- Anna Maria (1/5): Πραγματική απογοήτευση και χάσιμο χρημάτων - Το μόνο καλό είναι η τοποθεσία. Όταν μπήκαμε μέσα πάθαμε σοκ. Το σπίτι ήταν γεμάτο έντομα(ζωντανά&πεθαμένα) , ιστούς αράχνες και βρήκαμε και κατσαρίδα πάνω στον νεροχύτη ζωντανή. Είχε πολύ σκόνη και ο τοίχος στο υπνοδωμάτιο είχε κάτι μαυρίλες πολύ περίεργες. Φαινόταν ότι είχε να ανοιχτεί αρκετό καιρό το διαμέρισμα και θα έπρεπε να είχαν μεριμνήσει να καθαριστεί πριν μπει κάποιος μέσα. Καταλήξαμε την πρώτη μέρα να καθαρίζουμε μόνοι μας το σπίτι αυτό. Απαράδεχτο. Όταν είπα για το συμβάν στους διαχειριστές την επόμενη μέρα αποφάσισαν να στείλουν κάποιον να κάνει απεντόμωση το οποίο είναι απογοητευτικό καθώς είχαμε και ένα μωρό 1,5 έτους και αφού θα γινόταν θα βγαίναν ακόμα περισσότερα έντομα. Πραγματικά λυπάμαι καθώς περιμέναμε κάτι καλύτερο.

The apartment was cozy, stylish, and thoughtfully designed, providing everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. It was spotless and well-equipped, making it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect for us as a couple – quiet and peaceful, yet close to everything. It' s infront of a very nice park . We loved being just a short walk from the bus stops, close to the metro station, restaurants, coffee shops, and supermarkets. The apartment’s terrace was a lovely bonus, ideal for enjoying breakfast or winding down after a day of exploring. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a modern and convenient stay in Athens!

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The check-in process was seamless, and the responsible provided clear instructions and helpful local tips. The space itself was very clean , well organized, with every detail . The amenities exceeded my expectations—high-quality linens, a fully equipped kitchen. A nice terrace. The location was perfect, situated near a park restaurants, markets, shops , making it easy to explore the area. We appreciated the quiet neighborhood, which offered a peaceful retreat after a day of adventures. Communication with Maryanthy the responsible was prompt and friendly. She truly went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. We felt like a valued guest rather than just another booking. We' ll surely come back. Thank you!
- Rita (10/5): Exceptional - The lady who welcomed me was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean neat with everything needed in it . There is a nice terrace with trees from one side and a balcony next to the kitchen . All the house is relaxing . The location is great facing a very nice park . The apartment is next to restaurants , shops, supermarket, bus stop, and too close to the metro station. I'll soon come back with my family, because there is place for 4 people easily and kallithea is beautiful and too close for the center of Athens Thankful for this experience.
