• Jimena (5/5): - Close to the station. The AC needs an urgent filter replacement, and/or the place should be checked for mold. I had a considerable allergic reaction and we barely stayed there 1 night.

• Fábio (9/5): - Fiquei hospedado de 14 de outubro a 4 novembro num quarto single com casa de banho comum e chuveiro em estilo ocidental. O atendimento foi sempre muito cordial, eram muito rápidos a responder às mensagens e dúvidas antes da minha chegada. Por ter ficado tanto tempo hospedado tive convívio com muitos outros hóspedes, as áreas comuns eram dividas com outras 2 pessoas. Um dos últimos hóspedes que lá esteve também algum tempo devia ter um distúrbio qualquer emocional porque todas as noites gritava no quarto e no chuveiro. É algo que pode ou não acontecer novamente. Independentemente deste caso, ainda arriscava e voltava a reservar neste local.

• Reona Yamada (6/5): コスパがいい。 - 安い。周辺にコンビニやレストランが多く、駅までのアクセスもいい。シェアハウスのような形たけど、部屋にトイレがあるので、シャワーを浴びれば部屋から出ず、知らない人と顔を合わせずに過ごせる。コメントだけのやりとりだけでしたが、スタッフの対応が親切でした。 WiFiが弱い。モバイル通信も若干弱くなる。ベッドより大きいマットレスのためサイドが盛り上がっていて、寝返りがうちづらい。

• Laura (9/5): Pretty good for young people - It's a big house for only 3 people so it's really nice, a lot of facilities and private toilet The thin curtain in the bedroom does nothing to hide the sun in the morning, so i got up as soon as the sun went up. The bed is pretty thin too so sometimes it is a bit uncomfortable because you can feel the wood under, but it's not really bad

• Worm (1/5): Gross. - It was near the train station. It was dirty, the beds werent beds, they were flat pieces of wood with a paper thin "mattress" ontop. They were hard to get up to and the ladders used for them were dirty and I didn't want to use them. The curtain over the window didn't fully cover the window, and the balcony it was attached to was attached to another room, meaning another guest could easily see me sleeping or changing. The elevator to the property was absolutely filthy, and much of the property was filthy.
• Dental0 (8/5): Very nice apartment! - It offers a private bathroom, and a shared shower. The shower is only shared with one other guest. So, it’s not a problem. The shower curtain didn’t close completely.
• Qiu (10/5): The room is very good, and there has a private toilet inside the room. Although the train station is quite far from Toky - Near train station, walk around 4 minutes.
• Jonathan (10/5): A great accommodation to serve as a base in Tokyo - If you're not too picky, this is easily the best value for money accommodation going around in Tokyo. I stayed here for 11 nights and had no major complaints. Area is fantastic with decent restaurant choices and shops and it's also close to a major train line. For the value, you can't really complain at all! Yes, the mattress is thin, bed a little difficult to climb up to,the room is quite small, it takes a while for the water to heat up, etc. But if you just need a cheap place to serve as a base then it's perfect.
• Laura-ioana (10/5): Good place in a quiet part of Tokyo - Room was clean and comfortable, and the air conditioner was new and efficient. Nice smoking area close by. While I did not meet the hosts due to self check-in, they were nice and very accomodating when I made a mistake with my check-in. It's out of the way in Itabashi, but you have everything you need nearby.

• 海 (10/5): Best stay for first time in Japan - I loved the private room and the kitchen area, and the shower was very nice too. The room was very cozy, well insulated, and even came with an AC/Heating unit.
• Stefan (9/5): Amazing stay for price and quality ratio - It was nice and better than expected. The private room you can lock for this price, its amazing, all other options were capsules or shared dormitory rooms, but this deal was amazing! You have your own not shared restroom (without shower) and your own bed, air conditioner, wardrobe, desk, etc. The shared shower wasn't a problem at all, there are 3 of you who are sharing it, I have never waited in the queue to shower, so it was like it was all mine and not shared. You get slippers, towels, shampoo, hair fan. It's amazing! You have a shared kitchen but I didn't use it. Wi-fi was free and great! Check-in and check-out were as simple as grabbing the key from the box and returning it there. There was 7-Eleven right across the street so it was really good, the station is also very close about a 3 min walk, so it's amazing!! I was here for 10 days and I would come here again because this deal is really amazing!!! There is an elevator in the building. There are a lot of wall plugs in the room. When showering, you had to wait about 1 minute for the hot water to start going. I had a bunk bed so it was a little bit tricky to climb up, but you get used to it. From the nearby station, you need around 45-60 minutes to get to Shinjuku, Shibuya, Akihabara, Tokyo Centre, etc and it costs around 2€ for one direction. I am 190cm tall and I couldn't fully stretch in bad but it wasn't that a problem. The light above the bed and the table did not work but I didn't need them anyway.

