• Norbert (1/5): Kompletter Reinfall…. - Die Unterkunft ist eine Katastrophe Wir sind sofort abgereist und haben auf die gebuchte Übernachtung verzichtet. Das Zimmer hat übel nach Abfluss gestunken. Das Licht im Badezimmern war defekt. Der Lichtschalter im Zimmer komplett verschmutzt. Die Fenster von Vogeldreck verziert. Die gesamte Anlage macht insgesamt einen heruntergekommenen Eindruck. Im Restaurant fehlte jegliche Gemütlichkeit bzw. Atmosphäre. Sowas haben wir noch nicht erlebt. Wo die teilweise guten Bewertungen herkommen ist für uns völlig unverständlich. Der Ausblick am Abend mag sicherlich sehr schön sein.

Aunque cuesta un poco encontrarlo, cuando llegas las vistas son maravillosas Habia reservado una habitación con vistas al mar y solo eran vistas laterales y anguladas No tienen suficiente personal, hemos estado dos noches y no se hizo la habitación ni se cambiaron toallas uno de los días salimos pronto y nos prometieron un box de desayuno que no nos proporcionaron El desayuno es escaso y tienes que ir pidiendo cada cosa El restaurante no funciona (solo funciona para eventos organizados), los dueños que eran muy amables nos ofrecieron dos cositas que tenian en plan, como lo que puedes tener tu en tu casa
• Heinz-Peter (8/5): Traumhafter Blick auf Gibraltar - Absolute Traumlage, Sonnenuntergang mit Blick auf das Meer und Gibraltar von der Terrasse aus ist ein unubertreffliches Erlebnis, sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal (Dank insbesondere an Daniel), gutes Frühstück mit exzellentem Kaffee, kostenloser abgeschlossener Parkplatz, gutes Restaurant im Hause, schöner Außenpool, Preis-Leistungsverhältnis in Ordnung! Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, eine Restaurierung insbesondere der Außenanlagen würde nicht schaden.
• Éva (5/5): - View and the location were nice. Breakfast was alap good. There was a private event during the time of our stay which we were not informed about in advance. The common areas were completely occupied and we were told it is “not recommended to use them”. Because of the private event we could not use the facilites of the accommodation which indeed were the reason we booked this place. We were even “advised” to have dinner somewhere else not to bother the guests of the event. On the top of all of these before we checked out the owner told us next time we come to Andalusia we should come in a different month since they usually have a lot of parties like this around April and May - if thats the case then why are you advertising yourself on booking and scamming customers? If you have a private event just close the availability to be booked.

• Grzegorz Bilinski (8/5): Czarujące miejsce i dobra obsługa, byłem tam dwa razy i mimo uchybień wrócę tam i polecam ten hotel! - Lokalizacja i obsługa. byliśmy tam drugi raz i obiekt zachwyca widokiem tak wieczorem jak i o wschodzie słońca. Dobrze wyposażony bar jak i dobre ceny trunków rekompensują niedogodności. Bardzo dobre śniadanie takie zrobione indywidualnie dla naszej grupy. Restauracja nieczynna w środku tygodnia mimo ze na google pisze, że czynna , Obsługa starała się na m pomóc w zamówieniu Pizzy która dojechała 45 minut po czasie i były zimne. Menadżer? za to ugościł nas zimnym piwem oraz pomógł zorganizować miejsce spotkania na górnym tarasie. Bardzo słabe połączenie WIFI ciągle zrywało zasięg w sytuacji ze telefony łapią zasięg z Maroko gdzie połączenia są bardzo drogie zapomnisz że popracujesz na komputerze lub ściągniesz mapy do dalszej podróży z nawigacją. Taras górny wymaga remontu, odpadające kafelki i rdza na barierkach to coś co wymagał remontu już dawno.
• Santiago (4/5): Enttäuschend - Sensationelle Lage mit toller Aussicht auf die Meerenge. Das ganze Hotel war mit Duftstäbchen parfürmiert. In den Fluren und auf den Zimmern noch zusätzliche Duftspender in der Steckdose. Im Treppenaufgang zu den Zimmern roch es trotzdem noch nach nicht ordentlich verschlossenen Müllsäcken. Der Gestank zog in die Schlafetage, so dass wir bereitwillig auf die bereits gebuchte 2. Nacht verzichtet haben und das Hotel verlassen haben. Zum Frühstück gab es abgezählt zu essen, auf Nachfrage ob man noch einen Toast bekommen könne gab man uns die Aufpreisliste zu lesen. Absolut kleinlich, leider hat der jetzige Betreiber nicht viel Ahnung von Gastronomie

La camera aveva un cattivo odore (bagno) fredda, il condizionatore non funzionava, letto scomodo (matrimoniale fatto di 2 letti accoppiati) muffa alle pareti. Tenda sporca. Colazione scarsa. Prezzo spropozionato.

