• Tamiko (3/5): Don’t stay! Roaches everywhere! Security is not friendly. - The location was perfect. Close to restaurants, shopping, beach Roaches everywhere!!!!! I rented 2 apartments and there were roaches. I called the host she agreed to refund me a portion of the amount. It never happened. It was nasty. We found roach eggs in our luggage when we came home. Gross!!!!! I have a video of roaches in the apartment but it won’t let me post here.
• Sandra (10/5): Increíble - The building is very nice, the staff is very friendly and very professional, the whole building is very clean and that is very important, the location is perfect you have everything at hand and the beach literally in front. The pool has a design that looks like it joined the beach is incredible and the apartment is perfect Todo me gustó
• Mara (7/5): won't be coming back - I like i could watch sunset from my balcony no hairdryer no iron board annoyed my friend couldn't come to have a drink with me because they have a rule no guests after 10 pm even tho the reservation was for 2 people anyway. water sometimes was hot sometimes cold it was about luck.
• Vanessa (7/5): 3 days stay in Bocagrande - Well furnished apartment, great location directly opposite of the beach. Nice pool with view over the bay. Instant replies via whatsapp. Check in process was easy, although I didnt appreciate that I had to log in via a third party webpage to make payment. We had to wear wristbands to enter the apartment building. Towels in the apartment are flimsy. No lighter available to switch on the gas hob. Now biggest downside were the amount of hair I found and 8 (small) cockroaches that I had to remove during our 3 day stay.

• Daniel (5/5): Enough that I didn’t complain. Not enough that I would want to return. - Good location. Balcony facing the beach. Everything worked, hot water, air conditioning. Out dated. Shower tiles cracking. The shower drains slower than the water flowing. You flood out the apartment quickly (had to run the shower really low pressure). The stove burners need replacement. Gas stove, and the flame is low. Takes do long to boil water for coffee. The linen closet was just extra linens thrown in there. So messy. If you can put up with an outdated apartment. Then it gets you by.
• Fernando (10/5): Wonderful - Amazing location and Bldg Security Beautiful Pool and wonderful Apt View everything open 24 hours , Drugstore in front of the bldg 24 hours and 2 Major Supermarets also open 24 hours 2 blocks away. Plenty of Restaurants for All Budgets from fast foods to Elegant restaurants The Apt has Great Internet access and Juan Carlos was very attentive to my needs Only cash payment on COP , No credit cards
• Martin (8/5): Great views, comfortable stay, and good value for money. - Great location. Beautiful views from the balcony. Clean. Nice outdoor pool on 5th floor for guests. We were not allowed to bring our friend to the apartment to use the toilet. The window blinds were broken. No shampoo or laundry powder provided. Pillows were average quality.
• Ricardo (7/5): Disappointed - The hotel staff was great and friendly. The hostess I forgot her name was not friendly or responsive! She seemed to have an issue with me requesting guests over in which i followed their house rules by asking to put guests on the list. I didn't appreciate her ignoring my messages. She also ignored the call from hotel staff that I was trying to reach her. I'd stay at hotel again, but not through airbnb.
