• Desamay Alice (10/5): Great stay! - It was the perfect space for our 2 families of 4. Beds were comfortable. There was lots of stuff in the kitchen for cooking and tea and coffee. Lots of room for everyone to sit together. We were all a bit cold at night time, the blankets weren't warm enough for us but we do come from fnq. and the Pillows were a bit hard and large. The actual beds were very comfortable though.

• Kristy (10/5): Loved it, very clean and comfortable 100% recommend. - The house had everything we needed, tea, coffee, toiletries etc. great location and close to everything we needed, lots of spaces to hang out, beautiful outdoor area, everything looked new on for clean, easy access via door codes. Just really nice and easy! Couldn’t figure out how to work the coffee machine lol.

• Nicola (8/5): Very good - The location was excellent. Only a short walk to the be at the seaside and enjoy all that was there. Being pet friendly was a bonus. The outdoor area was a great place to rest during the day and the pool looked lovely, but being winter it was too cool to use it. We were a bit cool overnight, but very warm during the daytime.

• Maria (9/5): Clean, comfortable, convenient home. - Overall it was a great house. Extremely clean except for a previous guests' food still sitting in the microwave. Beds were comfortable though would suggest a change of pillows - they were very hard and high and could not use them. The house was very well equipped will kitchen cupboards full of crockery, cooking utensils etc. Unfortunately the room with the bunk bed was a little hot - fan did not work and the outside lights at the front weren't working - small things to be looked at. Definitely a great house for a family or group to stay at. Close to beach and restaurants and shopping. Very quiet. See comments above.

• Christina (9/5): Superb - Great location for our needs, was very clean, great to have a pool for the children, great amenities. I think the quiet time of 7.00pm was unrealistic especially with children in the pool and having a BBQ outside - noise carries.

Everything was provided, beds were comfortable, and the house was immaculate. Pool and BBQ area was the perfect size. The kitchen had all the utensils and serving dishes you needed. The kids loved their room with toys to play with and the desk with a coloring book and pencils was a great touch. Extremely well presented. Thanks Mel and Dean 😀 There was nothing that we didn't like.

Our kids loved the Pool and Location was awesome close to great cafes and the best fish and chips in Scarborough.

The beds were divine and were like sleeping on clouds. We had trouble with the door and understanding how to add the code at first. Maybe a how to for less tech savvy users. However that was a very, very, very minor issue.

• Klein (10/5): Large home, inexpensive, and only a 5-minute walk to the beach. - 2 of us shared a huge house, very reasonably priced, and only a 5 minute walk to the beach. I appreciated the washer and dryer. How can you beat all that!! Can’t wait to return! It was an amazing place.

The house has everything you could possibly needed, and a bonus is the second living space. Yard and pool needed tidying and maintenance. Note, the pool is the majority of the yard. No grass for the kids to safety play.

We especially loved the attention to detail to make our getaway memorable for the kiddies, including a play room and even bubble bath soap. 😊 Great value for money in an excellent location right near the beach and local cafes

• Adam (10/5): Exceptional - As a family of six we loved how spacious the unit was, there was a separate TV room for the kids and 3 bedrooms. LOVED the coffee machine, the bathroom supplies were really nice and the little fenced outdoor area meant the kids had another area to play in without me worrying. The games supplied were also a hit with our kids, what a great little stay 👍🏽 keyless entry is also a great idea! It was all fantastic

We visited as a team playing in a regional tournament so it was really fantastic to be able to stay as a team and really bond when we weren’t competing as opposed to getting multiple rooms. We loved the coffee machine and full stock of coffee beans. Nothing was terrible about the property.

When I rang the owners, I had to leave a message and hours later received a text message to say the pool had been cleaned that morning and was a billabong pool! We and our friends both have pools and know this one wasn't safe to swim in. We specifically chose this house because it had a pool and the weather was hot.

Kids loved it. - The a/c in the living room is blowing little bits of water it didnt effect our stay but the guest pack was under the a/c on the bench top and it got wet and stained the top of the bench we tried to clean it but there is a mark there sorry but we didnt know the a/c was going to do that.

Perfect family stay, thanks! - Loved the pool, bathrooms were so modern and lovely, 2 living rooms were super beneficial when travelling with kids, washer and dryer provided which was great, coffee machine was fantastic. The house had so much space for 2 families and we really enjoyed our stay. Thanks Kids found the pillows very high and we found we were waking early as blinds we not full block out but these are just such small things.

It looked like we were on a duplex no big issue I'm just use to being on our own and not having that feeling someone else is around us. Other than that it was fine.

Lovely garden to overlook whilst sitting outside. Loved having a proper coffee machine, made our early starts easier. The bed was a bit too pillowy top for our liking, it was very very soft.

Highly recommend for families. - Clean, Modern, Beachy vibes which was surprisingly big and comfortably accommodated our family of five. The facilities, utensils, toiletries, towels etc and laundry facilities were A1. Plus the beach is only a minute away and it is close to shops etc.

No TV in master and would suggest instant coffee (just for convenience as not everyone likes using bench top coffee machines) and more blankets for the colder months (had to hunt around for them)

The little touches of Xmas chocolates in the fridge, the hand sanitzers around the home were comforting, very thoughtful. You can see the love gone into this home to make it like this for the guests,its extremely homely and you feel welcomed the moment you take the first step through the door. Everything in this home is Top class, and extremely Beautiful, there is nothing that you won't like.