• Annelie (6/5): Das Hotel entspricht leider nicht den Bildern auf Booking.com - Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage, um einen Tagestrip nach Gibraltar oder Marokko zu machen. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und gibt gute Tipps. Beim Frühstück muss man genau mitteilen, was man essen möchte. Man ist jedoch bemüht und erhält auf Nachfrage was man möchte. Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen.

• Perez (1/5): Todo un poco patetico - Ubicación Pasamos 2 noches, viernes y sábado de carnaval la ubicación muy buena, en el centro, al lado de la plaza alta y todo la zona de ocio y cerca del puerto. En cuanto al alojamiento, fatal, lo primero se equivocaron en darnos contraseñas y nos mandaron a otro edificio, hasta que nos dimos cuenta que no era el nuestro, volvimos a llamar y ya por fin nos las dieron bien. Al entrar, es como un mini garaje con un cargador de coche eléctrico, esas eran nuestras vistas desde la única ventana q hay, en la cocina. Subes por una escalera de metal por la q te oyen y oyes a todos los inquilinos, sin luz porque tampoco funciona (linterna del móvil a tope). Nada más entrar, en el fregadero, sucio, con manchas de dentífrico o mucha cal, una cuchara con restos de chocolate, en la basura restos de un desayuno con sobre de neskuik incluido. En el escurre-platos y escurre-cubiertos no nos atrevimos a dejar nada de lo que utilizamos de cómo estaba de mierda. Antes de entrar y allí tienes un cartel que no planchan las sábanas por cuidar el medio ambiente, y si ya sin planchar parecen sucias, el nórdico estaba lleno de manchas amarillas. Y entre la cama y la pared las pelusas hacían fiesta, la bolsa de bienvenida abierta, con la pegatina rota (se ve que el neskuik sería de ahí) No hay ni vistas como dicen en la reserva, ni lavadora, ni secadora, ni gel en la ducha (bote vacío si). Lo que si hay es mucha mierda, atención penosa, porque tanto la responsable de limpieza como la dueña o gerente echan balones fuera y la incomodidad la sufres tú. Ponemos 1 estrella porque es lo mínimo que se puede poner.

• Daniel (1/5): Fatal… como quedarte en un piso turistico pero peor - La ubicación no esta mal, pero se complica todo mucho si no hay atención alguna por parte de ninguna persona La atención es nefasta: no hay nadie allí, no contestan al teléfono, no atienden mensajes de booking… quizás en verano este bien, pero fuera de verano no se te ocurra alojarte allí.

• Schulze (1/5): - Leider garnichts Das Hotel ist in einem erschreckend schlechten Zustand. Das Zimmer hat so unangenehm gerochen, ganz abgesehen von den Kopf abdrücken über den Betten. Schade das so ein schlechtes Hotel auf Booking.com angeboten wird.

• Edwin (7/5): - De locatie was bijzonder met uitzicht op de rots van Gibraltar en Marokko. Maar dat is alleen als je een suite boekt. De ander kamers kijken óf naar de bergen, Gibraltar of Marokko Ontbijt was sober, toast met een kopje koffie of thee. Voor andere zaken zoals fruit juice moest je bijbetalen. Wij hadden een kamer via booking.com geboelt, met uitdrukkelijk uitzicht op zee. Dat viel erg tegen. Wij kregen een achteraf kamertje waar je het dorp kon zien en een klein stukje zee. De eigenaar wist dat booking hiermee adverteert en dat alleen de suite aan de gestelde criteria voldoet.
• Farhan (9/5): Geweldig hotel, super liggine en formidabele host - De ligging is geweldig. De eigenaar is zeer behulpzaam, vriendelijk en heel aardig. Hij heeft mij verwelkomt en ervoor gezorgd dat het mij aan niets ontbrak. Telefoonverbinding is helaas niet optimaal, omdat je op het puntje van het europees vaste land bent waardoor je de Marokkaanse provider en/of de provider van Gibraltar te pakken hebt. De wifi maakt dat deels goed. Niks aan te doen helaas. Misschien goed om even offline te zijn.

• Gerti (3/5): - Zimmer nett eingerichtet, tolle Aussicht Badezimmer: Wasser lief nicht ab und tropfte unter dem Waschbecken raus. Es wurde uns versprochen, danach zu sehen, was aber nicht passiert ist. Außerdem schrecklicher Geruch im Bad, war nur mit offenem Fenster erträglich. Eine halbe Stunde Wartezeit bis zwei Toast und Kaffee und Tee zum Frühstück serviert wurden, finde ich nicht akzeptabel. Wir sind daher nach zwei Nächten vorzeitig abgereist.

