Kurze Wege zu Stadlau und Erzherzog Karl Bahnstationen Billa gegenüber auf der anderen Strassenseite, Ströckl Bäckerei 2 min. zu Fuss, Kneipe im gleichen Haus Nett: Blumenkranz an der Apartment Türe Möbelausstattung schlicht, aber relative neu Erdgeschoss, direkt am Fussweg/Strasse, Strassenbahn fährt direkt vor dem Haus Internet während des gesamten Aufenthalts nicht verfügbar, trotz mehrmaliger Nachfrage (teilweise unbeantwortet) Kein Fernseher! Hauseingang und Flur ungepflegt, nicht renoviert, dunkel - abschreckend "Renovierung" der Boden und Wandfliesen bestand offensichtlich aus unfachmännischem Überstreichen - die Farbe ist inzwischen grossflächig abgeplatzt, die betreffenden Stellen mit gammligen Teppichen abgedeckt (auch im Bad!) I spent a significant amount of time contacting Booking.com support because basic issues could not be resolved properly from the host’s side. was also trying to modify my stay dates, and despite availability being verbally confirmed, the process became unnecessarily complicated and inconsistent. Overall, the experience created a lot of avoidable stress during an already busy trip. The host was unresponsive throughout my stay and wifi was not working the whole time.

Ersatzunterkunft selbst organisiert. - Ich stand vor der Tür und erfuhr, dass meine Unterkunft trotz Bestätigung auf Grund eines technischen Defektes nicht verfügbar sei. Darüber wurde ich im Vorfeld nicht informiert. Als Ersatz nach mehrmaliger Aufforderung bot man mir eine Unterkunft am anderen Ende der Stadt an. Schlechtes Notfallmanagement. Die Aussage entweder sie nehmen das oder sie suchen sich was anderes ist nicht Ergebnisorientiert.

• PAOLO (8/5): - Nice apartment not so far by the centre of Wien. The place is not far away from the line U2 and tram lines. Grocery store in the neighborhood. I think that the main palace was an old school that now some tenants had restructured making nice cozies small apartments. There is a kitchen where you can do your own breakfast ( maybe some more cafe pods are needed for longest journeys) . There is all you need to feel like at home!
• Mardik (8/5): We used the apartment as a sleeping base and we found it comfortable. - Despite the freezing weather in Vienna, the property was pleasantly warm with excellent heating. Shower hot water was good too. Pillows could be improved, otherwise bed was comfortable. Kitchen utensils can be improved too, for example only one wine glass despite three guests in the room.

The accommodation is good, but they should change the published photo of the building. The first impression was terrible. The photos on the Internet and the actual appearance of the building are not the same. The difference is big. I did not believe that this is it. The entrance and the appearance of the common areas resemble abandoned catacombs.

The apartment was clean, cozy, conveniently located (near the metro), with fresh towels, heaters, and a kitchen with dishes, which saved us a lot of time as we could have breakfast at home. • Jednaković (8/5): Vrlo ugodan boravak. - Odlično opremljen s kućnim aparatima (perilica rublja, perilica posuđa, aparat za kavu…), soba je bila prostrana i krevet je bio udoban, posteljina čista. Kupaonica sve pohvale, no bilo bi bolje kada bi umivaonik bio veći. Jedini minus je to što su ogledala jako tamna i pločama za grijanje je trebalo dugo da počnu grijati prostorije.

• Даниела (10/5): - We really liked our stay at this apartment. It was clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed, the host was very polite and responsive. Its' location is great, only 5-6 minutes walking distance to the nearest metro stop. We would totally recommend it.

• Sharline (1/5): - Upon arrival we had no codes for entering the apartment, we sent an email with our IDs a month prior but got a failure delivery. Once we got the codes for the safe here the keys were, the door could not open. We had to burst it in, closing the door was a dilemma as well. The apartment is worn out, rugged floors, stains in the tiny bathroom. The sofa bed was not made, the host had to ask her neighbour to come and fix it for us although we had booked months earlier and had given our headcount. Communication with the host was difficult, she was rude and made hilarious comments when we couldn't leave the apartment for our appointment in the city. The door could not open at all. We had to wait for her to come and burst in the door like we did the previous day. All in all, a horrible experience by this host.

• Andrei (10/5): Good place to stay - The apartment had everything we needed and even more than we expected. We were lucky that the windows of our apartments were not outside with tram, and sleep could be quiet. tram stop right across from the House, and Metro can be reached in 5 minutes (15 minutes walk). A little bit spoiled the tile on the floor, but it wasn't critical for us. As far as we understood, you can get the apartments with Windows on tram paths, and then it will be quite loud, but we are lucky.

Зображення на фото відповідають тому вигляду квартири, як ми її побачили. Трохи далеко від центру, але транспорт зручний, доїхати можна скрізь. Трамвай під вікнами їздив, нам не заважало, але для когось може бути важливо. Wi-fi не дуже стабільний.

Я їхала у Відень на власному авто,і обирала апартаменти так,щоб було паркування. Власник попередив,що є гараж неподалік і вартість за сутки 14.50€. Але мене чекала неприємне здивування, коли з'ясувалося,що вартість паркування у тому гаражі 24.00€ за сутки. Та оплата виключно готівкою. Прийшлось платити, майже ,на 60€ більше за паркування,ніж планувалося. І ще:апартаменти знаходяться на 1му поверсі,прямо під зупинкою трамвая. Вночі,коли тиша,чутно трамвай. Часто просиналася вночі.

All amenities are there, dishwasher, tabs, big room, light, cheaper than most similar places. It smelled extremely like smoke everywhere. Like, eye-burning so. The shower smelled bad as well. The apartment was on the ground floor with the tram stopping exactly in front of the apartment. The windows keep the sounds out, but still opening them or the curtains was not an option and limits the space. Also quite far out of the city center. Area okish but not super nice.

The apartment was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was super comfortable, the area was quiet and safe, and the location was very convenient with easy access to public transport. The hosts were also incredibly kind, responsive, and professional – they truly made us feel at home. I can confidently say this was one of the best stays we’ve had in Vienna. If you’re looking for a peaceful, clean, and charming place to stay – this is the one. I would definitely come back and recommend it to anyone visiting Vienna!

In kitchen you will find coffee, tea bags, sugar, olive oil. Apartment is on the ground floor, in front of tram station, but noise isolation was good. Only during the night you will "feel" that tram is coming. Internet was very slow. Apartment is on the ground floor. Tram station is just right to window, so you will know when first tram in the morning will pass. The smell of moisture was in the entrance to the building, but in apartment everything was nice and pleasant. Comnication with host is not possible in English, only in German. I wait for invoice for my company more than 4 days, still did not received it.

The apartment is on the 1st floor and the window which is right next to the bed is facing the street so it makes the apartment a bit less cosy because you can hear cars, trams and people passing by. If your goal is to explore the city centre, then it wouldn’t be my first choice, unless you want to save some money because the value is great!
