• Miranda (8/5): - Het grote appartement heeft ons positief verrast. Alles keurig netjes en schoon. De mooie binnenplaats waar je lekker kan relaxen. Niet veel. Maar een paar kleine dingen. De bedden waren te hard. De kussens ook een beetje. Maar is natuurlijk heel persoonlijk. We misten een snijplank in de verder prima keuken. En een theedoek. Wat je natuurlijk ook zelf mee kan nemen. Maar op een weekendtrip vergeet je dat vaak. De verlichting in de keuken en woonkamer zou prettiger zijn als dat gedimt kan worden. Wat gezelliger als je in de avond nog even ern drankje doet.

Lokalizacja super, 15 minut spacerkiem do centrum:) Nie trzeba było nawet korzystać z komunikacji. Okolica bezpieczna, 1 minuta do mini marketu, w którym było wszystko, co potrzebne. Piękny taras na którym można wieczorkiem odpocząć, a w ciągu dnia się opalać. Polecam! :)

• Rink (9/5): - Unkompliziert toll, klare Empfehlung!! Wir hatten einen kostenlosen Shuttle vom Flughafen zur Unterkunft mit einer Dauer von knapp 10 min. Vorab erhielten wir alle Infos für den kontaktlosen Check-in, was super geklappt hat. Das Zimmer war wie auf den Bildern dargestellt modern und sauber mit verschiedenen Lichtquellen. Die Küche war super, um ein kleines Frühstück vorzubereiten. Das konnten wir dann in unserem kleinen Gartenabteil genießen. An grundlegenden Küchenutensilien war alles vorhanden. Nudeln hätte man sich auch gut kochen können. Im kleinen Kühlschrank konnten wir die Lebensmittel lagern. Gewürze muss man sich selbst besorgen. Das Bad hat ein kleines Fenster und ist mit Handtüchern, Pflegeprodukten und einem Föhn ausgestattet. Alles sauber und ordentlich. Einen TV gibt es ebenfalls um sich für Streamingdienste anzumelden und eine Fliegengittertür, die allerdings trotz Schloss nicht abschließbar ist um zb in der Nacht frische Luft rein zu lassen. Nach einem langen Tag roch es immer etwas feucht und warm, verflog aber schnell mit dem Lüften. Ein Display für eine Klimaanlage ist auch vorhanden. Bei uns im April war sie, denken wir, noch deaktiviert. Die Straße zur Unterkunft ist sauber und ca. 50 Meter entfernt gibt es einen kleinen Mini Markt. Den Verkehr hört man relativ entfernt, nicht direkt vor der Haustür, aber die Hauptstraße ist direkt ums Eck. Die startenden Flugzeuge dagegen waren lauter, was phasenweise vorkam. Zu Fuß erreichten wir zügig die Altstadt und Treffpunkte für Tagestouren und brauchten keine Fahrdienste. Nur zwei Kleinigkeiten: das Wasser in der Dusche läuft sehr langsam ab und die Betten sind schon etwas hart. Alles aber persönliche Präferenzen :)

• Laurence (7/5): Nous avons globalement passé un bon séjour, le propriétaire est très réactif. Je recommande - La propreté La communication avec le propriétaire et La localisation. L appartement est spacieux. Nous étions au RDC avec terrasse très agréable . Certains couverts étaient sales. L eau de la douche s'écoulait mal, j'ai du nettoyer le filtre. il y a un couloir d avion juste au dessus de la résidence, les avions décollaient dès 6h! Pas de grasse matinée ! Le lit est très confortable mais le canapé pas du tout ! J ai du mettre des coussins en dessous du matelas car je sentais la barre de fer.
• Karamelko (10/5): We are satisfied with our stay. - Very large and spacious apartment with two large bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, large living room and balcony. It is heated with radiators and the temperature is very comfortable. There is a wonderful garden in the courtyard of the building where you can relax after a long walk. There was an unpleasant smell from one of the bathrooms, but we put a towel on the drain and kept the window open and the door closed and it was OK. The apartment is on the second floor and there are steep stairs and it is inconvenient to carry large suitcases.

• Soceanu (10/5): - The apartment is exactly as described, very spacious and clean. The 2 bedrooms and the living room are completely separate, making it suitable for groups of friends or families. The area in which it is located is not necessarily a touristic one, the apartment is on a quiet street, but it is very convenient being about 10-15 minutes walk from the historic center. The relationship with the host was very good and check-in and check-out were done independently without any problems Everything was fine.