• EMILIO (1/5): - Nada Contraté un hotel con servicios de hotel. El alojamiento envío un correo con indicaciones para entrar y coger la lleve de la habitación. No se podía cenar, no había NADIE. No pido a tomar ni un café porque estaba solo. La wifi no funcionaba bien. Que casualidad que ese día habían dado vacaciones al personal. Pague por un catre, no se podía trabajar pues la mesa estaba es simbólica y no había silla. En verano y con gente puede que sea otra cosa pero pagar por no tener servicios no es justo. Voy amprtestar el pago. Y Booking debe avisar antes de contratar de los que te vas a encontrar. Pago por los servicios de un hotel no por hacerlo todo yo

I booked and prepaid a three-bed room, but when we arrived at 7:45 pm, the accommodation was not ready. The manager immediately told us that they had never had a three-bed room, despite our confirmed reservation. The heating / air conditioning was not working, and instead of helping, the manager was angry with us, claiming that everything had worked the previous day. I would like to note that we were the only guests in this seaside property at the time. Eventually, we were given a small portable heater. At around 10:00 pm, the owner told us that if we didn’t like it, we were free to leave, which was completely unacceptable given the late hour and the fact that the stay had already been paid for. The room was depressing, with moldy, dirty walls, and overall very poor condition. Breakfast the next morning was also extremely disappointing: dry toasted bread, a small yogurt, three slices of ham, three slices of cheese, and a small plate of scrambled eggs for three people. When I asked for butter and jam, I received a small portion of margarine instead. Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience and far below acceptable standards.

• Ernst (1/5): nie wieder - unfähiges Personal und Führung ! - Gastronomie in Andalusien geht anders - die Lage Booking.com - Buchung war dem Personal nicht bekannt und waren überrascht durch unser eintreffen. Personal spricht nur Spanisch/Marokkanisch. ChechIn = remote über Mobilephone mit dem "Manager". Somit kalte Zimmer. Personal kann die Klimaanlage nicht bedienen (sei nicht ihre Aufgabe!) (AussenTemp = +11Grad, Zimmertemp. 14Grad!). Kommunikation über Frühstückzeiten unterschiedlich,- in Zimmer und online = Frühstück ab 08:00Uhr, an Reception kleine Notiz dass es erst ab 08:30 Uhr Frühstück gibt. Um 08:00 war weder eine Kaffeemaschine warm noch Licht in Küche und Gästebereich. Keine Vorbereitungen =verschlafen!). Wir sind aus kalten Zimmern und dunkler Gaststätte um 08:10 Uhr abgereist,- für immer! @Owner: schliessen Sie besser die Lokation. Mit unfähigem Personal sich schlechte Bewertungen einzufangen bringt gar nichts. Das Haus und die Lage wären Ok.

• olga (10/5): Deseando volver! - Es un hotel pequeño, tranquilo, limpio y muy bonito. Un sitio maravilloso, situado frente a Gibraltar, Ceuta y Marruecos. Desde la habitación y la terraza, nos quedamos embelesados mirando el mar, el trasiego constante de barcos, el cielo, el amanecer, las luces de los faros ... una delicia! Los dueños han sido muy amables y cercanos.

• Bertram (10/5): Traumhaftes familiengeführtes Hotel direkt am Meer. - Wir waren insgesamt 2 Mal in diesem wundervollen Hotel und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Wir wurden so herzlich empfangen, die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, die Betten sehr bequem, die Aussicht auf das Meer grandios. Besonders beim Frühstück ist die Lage des Hotels großartig da man beim liebevoll zubereiteten Essen auf das Meer blicken kann. Der Frühstücksraum ist nicht nur für unsere Kinder unheimlich spannend gewesen, da es viele Antiquitäten gibt, die an alte Zeiten erinnern. Und ist nichts eingefallen. Alles war super.

• Mymi1 (6/5): Excellent paysage dans un hôtel qui manque cruellement de moyens - Excellente situation géographique et gentillesse du personnel ( c'est à dire deux personnes). Excellente cuisine basque Photos très trompeuses, probablement correctes il y a 15 ans. Tout est en décrépitude, manque d'entretien, de rénovation des bâtiments et équipements. Propreté et netteté insuffisantes autant à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur. Cela ne correspond pas à la cote finale de chez Booking et au prix demandé.
• Koopmann (10/5): - Eine einzigartige Lage mit herrlichem Blick auf das Meer, Gibraltar und Marokko. Im Pool lässt es sich herrlich schwimmen und das Abendessen im hoteleigenen Restaurant war auch gut.
• Lucia (2/5): Eine Katastrophe - Der Pool Ich habe anstelle meines Frühstücks nach einem Lunchpaket gefragt. Da ich früher los wollte. Was ich bekommen habe ist 1 Sandwich. Ist eine Frechheit, den ich war zu Fuss unterwegs. Und die Tour vom Tag hat 20 km und keine Infrastruktur. 1 Liter Wasser und eine Frucht wäre sicher im preis drin gelegen. Und im Nachhinein nach behaupten das ich nichts wollte. Nur eine Frechheit.

• keltouma (8/5): - La vue est splendide, la chambre propre et décorée avec sobriété. L’endroit est calme et agréable. Le propriétaire m’avait promis un petit-déjeuner à emporter, déjà payé, que je n’ai finalement jamais reçu. Le petit-déjeuner est servi trop tard (à partir de 8h), ce qui n’est pas pratique quand on doit partir tôt, comme moi à 6h.