• David (3/5): Everything besides the dust mites was okay; But the dust mites basically ruined the stay. - Two of the six beds in the room had dust mites. Both of my friends got itchy and had trouble sleeping because of it.

• Raphael (8/5): Good option for its price, suitable for single traveller, far from city centre - It is very little and cheap place, there you have basic things: bed, common shower, individual toilet. Even microwave and refrigerator. It is very close to subway station but it is take ~40 min to arrive to city centre. There's strange story with keys: you have key from you room, but it's not suitable for the apartment door (I tried) and if it suddenly closed you in trouble. Employers are in the place from about 11 am to 4 pm.
• Mark (8/5): Cheap and suitable for self-sufficient travelers. - Very close to the train station, room felt private and everything was sufficiently clean. The kitchen had basic cooking utensils and plates/bowls provided, and the shower had body soap, shampoo, and conditioner provided as well. The neighborhood felt very peaceful and less popular for tourists. Good for those who don’t like the hustle and bustle to be outside their door. The bedding was sufficient but I didn’t like the choice of duvet and sheets- felt a bit synthetic. The room was clean but a bit rough around the edges, felt well-used. It may not be suitable for very tall people, as the bed was on a loft with not much ceiling space above. I often hit my head on the underside when standing up from the desk underneath. The office seems to be staffed minimally and it seems common for them to be out cleaning rooms. It was difficult to find a staffperson to talk with face-to-face. It is also a bit far from the city center. Not walking-distance to anywhere majorly metro.
• Botho (7/5): It was good for the price. - It was in a really convenient location. The owner is really nice.
• Daniil (7/5): Good - Easy to get inside, great cost/location-comfort ratio. Quiet neighborhood with good groceries stores. Just 40 mins away from the city center by metro. The host handles payments but i understand that a lot of guests arrive late night and check out early next day so the option to leave payment in the envelope (if you choose to pay in cash while booking) kinda not safe for the traveler and potentially could lead to the double payment.
• Julee (10/5): Great for a solo stay away from the busy city! - Super cute space away from the bustle of the main Tokyo metro area but easily accessible by train. There were three bedrooms in a common space and I seemed to be the only one in my unit, which was a bonus! Keys were easy to find, and an elevator at any guest house is a huge plus. There was a 7 right across the street for any quick needs, several local food stops, and a quick ride up to Nishidai also meant a Daiso and Book-Off, for those travelers who enjoy those places! I definitely will aim to stay here again another solo trip through Tokyo, especially if I'm aiming to visit Saitama, as it's very near to there! :) The facilities are a little old! It's no issue or inconvenience, but for anyone who might be put off, the toilet and sink were definitely dinosaurs. Still perfectly comfortable and serviceable, but if someone is used to the fancy bidets of the larger Tokyo area, those are not in this property. The water did also take a moment to heat up, which was clearly mentioned by signage left by the host, and after it did warm up I was surprised by how long it lasted. :)

• Suprabha (7/5): Highly recommended for travelers who need a workstation to catch up on remote work/meetings - I loved having a private room with a workstation to myself so I could keep my laptop on the desk and come back to it whenever I wanted. The property is surrounded by convenience stores, supermarkets and some restaurants while being just a few minutes away from the nearest metro station.

And they only have butter knives for us to cut the ingredients. But other than that the place, facilities and amenities are really nice!