• maria paola (5/5): - location nuova, ben ristrutturata, molto comoda sia al centro che alla stazione, silenziosissima, corredata di un bel giardino. Abbiamo segnalato una problematica e hanno risolto con velocita' la camera che ci e' stata data e' al piano terra priva di finestra. Nonostante uno scambiatore d'aria la sera del ns arrivo la stata aveva un odore acre di muffa e stantio, priva d'aria abbiamo avuto grosse difficoltà a dormire. l'indomani segnalato il problema ci hanno fornito la chiave di un cancello esterno alla porta di ingresso. Chiudendo quello a chiave abbiamo potuto dormire con la prta d'ingresso aperta. Meno male che non eravamo in pieno inverno. Ritengo che quella stanza non sia adatta a ricevere ospiti. Debba essere usata solo in caso si emergenza ed a prezzo scontato ( cosa che non e' avvenuto). Consiglio inoltre la sostituzione dei cuscini. Veramente troppo troppo spessi. Non erano cuscini erano due montagne... Materasso molto comodo. Segnalo inoltre che nel piccolo living comune era inutilizzabile il bollitore in quanto sporco. Non erano presenti ne tazze ne bustine di te o tisane.
• Pier-Angelo (8/5): Mycket bra och mysig - men med några brister som personalen gjorde sitt bästa för att avhjälpa - Skön säng rummen fräscha och nyrenoverade trädgården mysig och personalen tillgänglig och hjälpsam - de försökte att fixa de problem som uppstod Vi saknade micro städgrejor tvättmaskin en spegel i entrén. Teflonkastrullerna och stekpannan var av sämre kvalité.
• Sylvie (10/5): Superbe appartement central avec jardin et balcon - La taille de l'appartement est très grand, calme, et super bien situé. On dort très bien. Le balcon permet de prendre le soleil et le jardin est super relaxant. Proche du centre, nous avons quasiment fait toutes les visites à pied. Il est entouré de pizzerias, commerces, cafés. Bref un logement idéal pour profiter de Naples! Ras

• Patricia (10/5): We love it! - We really loved our stay here. The apartment was spacious, very comfortable. The location was super convenient, with lots of shops nearby and easy access to the bus. The hosts were incredibly responsive, when I had an issue with the iron, they brought a new one the same day. The blow dryer was amazing good, and there were two of them, also they have complementary coffee and the expreso machine was amazing, which was a great bonus. Everything we needed was right there, and the whole experience was stress-free and enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again!

Inoltre c’era un odore costante di feci che proveniva da uno dei due bagni. Il deposito bagagli non era custodito dunque abbiamo dovuto pagare un deposito e spendere 35 euro supplementari
• Lana (9/5): Nichtsdestotrotz kann ich die Wohnung insgesamt und Ivan als sehr freundlichen Gastgeber empfehlen. Trotz der genannten - Die Wohnung in Neapel war wirklich sehr groß und geräumig, genauso wie auf den Bildern. Besonders schön war der Blick in den Garten und die Ruhe – mitten im Trubel der Stadt ein echtes Highlight. Auch der Balkon hat unseren Aufenthalt sehr bereichert. Positiv zu erwähnen sind in diesem Zusammenhang der nette, ältere Nachbar und seine Frau, ein sehr freundliches Ehepaar. Die Zimmer und Badezimmer waren gut ausgestattet und hatten alles, was man braucht. Die Küche hingegen war leider eine Enttäuschung. Zwar ist sie groß und bietet Platz, um gemeinsam am Tisch zu sitzen, aber die Ausstattung und Sauberkeit ließen zu wünschen übrig. Das Wasser in der Kaffeemaschine war alt, der Behälter stark verkalkt, sodass wir sie nicht genutzt haben und stattdessen bei Bedarf eine Wasserflasche verwendet haben. Für fünf Personen gab es lediglich zwei kleine Löffel. Außerdem fehlten saubere Schwämme und Geschirrtücher, was sehr ärgerlich war. Auch die Gläser waren teilweise alt und verkalkt. Wir haben zwar nicht gekocht, aber bei diesem Ausstattungsniveau hätte das vermutlich keinen Spaß gemacht.

• Jeanette (9/5): Tolle Unterkunft in Neapel! - Ein Kleinod mitten im Trubel von Neapel, mit tollem Garten der zum chillen einläd. Das Zimmer hatte direkten Zugang zum Garten, war liebevoll und freundlich eingerichtet, das Bett war bequem und wir haben uns trotz ein paar kleiner Macken sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich, immer bemüht und hilfsbereit. Zudem war alles sehr sauber. Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis war super! Ein paar kleine Reparaturen würden gut tun, z. B. fiel ständig die Türklinke runter, das Duschwasser lief schlecht ab und der Hebel der Waschtischarmatur war lose. Bitte als konstruktive Kritik verstehen, der Aufenthalt war trotzdem super!

