Bree (10/5): Stella location, breathtaking views, perfect for a family of 5. - Everything! Location - 5 mins walk to the train and anything else really. The cleanliness was on point - i usually clean kitchenware before use. No need here. Layout of the apartment was perfect, living space at the front overlooking the lake, bedrooms at the back where is quieter, very spacious for our family of 5. Two Bathrooms + toilet at the entry. Washing machine + dryer. Daniela and Esmeralda were very responsive and allowed us to access the room according to our train. Our first time to Locarno, we will be back here for sure! Not a thumbs down, but you need to bring your own bathroom items (soap, shampoo etc), we didn't think to, so purchased in Locarno. The street can be noisy if you have the doors open - a winner for us, our kids like to spot exciting cars and to enjoy the lake front vibe! Also if a neighbour is smoking, you will have to close up which is disappointing.

Le seul bémol est le bruit de la route juste devant. Nous avions lu les commentaires alors nous étions préparés. Cela n’a pas gâché notre plaisir.

It would be nice if the bathroom was as well equipped as the kitchen. Some shampoo and soap and a hair dryer would be nice.

Michael (9/5): Einmalige Wohnung an perfekter Lage. Da kommen wir gerne wieder. - Super, tolle Aussicht, nahe am Zentrum gelegen und ganz viel Platz. Unsere Kontaktfrau vor Ort war stets erreichbar, äusserst zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Tagsüber war der Verkehr, wenn man auf der Terrasse sitzt, doch sehr laut. Das nimmt man bei dieser Wohnung aber gerne in Kauf.

Stefan (10/5): Top Lage, top Einrichtung, top Kontakt! - Was soll man denn zu einer solchen Unterkunft sagen? Wir sind im Tessin noch selten so angenehm und schön logiert, wie in der Residenza Vivian. Das grosse Haus ist fast direkt am See gelegen und weist sowohl auf der Ost- als auch auf der Westseite je einen Balkon auf. Die Räume sind grosszügig und funktionell eingerichtet. Die Unterkunft verfügt sogar über drei Toiletten und in der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Man kann also gut in der Residenza verweilen oder in der Umgebung Exkursionen unternehmen. Ein geräumiger Personenlift ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Verkehrstechnisch ist das Haus mit seiner Tiefgarage sehr gut gelegen. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Nähe zum Lido und zum Kamelienpark Locarno. Beides ist mit einem Spaziergang erreichbar. Ebenfalls sehr positiv war der Kontakt mit den Vermietern via WhatsApp. Da kommen wir wirklich gerne wieder! Die Einrichtung ist in einheitlichem Weiss gehalten. Da würde etwas Farbe guttun. Leider ist der Verkehr an dieser Lage etwas erdrückend, aber da kann die Unterkunft nichts dafür. Es war uns trotzdem wohl!

Thomas (10/5): Excellence beyond expectation. - Very difficult to leave!! This is a extraordinary apartment equipped with everything a person needs to fully enjoy a stay in Locarno. The ants need tending to.
Thomas (10/5): Sehr moderne Wohnung, zentral gelegen mit Blick auf See - Moderne grosse Wohnung, hochwertig eingerichtet, bequeme Betten, Küche recht gut ausgestattet mit Kaffeemaschine Nespresso mit einigen Kapseln, Geschirrspüler mit einigen Spülmittel Tabs, sehr grosser TV. Für den Sommer steht eine Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer und gekühlte Böden in der ganzen Wohnung bereit. Im Winter war die Bodenheizung angenehm. Aussicht aus dem 6. Stock direkt auf den See. Sehr wenig. Die zentrale Lage hat etwas Lärm von der Strasse zwischen dem Haus und dem See, wie zu erwarten war.

Bruno (8/5): Idealer Zeitpunkt für entspr. Buchung liegt vermutlich im Frühling und Herbst. - Es handelt sich um eine Ferienwohnung in sehr guter Lage, mit Sicht auf die Umgebung und insbesondere auf den Lago Maggiore. Die Wohnung war äusserst grossflächig. Insgesamt standen drei Schlafzimmer mit 7 Betten zur Verfügung. Die Fenster und Terrassentüren waren lediglich mit Doppelglas bestückt, was den gelegentlich erhöhten Verkehrslärm m.E. etwas zu wenig dämmt.

Leinad65 (9/5): Wunderschöner Aufenthalt direkt am See in einer sehr gut ausgestatteten Wohnung. - Die Lage ist genial. Direkt am See, morgens im Bett den Sonnenaufgang über dem See geniessen - einfach herrlich. Auch sind alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in nächster Nähe sowie der Bahnhof, die Schiffanlegestelle usw. Wir hatten mit zwei Damen vor Ort zu tun und beide waren sehr herzlich und haben uns alles erklärt. Immer wieder gerne! Es ist "Jammern" auf hohem Niveau, aber durch die Lage ist man direkt auch an der Hauptstrasse wo sich Morgens und Abends ein Stau bildet und da einige nicht die Ruhe haben abzuwarten, gibt es halt ab und zu mal eine "hupende" Aufforderung. Tagsüber und Nachts kein Problem.

