• Kevin (5/5): Für ein oder zwei Nächte akzeptabel, - Die Nähe zur Wiener Stadthalle, gute Anbindung zu den Öffis. Man merkt das die Wohnung deutlich in die Jahre gekommen ist. Die Toilette kann nur sitzend benutzt werden, wenn man die Tür offen lässt. Matratzen und Sofas sind durch . Möbel verschließen.

• Khatai (6/5): Good location and clean, but no wifi and very uncomfy toilet and bathroom - Location was okay, apartment was very clean The Location was okay, but there was no wifi in the apartment although it was mentioned on the advertisement that there is available wifi. And the bathroom was so small that u cant sit normally on the toilet seat since your feet would not the space between the toilet seat and the wall.

• Jelica (7/5): - It is big place, very clean and at a good location. The bathroom was too small and bedroom isolation on is horrible, I could’ve year how people breath in the next room due to wall window that’s on top.

Час прибуття було вказано, дзвонила та писа - Якби я потрапила у це помешкання, то можливо б змогла розповісти. Я так і не отримала доступу до ключей, ніхто не надав інструкцій як потрапити в апартаменти, на численні дзвінки та мої листи ніхто не відповідав! Бігала по сусідах питала чи не знають вони де тут знаходяться апартаменти які здаються і де взяти ключі, чи знають вони власників?!!!!!! Нам довелось знімати інший номер в готелі Нічого не сподобалось, бо я їх так і не побачила!!!

• Josef (6/5): Für den Preis gerne wieder - Wohnzimmer, Küchenausstattung, unkomplizierte Abwicklung Die "Oberlichte" zwischen den beiden Schlafzimmern war störend. Man hat jeden Ton aus dem anderen Zimmer gehört.

• Marzena (7/5): Na jedną noc ok - Sypialnia jest ok, co prawda jest przedzielona tylko ścianka a u góry są prześwity więc wszystko słychać jak i też widać światło z pokoju obok, łazienka jest mikroskopijna, jak ktoś jest szczupły i niski to ok, bo na kibelku trzeba siedzieć bokiem najlepiej wymiary łazienki to chyba takie 1,6x0,7m. Na jedną noc jest ok. Kuchnia dobrze wyposażona, salon na pierwszym zdjęciu jest duży i komfortowy. Apartament jest w starej kamienicy przy ulicy ale nie słychać nic z zewnątrz więc nie przeszkadza to podczas nocy. Mikro łazienka, w której ciężko się poruszać :p no ale była mimo wszystko więc nie ma źle

• Alexander (1/5): Te vies voor woorden en zeer teleurstellend - Het vertrek De hygiëne, nog niet eerder zo'n vieze accommodatie gehad. Veel haren en zeepresten in douchebak, deze bleek ook niet goed leeg te lopen. Je kon enkel naar het toilet door deur open te laten. Badkamer vol schimmel. Knoppen van kookplaat en oven vol schimmel, overal een dikke laag stof en een ventilator vol stof en dikke laag schimmel. Naast een bed vieze doekjes en nog een vieze handdoek. Wasmachine was defect. Op de vloer overal haren van vorige gasten. Noodgedwongen na één nacht vertrokken. Bij thuiskomst host gemaild, geen reactie. Deze kwam pas nadat wij een klacht bij booking.com hebben ingediend. De reactie was teleurstellend.

• Maria (6/5): Good but we wouldn’t repeat. - There were many beds for many people and a spacious kitchen. The bathroom was really small, there was no room for anything, not even the toilet. Also, it was kind of dirty, there were pistachio shells all over the living room and the kitchen counter was dirty too.

• Vivian (1/5): PROCEED WITH CAUTION. Not Recommended. Poor Communication and Disappointing Experience - Location okay. My initial communication with the host was fine, but unfortunately, the overall experience turned sour. There was a clothes hanger by the door that wasn’t properly fixed. While grabbing my dog’s leash from it, the hanger fell, hit the mirror, and broke it. I immediately informed the host upon checkout, took responsibility, and even sent a replacement mirror from IKEA— one he approved. However, he wasn’t there to receive the delivery and took several weeks to collect it from the post. In the meantime, my mother realized she had forgotten a necklace in the apartment. I kindly asked if he could send it back. He agreed. Weeks later, I followed up, only to get a reply that said: “No, and the mirror came broken 🤣.” Yes, that was his actual response. No update beforehand. No mention of any issue. Just a passive-aggressive emoji and zero professionalism. If you value basic respect and reliability, I’d suggest looking elsewhere. Also worth noting: The bathroom is extremely tiny, you can’t even close the door. It shares the entrance space with the kitchen. Many things in the apartment were old, not clean, and in need of repairs. In short: misleading listing, poor communication, and an attitude problem. PROCEED WITH CAUTION.

• Uros (8/5): Quite good for the money for a few nights. - Nice large apartment, near Schonbrunn palace. Easy to get there and there are quite some parking spaces nearby. Really small bathroom, some a bit weird smell in the bathroom.
• Norbert (8/5): Price value is great, staff is nice and responsive. - Good location, 2 separate rooms plus living room. Bathroom is very small, especially the toilet is placed in a narrow place.

• Lynn (10/5): Fantastic accommodation - The location was great. The tram stop outside was perfect for getting around. The apartment was clean and tidy. Would stay here again and strongly recommend for others to stay here. Host, when contacted, replied straight away.

The tram is 1 minute from the front door, which was great, although you need to change to another line to get into town. As suggested in reviews, the bathroom was tiny. The door is so close to the toilet that you could only sit on it sideways! The bedrooms are also 'compact'. The table in the living room is a high one with high chairs, which we found awkward.

• Vendy (10/5): Exceptional - Easy communication, access, everything what needed was available. Nice surprice in form of chocolates, coffee and ice, ready for us to use. We are old, more coffee capsules would be beneficial, but its understandable.