Så nära många fina restauranger. - Fint område att bo i,genuin miljö,liten gata nästan utan trafik ändå nära till historiska delen av Neapel. Väldigt fint boende. Stor vacker trädgård. Tillgång till kaffe-maskin/vatten kokare i gemensamhets-utrymme. Kylskåp på rummet och AC.Modernt och stiligt inrett rum, stort fint badrum. Frukost ingick inte. Mitt rum saknade fönster. Lite svårt för mej att hitta fram men fick perfekt hjälp av värden. Trevligt bemötande vid ankomst. Saknade fönster på rummet.

• Jonas (9/5): Lägenheten är väldigt fin! Vi trivdes mycket väl där. - De två separata sovrummen och badrummen var väldigt uppskattade av oss. Huset, som lägenheten ligger i, är modernt, rent och fint. På bakgården finns det en fin trädgård, som vi tyvärr inte kunde använda, då den fortfarande höll på att anläggas. Den kommer att bli en fin tillgång, när den väl blir klar. De omgivande kvarteren var inte lika fina och trevliga som huset vi bodde i. Neapel är en stökig och smutsig stad, men som bjuder på en hel del intressanta upplevelser.
• Jarle (9/5): - Beautiful, large apartment. Really large, we almost never used the living room. Very clean, everything we needed. And a reasonably short walk from all the things to see in the city. Nice staff, a great place to stay. Some of the glasses and cutlery were only for three . And the wifi never worked. We noticed the owners, but it never got fixed. Didn't bother us much, but since cell network is slow it would be nice to have.

A large living area with 2 comfortable sofas and a terrace overlooking the garden . Location was about 15 mins walk from the historic centre and about 15 mins from the archaeological museum Nothing was perfect for us for 3 days

• Colin (10/5): Visited Naples with two friends to take in a Rugby match (Rome) and then a Napoli FC game. This property was ideally loc - Very high little apartment, clean tidy and very clearly well cared for.
• Soman (8/5): Comfortable stay - Apartment was spacious with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It also helped having a separate dressing room so all big luggage could be comfortably stored out of the way as the rooms are quite small. All amenities were available and the host responded immediately to all queries. The location is out of the way and difficult to get to. It's also difficult carrying heavy luggage up two flights of steep stairs. It would also help if a washing machine was available

• Evelyn (10/5): Accommodating Host & Spacious Apartment - Understanding host and clean apartment. We arrived Naples around 5 hours before check-in time. Unfortunately, it was raining hard that day and my spouse slipped in a coffee shop, and was in pain. I sent a message to our host and requested to allow us to go to the property at 11am (so we can leave our bags). We were allowed to do it - which is quite a relief for us all. Although 2 of us ended up staying in the apartment during our trip (due to the sprained ankle), it wasn’t bad at all. The apartment is comfortable, with some restaurants and market nearby.
• N.c. (9/5): Beautiful apartment - Beautiful and spacious apartment. Clean. 2 bathrooms, 2 small bedrooms, a beautiful kitchen with a large balcony, a spacious living room, and a dressing. Felt like home. Self check in was easy with clear instructions. There is a small shop downstairs. No elevator, so travel light if you don't like stairs. (Advice: Parking is not that easy there. The streets where the apartment is located are narrow, and if you aren't a skilled driver, just avoid complications and leave your car in a parking garage nearby. Take an Uber after. Driving in Naples is not for the weak. Have a super extra ultra all-inclusive insurance.)

• Tommie (10/5): Superb - Much more spacious than expected. With 2 double bedded rooms and 2 double sofa beds in the living room. There are 2 toilets. The kitchen is well equipped. Our host was very friendly and helpful. We happened to encounter some minor problems with the stovetop and at last used the oven to cook as we were in a hurry and did not contact our host Ivan. The door lock was a bit hard to used but Ivan was very responsive and the neighbour helped us to fix it.
• Teo (10/5): very nice apartment - - very spacious and clean apartment near centro storico - close to bus and metro station - safe neighborhood - great comunication with hosts - few items were missing, it would have been nice to have bottle opener, vine and beer glasses, knife for fruits and vegetables, maybe paper towels ... but we managed without it and it didn't affect our stay.

• Lázár (10/5): Extremely satisfied, we are sure to return here! - Beautiful apartment, extremely spacious, the staff were super kind. The airport is very close, but churches, restaurants, confectioneries, cafes are even closer. there is a Carrefour Express 5 minutes away. We rented a car and a public parking garage is just located next to the place. The neighborhood has the authentic Neapolitan vibe but also feels very safe. The staff was also very kind and the apartment’s size and interior is just beyond all expectations. I can only recommend. We surely know where to go the next time we visit Naples!! Everything was great, not a single complaint.
