditioning and very high Humidity, and as it is located in ground floor and window view is trash, so there is no option to open any windows!!! - It needs deep clean, bathroom sucks and there are spiders everywhere in the apartment (really it was a nightmare!!!!) - Pillows were really really bad , and the cover zippers are broken!! - Bedroom curtains are not blackout - Towels are very used and take centuries to get dried due to humidity - Pictures are not the same! So be careful!! The true pictures are the ones inside the “one bedroom apartment” selection! - Last thing, they don’t reply instantly and cleaners came 10 AM entering the apartment to clean it without checking if we have already left (although checkout was 11 AM) Think millions before renting this apartment! It was really a nightmare. Attached some pics!

Aron (8/5): needs maintenance - apartment is spacious, location is excellent, staff responded in a timely manner and were friendly 2 toilets was helpful apartment was clean we were given a manual set of keys which was helpful all common areas are old and not maintained neighbors were smoking all sorts off illegal stuff… beds are uncomfortable, being flat sofa beds all of the furniture is cheap and feeble, there is also inadequate storage space. the digital keypad to enter the apartment did not work well, and was a nuisance the shower has no curtains and the glass partition does not adequately stop water from spilling on to the floor there was no cleaning equipment, no soap, no shampoo no detergent and no cleaning during our stay parking is sparse , though not the fault of the property Master bedroom had no door lock
