• marjorie (8/5): Très bien - Nous avons beaucoup aimé le style contemporain de la chambre et de la salle de bain. Les enfants ont adoré dormir sur le tatami. Il y a aussi une salle de repos avec café et boissons à volonté, c'est un plus. L'hôtel est proche de la gare à 6 minutes à pied et dans une rue au calme. Le seul point qui ne nous a pas plus c'est l'éclairage très sombre dans la chambre. Exactement comme sur les photos.

• Marcelo (9/5): Great value and comfortable stay. - The hotel staff are very attentive and friendly. The room is comfortable for one person traveling alone or a couple. Great location and value. The room is a bit small but enough space for a short stay. Also theres no natural light which can be a problem if you are staying for a longer time.

• KYOKO (6/5): 秋葉原駅から近く便利です - 秋葉原駅から近く便利でした 家族4人でファミリールームを利用しました 1部屋でまとまって宿泊できて良かったです ベット2つ、畳の部屋に布団が2組という内訳も良かったです トイレとお風呂が分かれているのは嬉しい点なのですが、トイレと洗面所がガラス張りで部屋から丸見えなのが気になりました カーテンが閉められるので見えなくできるのですが、出入りする引き戸もガラスのため、開いているのか閉まっているのか分からず……何度か閉まっているガラス戸に気が付かず入ろうとしてぶつかりました

• Lpwhisky (7/5): Spacious, Good Bathroom But... - The room is very nice to stay in, such an excellent bathroom and well stocked. Good space in the room. Kept very clean. Bed very comfortable to stay in. One day after cleaning the staff left the window open to our hotel room. Fortunately nobody broke in nor did anyone steal anything. But it felt a little careless. Communicating with the hotel they said they would arrange forwarding our luggage to the next hotel. However on the day they said the do NOT do this service and to go to 7/11 instead. Forced us to change our plans last minute and have to change the shinkansen we were taking at extra cost to us.

• Jenny (9/5): Very clean and lovely family room, quiet location, great service and facilities. - LOCATION - about a 10 minute walk to JR Akihabara station, other subway lines and main Akihabara area. Very quiet location for a good night's sleep. Convenience stores (7-Eleven, Lawson) about 2 mins walk and Daily Yamazaki about 5 mins walk. Large supermarket (Life) about 10 minutes walk. CLEANLINESS - Very clean, you can request a room clean by hanging the sign on your door. DRINKS ROOM - has free coffee machine, soft drink, water & juice machine. Also has a microwave to use for free. FAMILY ROOM - nice layout (2 beds in one room, 2 futons on tatami mat in other room, also a small table and floor cushions to sit on tatami and enjoy a meal. Bathroom has shower, bath tub, sink, toilet with heated seat etc. The room did not feel too small for our family, and there was a desk with chair, clothes hanging rail and fold-out bench for a small suitcase or bags. Also has fridge with mini freezer compartment, kettle and cups. The 10 min walk to the train and subway might be a bit far for some, especially if it's cold or rainy (although the hotel did provide free umbrellas to borrow). However, it is due to this further location from the trains/city centre that makes it such a quiet and peaceful location - you can get a good nights sleep without the noise of the city centre. Also note that the bathroom privacy is provided by a closing glass door and curtain. The internal glass door to the shower room within the bathroom is not curtained or frosted, so that is something to consider.

• Alex (9/5): Great value for the price - The room and the bathroom were big compared to other Japanese hotels, especially in Tokyo No restaurant, but they do have a space with tables and chairs where you can bring your own food and they provide free drinks.

• Jackie (9/5): Quiet but not too far from the bright lights - The cleanliness, bathroom and customer service. The coffee room proved to be an unexpected bonus. The little restaurant across the road was a great place to eat with the locals. It was a small space, even by Japan standards. Needed to side step around the beds and limited space for large suitcases.

Bathroom was a very good size and the shower was powerful and hot. The room itself has everything you could need. • Mustafa (7/5): Small room. Great location. - Location was great. Staff was friendly. Room was clean. It was too small. There weren’t any space for open a luggage. If you open yor bag there were no space to walk so we had to jump on our bags all the time.

• Jayme (8/5): Very good - Nice location, not far from the station. Free drink bar (juice and soda) was a plus! Staff is very friendly and helpful. The staff told us we couldn't ship our luggage from this location, so we had to leave early in the morning to move luggage to beat the busy trains on check out day. Also, don't lose your key card, it costs 2200yen to replace (I lost mine while moving our luggage to the next hotel at 6am) Also, they do not have extra pillows or laundry machines. Lastly, the bathroom is a little strange (it's a glass windowed wall with a curtain and sliding door) so it maybe uncomfortable for some people sharing a room.

• Alexhuz (9/5): Very convenient location and reception takes bookings very late. - Open till late which was a really massive plus as I had booked the room on a whim, check in process was very quick and stress free. Endless facilities at reception that were bundled together which I made use of. Overall very happy with my stay the room had multiple charging ports and the big was very spacious. Aside from that the location was very close to JR Akihabara I would recommend this to my friends in the future. Breakfast left a little bit to be desired as it was just small items from the nearby convenient store. As it was included in the booking as a bonus I can't complain.

• Wilson (5/5): Great location friendly staff, awful breakfast and room service. - The location was good and the staff was very friendly. Beware, the included breakfast is a joke, it’s 2 sandwiches and a small beverage. On the day before check out, the room service forgot to make our bed. Also the basin was never washed.

• Anja (9/5): I would stay here again - If you want to walk around in Akihabara this is a good place to stay. We had an accommodation for 4 persons which consisted of 2 connected rooms with each 2 beds (one room with 2 beds and one with 2 futons) so we had plenty of space. There is a closet and a clothes rack, and a little bureau. Beds were comfortable and soft. The bathroom has a Japanese bath which is really nice. The room has no window, but that didn't bother us. Breakfast is served in a bar at the ground floor and the coffee was very good. Around the hotel are several convenience stores and restaurants. It is 5 minutes on foot to Akihabara station. We came by metro (Shinjuku line) and that was 8 minutes on foot.

• Chan (7/5): Nice room set up for a family of four. Not suitable for heavy transit during your stay! - Like family room of 4 adults! Nice staffs who were bilingual inChinese besides English/ Japanese! Dislike walking distance to the metro. It took us multiple transits to the destination most of time. I made a mistake to check in another NPlus Hotel which is closer to Akihaba. Hopefully you do not make the same mistake as mine!
