• joaquin (1/5): Por favor, busca otro alojamiento - la ubicación El apartamento no era el que había en las fotos. me enviaron hasta 6 email diciendo que hasta las 14h podia recoger las llaves en una dirección cercana. No fue así. A las 15 horas nos citan en ese lugar que, creia era una oficina, pero No, era sino otro apartamento que nosotros no habíamos reservado. nos acompañan al apartamento, viene con las llaves otro gestor (entiendo equivocaciones con las llaves) y una vez en el apartamento y tras revisar las fotos, vimos que las fotos eran de otro apartamento. Ni una silla para sentarse, un lavabo de apenas 40 cms. y un olor a lejia-amoniaco bastante desagradable, además no se podia abrir la ventana a un patio de luces por haber obras en un apartamento contiguo

• Juan Jose (3/5): Calidad muy baja para el precio. - La ubicación del apartamento y que el anfitrión nos facilitó poder dejar nuestro equipaje muy pronto No era cama sino un sofá cama abierto que era incómoda no lo siguiente, el baño muy deteriorado, solo funcionaba una lámpara, no había manivela en la puerta de la ventana, humedad en la pared.

Wifi was not working, kitchen is filthy, broken tiles in the bathroom and host only reply as and when he wants. Did not do anything about my complaints. The double bed they advertise is a sleeper couch Location is good but the accommodation is most definitely not worth the price.
• cristiano da silva (1/5): El peor sitio que puedas ir - No me gusto nada a parte de que tuve que dormir en el suelo porque en una habitacion de dos personas solo cabia una. Cosas viejas de las personas que han estado anteriormente como un calcetin sucio chaqueta rota suciedad. Etc... No me gusto por el pesimo atendimiento y la calidad de la habitacion pesima. Calcetin sudado en la habitacion de los que habian estado anteriormente. Habitacion mas pequeña que una carcel. No me remiten la factura un mes despues de estar alli. Lamentable!!!

• miguel angel (1/5): - bien situado falta de formalidad de quienes gestionan el apartamento, la cerradura del portal esta mano, no se abre , a pesar de llamarles y mandarles mensajes no vienen , tuve que estar dependiendo de que me abriese algún vecino y sin poder salir demasiado tarde de noche por la posibilidad de quedarme en la calle al no poder abrir el portal y desentenderse quienes gestionan el apartamento

• Adiso (3/5): Low quality, but good people - The people The hosts were very nice and easy to talk to. However, the apartment I received was far from what was shown in the pictures. There was no balcony, the apartment was completely dark, and the mattress was absolutely filthy—it looked like someone had urinated on it. I had to buy a spray just to get rid of the smell. The shower had a rotten, moldy odor, which made it difficult to use, the view from the window was a wall, and the kitchen light didn’t work at all. In my five years as a property reviewer on Booking.com, I have never encountered such a neglected apartment, with such a lack of care and such a misleading gap between the photos and the reality. Further handling of this matter will be referred to Booking, and a decision on whether to keep this apartment listed on our site will be made and communicated to the hosts.
• Alina (1/5): Not clean, smelly, only 2 towels provided, NO Wifi. Cost not worth it! - Nothing The apartment was smelly (very bad smell), wasn’t clean, only two towels provided for 3 days for 2 person. They said wifi is available on the page, but wifi wasn’t available!!! And when we asked the landlord, he said he doesn’t have wifi and this is what you’ve chosen, literally: “sorry that's what you rented”. And the view on the photo is not the same as the real. Expectation and reality. The money paid €330 was not worth it!
