• Vona (8/5): Great stay, very kind hosts and a perfect apartment for families. - We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was clean, comfortable and very well equipped, especially the kitchen which was very practical for a family. A special thank you to Andrés and Naila for their kindness and flexibility. They were very accommodating with both our arrival and departure times, which really made our stay easier and more enjoyable. Communication was always quick and helpful. We truly appreciated their hospitality and would gladly recommend this place. The only small downside was that the swimming pool only opens in June, but of course this was not their fault at all.

We were so traumatised from our arrival that we not dared to leave the apartmen - Was in an amazing set up Location shows somewhere else on Google maps. Could not find building for hours. Then host did not understand that I was too slow for the time the buzzer was pressed. The host kept insisting I were inside but I and my 4 little children were not. We were still outside. Still in front of the building. The kids were in tears in panic.

• Quintero (5/5): Muy regular - Estaba cerca de la playa y algunos cirios de interés y por la fecha en la que fuimos buen aparcamiento El apartamento está muy descuidado, la ropa de cama tenía pelos y manchas extrañas, hay muchas cosas con óxido, las almohadas muy desgastadas, el baño no estaba limpio, no había jabón para lavarte las manos, el agua salía fría en la ducha, no importaba lo que hicieras siempre era fría y hay unos ganchos con oxido en la ducha que son peligrosos Es un sitio con potencial pero le falta más cuidados y sobre todo en la limpieza está muy mal

La limpieza es deficiente. La localización es Avenida Blasco Ibáñez pero de Alboraya, con lo cual queda lejos de Valencia centro.

• Martine (1/5): Kort....want we konden op zoek naar een andere verblijfplaats. - Bij aankomst kregen we te horen dat we dit appartement niet kregen. We moesten naar een andere locatie die niet bleek te bestaan. Met behulp van de politie kwamen we hier achter. Beheerder wilde maar 40 procent terug geven van de verblijfskosten. Met behulp van booking toch al het geld terug gekregen.

• Nicole (5/5): Unterkunft okay, aber insgesamt zu teuer - Die Unterkunft ist von der Lage gut, wenn man mobil ist. Die Anlage ist sicher und hat wie beschrieben. Nette Annehmlichkeiten Das Mobiliar der Unterkunft war schon sehr runter gerockt. Es waren offensichtlich schon viele Urlauber zu Besuch. In den strengen war ein großes Durcheinander und anscheinend wurde nie aussortiert. Oder mal organisiert. Dadurch dass die Wohnung ganz unten in der Anlage liegt, hört man sämtliches Wasser, was im Bad von oben nach unten kommt. Jede Toilettenspülung

• Juan Rafael (8/5): - Muy cerca de la playa No hay mesitas de noche, una toalla de baño para tres personas una semana es muy poco, no te puedes tomar un café, no hay tazas ni cucharillas y estuvimos dos días sin agua caliente ya que el calentador estaba estropeado cuando llegamos.

• Ina (9/5): Sehr gute Aufenthalt, würde noch mal kommen. - Man fühlt sich wie Zuhause. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet, ein Wasserkocher hat uns aber gefehlt. Die Betten sind gemütlich und nicht knarren. Der Gasgeber ist sehr nett und immer erreichbar. 7 Minuten zu Fuß bis zum Strand und eigenes Schwimmbad im Hof. Das Balkon ist sehr gemütlich und perfekt zum Abendverbringen. Eine Sanierung in Badezimmer wäre nicht schlecht, weil ein Paar Fliesen gesprungen sind und ein bisschen veraltet. Ein normaler und nicht so lauter wie ein Flugzeug Staubsauger wäre auch empfehlenswert.
• Belén (7/5): - La ubicación y la localización dentro de una urbanización nueva, muy cercana a la playa y con muy buenas zonas comunes La limpieza podría mejorar, con sábanas poco limpias, escasez de toallas( una única toalla de manos para 4 personas por ejemplo) y platos y vasos con una limpieza mediocre. El personal con dificultades para comunicarnos con ellos, tardaron más de 24h en responder a un WhatsApp de información en el teléfono de contacto dado. No facilitaron checkout tardío ni dejar el equipaje en la salida pero a no tener ningún inquilino después
• C (4/5): La playa cerca pero la gestión una mierda. - La ubicación es muy buena, tercera fila de playa, en menos de 5 minutos estás en el mar. La empresa administradora de este piso me hizo un cobro por error con un nombre distinto al suyo. Pensando que alguien me había estafado, bloqueé la tarjeta y me puse en contacto con el banco. Más tarde, cuando hice el check in, expliqué al que nos dio las llaves lo ocurrido y no se lo creyó, tuve que enseñarle la aplicación del banco con el cargo en la tarjeta para que por algún casual se acordara de que se equivocaron de persona al hacer un cobro. Al final se solucionó pero estuve toda la duración de la estancia preocupado y hablando con el banco, por culpa de un error de gestión básico (cobrar a quien le tienes que cobrar), no pude disfrutar de estos días. En cuanto al piso, podría estar más limpio.

Daniel was a very accommodating and thoughtful host—he clearly cares about making his guests feel welcome. The kitchen was impressively well-stocked, especially with spices and essentials, which made cooking a breeze. The beds were super comfortable, and the whole place felt clean and inviting. The location in Patacona is unbeatable—just one block from the beach and close to great restaurants, cafes, and grocery stores. The area itself is stunning, peaceful, and full of charm. We loved our time here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommended!

Host doesn’t know any English..spent a lot on three separate taxis..ridiculous , never there again..the worst standing around in rain storm up..host said see ya in 4-5 hours if I went by taxi to his office. • Michael (4/5): Don't book if you can't speak spanish!! - Nice location and apartment. Not far from the beach and Valencia City. Nice pool and garden area. Overall a "OK" apartment beside from a few big things. If you can't speak spanish - DON'T GO. No one is speaking anything apart from spanish. We arrived and contacted our host to get the keys. He couldn't speak a single word in english... which complicated the whole situation. We then tried talk with a employee at the entrance... but same problem - not at single word i english. We were totally lost and screwed. Big problem if you can't speak english. During our trip, the air condition got broken. We contacted our host, but nothing happened apart from some messages saying: We have tried to look at it, but we can't fix it now. (3 nights without air condition in 25-40 degrees...... Not good enough!!) The beds is also non comfortable. Too small and very bad. Lastly.. you'll only receive one set of keys, which demands you to go together all the time. Otherwise, you can't get into the whole apartment area. Overall very dissapointed with the service-level!!!