Jo (10/5): Wunderschöne Ferien in Locarno - Die Lage (Zentral in Locarno, gleich am See) und Aussicht ist wunderschön. Die Wohnung ist gross , hell, und gut ausgestattet. Der grosse Balkon Richtung See ist schön zum Draussen sitzen. Man hört dann die Strasse, die am See entlang führt. Uns hat das aber nicht gestört, da es in der Wohnung selbst sehr ruhig war. Das Bett fand ich sehr gemütlich. Praktisch war auch die Abtrennung vom Wohnbereich zu den Schlafzimmern mit einer extra Tür. Waschmaschine und Tumbler waren auch sehr praktisch. Wir hatten insgesamt, die Kinder hatten ein eigenes Badezimmer, was sie super fanden. Nichts. Alles war gut.

ALANOUD (10/5): سوف اكرر ..الاقامة في هذا المكان .. - الاطلاله رائعة الشقة واسعه قريبه من المحلات التجارية مشي بالاقدام .. المطبخ متوفر فيه جميع الادوات التكيف في كل الغرف والصالة توافر غسالة الملابس والكوايه كان يوجد بسكوت وقهوة ترحيبة احببت. سرعة استجابة .الموظفة مع ان الوقت كان متاخر في الواحدة ليلاً. اقفل باب الحمام ع احد الاطفال اتصلنا عليها . بعثت احد العمال لاصلاح القفل وحل المشكله . باسرع وقت . عدم توافر شطاف للحمام

Markus (10/5): Perfekte Wohnung für den Aufenthalt am Filmfestival - Die Lage war perfekt. Mit dem Velo ist alles sehr bequem erreichbar (Piazza Grande, See etc.) Der Service von der Vermieterschaft war sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und professionell (Esmeralda). Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war ebenfalls tipptopp. Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen: bei unsere Wohnung 205 A fehlte die Abtrennung vom Schlafzimmer zum Wohnzimmer. Dies ist in der Beschreibung bei Booking nicht erwähnt.. wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder mieten.

Waschmaschiene, Tumbler, Nesspresso Maschiene, grosser TV inkl. WLan Ausstattung Küche war dem Presi nicht enstprechend. Zu wenig Glässer, Pfannen, Besteck, etc. Sehr lärmig besonders auch am Abend.

Sylvia (9/5): Da gerade etliche Festivitäten stattfanden, war es bis in die Nacht ziemlich laut. - Frühstück selber gemacht, da wir in einem Appartement wohnten. Da wir nicht wussten welche Kaffeemaschine uns erwartete, Hatten wir auch keine Nespressokapseln dabei. Leider lagen nur 4 Kapseln bereit. Es war Samstag, wir wussten nicht wo kaufen, waren aber zwei Personen. Bis und mit Montagmorgen etwas sehr wenig.

Dominique (8/5): Super Lage aber lärmig. - Die Nähe zur Altstadt ist genial. Die Wohnung war riesig, sauber und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Eine wundervolle Aussicht auf den Lago Maggiore. Die Strasse war sehr lärmig was den Aufenthalt auf dem Balkon beeinträchtigte. Die Fenster sind aber gut isoliert. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern ist es ruhig.
Elizabeth (9/5): - We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is clean, comfortable and spacious. With the lake just across the road the view from the balcony is stunning. The location is great with restaurants, shops and the station all within easy walking distance. Would definitely stay here again if we came back to Locarno.

Matthias (10/5): Top immer wieder gerne - Die Lage mit Blick auf den See ist atemberaubend Die Strasse direkt unten durch.
Hansjörg (5/5): Der erste Aufenthalt vor einem Jahr war 100% besser - Lage , Balkon. Grösse Die Räume waren um 15.00 Uhr noch nicht bezugsbereit !! Geruch von Reinigungsmittel den ganzen Aufenthalt.

Weber (9/5): Aussicht ist ein Traum - Die Lage und die Aussicht ist unschlagbar, einfach unbeschreiblich super!! Grösse des Parkplatzes und Tiefgarage mit Lift direkt zur Wohnung ebenfalls perfekt .Grosser TV, WLAN. Sehr spartanisch eingerichtet. Es hat Geschirr, etc., aber sonst nichts (z.b.kein Küchentuch, Haarföhn). Keine Kleiderbügel oder Hacken für Jacken. Ich empfehle es aber trotzdem, da die Aussicht ein Traum ist.
