The deposit will be fully refunded within 14 business days of departure, provided no damage has occurred and the apartment rules have been followed. The deposit must be paid at least 24 hours before your arrival date, or your reservation will be canceled with a fee. Reservations made on the day of arrival must be made as soon as possible. Payment of the deposit after this deadline carries a €40 nonrefundable penalty. APARTMENT RULES: 1. Parties are prohibited in the apartment. 2. Noise is prohibited between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. 3. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment, building, and terraces. 4. Littering or littering the building's stairs or terrace is prohibited. 5. Access to the building, apartment, or terrace is prohibited for more people than indicated on the reservation (including visitors). 6. Respect the apartment's check-in and check-out times (until 11:00 a.m.). 7. Be respectful, polite, and courteous to the neighbors. 8. Pantoniohl (1/5): Reserva engañosa con fianza 2 veces superior al coste, robo en toda regla, sin opción de at cliente - Nada nos intentaron cobrar en el mismo día una fianza de 100 euros para un día vemos algo excesivo aunque sean sus normas, y recibimos mensajes consecutivos solo para pagar estos 100 euros de fianza, no nos parece un método lícito de proceder. Creo que booking debería limitar esta fianzas antes de reservar y más cuando no hay cancelación gratuita porque te ve obligado a pagar una estancia que no vas a disfrutar porque no tienes la información en la reserva inicial de todas las condiciones.
