- Karin (5/5): Billigt boende för större familjer men som behöver en uppgradering. - Att det var tre sovrum så bi fick plats sju personer. Vi fick även en barnsäng till natt nummer två. Det fanns alltid varmvatten. Det fanns tvättstuga i huset. Vi hade fin utsikt från kök/ vardagsrum. Det fanns tillräckligt med porslin, glas och bestick plus två helt nya stekpannor. Det var inga störande ljud från gatan eller restaurangen i bottenvåningen. Värden var lätt att nå. Det fanns en fin lekplats och även några restauranger alldeles i närheten. Även ett shoppingcenter fanns nära. En trevlig sak med att bo ”bland befolkningen” var att man hälsade och försökte prata. Man kände sig välkommen! Kök/vardagsrum var inte dimensionerat för vår stora familj. Det hade varit mer praktiskt med separat kök/ matvrå och att man använt det angränsande sovrummet till TV-rum och umgänge. Vi hade inte plats att äta samtidigt allihopa. Det saknades barnspärrar på fönstren utåt gatan! De övriga fönstren vette ut mot trappuppgången så därifrån var det mycket lyhört. Det saknades förvaringsutrymme till matvaror, t.ex ett högskåp i köksdelen. Nu fick vi gå till en av garderoberna i ett av sovrummen och hämta. Vi hade också uppskattat en kastrull, modell mindre och lock till sophinken. Flera av bäddmadrasserna borde bytas ut.En balkong eller någon form av uteplats på taket till att hänga tvätt och även njuta av solen, hade varit en fördel. Både köksbord och stolar var helt utslitna och bör bytas omgående. Bussförbindelserna är dåliga så det är en fördel att ha bil.
- Karin (5/5): Basic boende som är prisvärt och kunde bli riktigt bra med lite uppdateringar. - Att det fanns 3 sovrum så hela sällskapet kunde bo tillsammans. Man kom undan vimlet nere i stan. Det fanns alltid varmvatten. Det fanns rejäl tvättstuga i huset med fyra tvättmaskiner och lika många tumlare. Dock ingenstans att hänga tvätt. Det fanns gott om garderober i sovrummen. Hjälpsam hyresvärd som tillhandahöll det mesta vi bad om och han pratade bra engelska. Det var nära till ett större köpcentra där det även fanns stor mataffär. Väldigt nära till pizzerian med de godaste pizzorna jag ätit! (La pizza es vita) Det var väldigt trångt i kök/vardagsrum så alla fick inte plats att äta samtidigt och inte heller plats i soffan om man ville se på TV. Det hade behövts fler skåp i köket. Nu tvingades vi förvara mat i en garderob i ett av sovrummen och allt porslin, glas och kokkärl var placerat under köksbänken. Småbarnen var där och drog fram saker och vi vuxna fick gå ner på huk för att ta fram det vi skulle ha. Vi hade önskat minst ETT högskåp (40 cm) till förvaring i köket. Bussförbindelserna var inte så bra så bil är att rekommendera. Soffan är väldigt nedsutten och några av madrasserna borde bytas ut. Det saknades även några ribbor i en av sängarna.
- Lolobachi (9/5): Apartamento espacioso - La ubicación, muy cerca de Maspalomas y con muchos servicios alrededor. El acceso fácil a la autovía GC-1. El tamaño del apartamento, muy espacioso. El colchón muy blando y la base dura. Poca capacidad en el termo del agua caliente sanitaria, demasiado justo para dos personas.

- Marina (8/5): Buena relación calidad-precio - La ubicación estaba muy bien como base para visitar la isla. Las camas eran cómodas y el personal fue muy atento en todo momento. La limpieza no era impecable, y las obras del edificio daban mucho ruido. El sofa cama de uno de los apartamentos era incómodo, pero en general está bien para el precio que tiene.

- Aneta (6/5): Good if you not expect much for this price - Apartment is good located. Plenty of parking on streets around. Close to bars, restaurants and shops. Good if you not spending time there during day and only need place to sleep. Apartment is equipped with cheapest IKEA furniture and appliances. Especially chairs are close to be folded aparts soon. They fixed things which we reported but things like drains in showers should be cleaned before we coming not after we report it on our 1st day after arrival. Not working batteries in TV remoter where "fixed" by being changed for the ones in Aircon remoter...which stopped working next day, not commenting what will happen is we needed to use air-conditioning (luckily we didn't 🙏🏼).
