- Zoe (9/5): Exceptional standards, can’t wait to return! - The location was amazing, close to malls and transport. The hotel was stunning and our room was exceptional. We tried to use the sauna and steam room at 9.30pm before the 10pm close but it had already been turned off so we didn’t get to use it throughout our stay as I worked too late to make it in time.

- Azar Bainazarov (9/5): Nice place, clean and spacious, with an excellent breakfast! - There were plenty of dishes to choose from. More than one could eat, that made me wanted to stay longer for a few days. But I had to go to other cities. There are 7 elevators in my building, but you have to wait for a quite a long time. It made be made on purpose, so every time elevator comes empty. But I wouldn't mind some company for a shorter time spent waiting.

No iron in room but when I asked, it arrived quickly. Room service food and restaurant food very varied and tasty. Not so many staff speak English but they find English speakers quickly. All in all, a lovely easy stay. Recommend👍 no bad points
