• Bends (10/5): The perfect location with an amazing view and comfortable accommodations. - The apartment is very clean and well appointed. The beds are comfortable and rooms are spacious. The terrace is as fantastic as it looks in photos. Check in was easy and staff was responsive. In apartment laundry was a delightful addition.

Vue extraordinaire à 360° sur Florence à partir de la terrasse. Attention, accès à la terrasse non adapté aux personnes à mobilité réduite et aux enfants en bas âge et il y a des marches dans le logement. Appartement très agréable, literie parfaite. Il serait utile de fournir un torchon de cuisine et souhaitable de remplacer le grille-pain qui est hors d'usage.

• mikael (8/5): Presque parfait ! - Très bel appartement, confortable, avec une terrasse incroyable (vue plongeante sur le Duomo et tous les principaux monuments du centre de Florence). Situation on ne peut plus centrale, 3 minutes à pied du Duomo. La manager n’est clairement pas là pour vous aider : aucun conseil sur le stationnement (qui est un gros sujet dans le centre de Florence), malgré plusieurs demandes. Poubelles devant le paillasson à l’arrivée (la manager ne fait même pas semblant d’être désolée et indique que c’est dans les parties communes, donc pas son problème !!!) Appartement luxueusement décoré et pourtant, seulement 5 verres à eau pour 6 hôtes. Dommage car le séjour aurait été parfait sans ces petits désagréments évitables avec quelqu’un à l’écoute de ses clients…

• Vavala (10/5): Staying in this apartment was the highlight of a trip of a lifetime. Just book it. - This is, quite simply, the best place to stay in Florence. The apartment is in a prime location, just blocks from the Duomo and located within a historic home with an old-time elevator to reach the third floor. The beds were super comfortable, and the rooms and facilities were modern and very clean. There is a refrigerator/freezer and a washer with room to hang clothes to dry. There is plenty of space for everyone with multiple levels within the apartment. But most of all, the views from the terrace on the roof are absolutely breathtaking. The best view of Florence is not from the hill across the Arno, it is the 360 view from this apartment's terrace. My family enjoyed meals, sipped coffee and limoncello, and enjoyed every moment of our time above the crowds, surrounded by the hills in the distance, and enjoying the beauty of the Duomo and other landmarks. It was absolutely enchanting and felt like a different world, even during high season. I cannot recommend this place enough. Nothing. It was the nicest place we stayed in Italy.

We enjoyed our last nights dinner on the terrace and it couldn’t have been a more perfect night with our girls to culminate a great Italy spring break trip. It was a shame we were only staying here for one night as we could have stayed here an entire week. Would stay again and highly recommend this apartment to anyone.

Stayed here with my family for 4 days, we had a great time in Florence, The terrace is the highlight with breathtaking view! Great for sunsets or having breakfast with a view. Very comfortable and spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, kitchen has everything you need for your stay and great espresso machine! Old building in the heart of Florence made it a great experience. We enjoyed our stay and would surely stay here again if available, completely recommended

It was fully equipped with everything, not only with household appliances but also for personal care. The location couldn’t be better and that terazza… that terazza was unreal. Collecting memories from Firenze while drinking coffee and hearing classical music from the corners of the streets down there, while having the most amazing view to the Cathedral and the city center. The Stuff were amazing hosts, always here for us when we needed them and they took care of everything. Saving this place for all my next visits to this city. I highly recommend it! Not applicable.
