• Rosslyn (10/5): Fantastic. Would book again - It was very clean, central, well appointed, the host was amazing. The apartment had double glazing, full electric block out blinds. very close to major attractions and close to the train station. The apartment has so many nice little touches. Also a large balcony. Beds were very comfortable. The building has a lift to get our luggage up. This isn't a complaint as it's central athens, however it can be a little noisy with traffic but for us, it added to the experience. Windows are double glazed, I twas great sitting on the balcony watching the world go by.

Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo, oltre a darci molti consigli, ci ha fatto trovare l snack acqua e frutta fresca per il nostro arrivo e per la colazione del giorno dopo, un pensiero super apprezzato! La casa è in una posizione strategica a due passi dal centro di Atene, si raggiungono a piedi tutti i punti di interesse principali. Che dire di più? Soggiorno perfetto! Nulla.

The host was very kind and gave us several recommendations on places to eat A minor inconvenience, but absolutely manageable, is having to turn on the boiler in advance for hot water and switch it back on after it automatically turns off after 20 minutes, otherwise you risk a cold shower, especially when you’re a group of four like we were
• Cynthia (10/5): Geweldig! - Wat een geweldig appartement en gastheer! We kregen een zeer gastvrij ontvangst. Alles is gelijkvloers en de verdieping is met de lift bereikbaar. Handig met koffers. Je hebt een fantastisch uitzicht op de tempel van Kronos en rea. Er is een tweepersoons bedbank. En nog een bank. Ideaal voor een 5de en zelfs 6de persoon. De stopcontacten zitten op de juiste plaatsen om telefoons op te laden. Het appartement is op loopafstand van alles en het centrum is zo gezellig! Kortom: een appartement dat qua ruimte, spullen en locatie erg goed in elkaar zit. Daarnaast was Dimitri geweldig en we hebben een aantal van zijn aanbevelingen kunnen doen. We komen hier graag nog een keer terug als we ooit nog een keer naar Griekenland gaan.

Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet, sogar im Kühlschrank waren Kleinigkeiten und Wasserflaschen um unseren Aufenthalt von Beginn an angenehm zu gestalten. Der Gastgeber meldet sich immer sofort wenn etwa zusätzliches oder eine Auskunft benötigt wird. Das Appartement war offenbar neu renoviert, bei der Duschtasche rinnt noch Wasser aus.

• Omer (10/5): - The apartment was great, but what made our stay truly wonderful was the host Dimitri. He helped with everything we needed and was very generous. There were a lot of tiny added things during our stay that just made everything better. In particular, the flexibility with early check-in and late check-out is rare and so convenient.

• Natalia (10/5): Si volviera a Atenas volvería a alojarme aquí. - La ubicación es perfecta para pasar unos días en Atenas. El dueño nos ha hecho sentir como en casa y nos ha ayudado en todo. El apartamento está limpio y muy bien cuidado. Se escucha bastante ruido de la calle y tienes que acordarte de encender el agua caliente.

Konforumuz için her şey düşünülmüş. Buzdolabında ikramlar vardı ve çok iyi düşünülmüş. Evin her alanı çok kullanışlı ve temiz. Yataklar çok rahattı. Hiç bir sorun yaşamadık, zaten yaşasak da Dimitri kesin çözerdi:) Ev Acropolis'e 15 dk. yürüme mesafesinde. Dimitri'nin tavsiyesiyle gittiğimiz börekçi harikaydı. Kesin denemelisiniz. Evin yan tarafında cafe var ve kahveleri harika ( Veganaki ). Tekrar tekrar konaklanabilecek en iyi ev bence burası. Her şey için teşekkürler Dimitri. Olumsuz hiç bir şey yoktu. Her şey harikaydı.
• Rados_ny (10/5): Great place to visit Athens! - We travel a lot, but it was the first place, that I felt so cared for. Dimitris is a great host. We were welcomed with water, fruits and some snacks (nice for a quick start in new place after journey). He also gave us recomendations of local bakery, shops and restaurants. Apartment is very comfortable and so close to the main atractions, that you don't need metro tickets for sightseeing tour. I've never had similar service in private apartment and we really enjoyed staying there.

The apartment has everything you need, plus the owner prepared a lot of welcome items for us - water, fruit, coffee, beer and other little things. The apartment is ideally located, close to the Acropolis and the metro station. If you want to spend time in Athens, this apartment is really an ideal choice. Thank you Dimitris.
• Renata (10/5): - Apartament położony w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji - całe Ateny w zasięgu spaceru. Blisko supermarket i mnóstwo restauracji. Urządzony bardzo wygodnie, dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Gospodarz bardzo komunikatywny i troskliwy. Na powitanie woda, soki, owoce i przekąski. Widok z okna na świątynię Zeusa piękny. Dziękujemy. Mieszkanie położone na skrzyżowaniu głównych ulic, słyszalny jest ruch samochodowy, co dla nas nie było akurat żadnym problemem.

• FERNANDO (10/5): Great place ideally located within walking distance to Acropolis and main downtown spots - We picked this place to spend 6nights included xmas, this apartment is super convenient within walking distance (less than 7min) of Acropolis, metro and places to eat and shopping, grocery shop is within 3 minutes walking, no need to even use public transportation or taxi if you like to walk, Dimitris was great, attention was superb, place was super clean, beds comfortable not too soft, all appliances included, all questions answered, when we needed umbrellas he delivered at apartment within less than 3 minutes what was an impressive speed and the lovely detail was when we arrived on xmas eve after dinner we found presents at the door what was a lovely unexpected detail. Overall awesome experience, super recommended Nothing to dislike

Host ensured we were comfortable and also very kindly stocked up on food and drink items for our stay. Can be quite noisy with the main road outside however this didn’t bother us too much as the location was good. We did have a few construction work noise issues but the host was quick to try rectify this and gave us a few options as he was also unaware of the issue.

Highly recommended!!😍🥰 - The host ( Dimitris ) was very amiable, with a pleasant welcome by him with plenty of fresh fruit, water and lovely snacks! He showed us the entire unit and even created a document for us to explore " Where we should go in Athens " ! The sister was friendly and helpful, especially when we needed the umbrellas amid the stormy weather! Value for money, and centrally located around Acropolis, with the subway exit less than 300m away! The rooms were beautifully decorated ;)) well done there! Shower area ought to be confined with a shower door to prevent extreme wetness round it.

Honestly, the apartment is so beautiful and cozy but also practical (it has just everything) that it reminds more of a home than a booking place. It looks even better than in the pictures! The host - Dimitri, is extremely nice, thoughtful and helpful. He welcomed us, gave us great tips and recommendations and spoiled is with little treats :) There is no check in/check out time that is very rare but so convenient. The localisation is perfect for sightseeing but also variety of delicious food, drinks and coffee. We could not imagine better stay and we want to go back to Athens again already to this exact place!! Everything was perfect.

• Nina (10/5): - This apartment was perfect in every way. The location couldn’t be better — all the major archaeological sites are just a few minutes’ walk away (some within two minutes!). The hosts were incredible — genuinely kind, welcoming, and so helpful. I’ve never had such wonderful hosts before. The apartment itself was beautiful and had everything you could possibly need. They went above and beyond to make us feel at home, filling the place with thoughtful touches like fresh fruit, milk, and local snacks waiting for us on arrival. I honestly couldn’t rate this place any higher — it made our stay in Athens truly special. The only minor downside was that the apartment is on a fairly busy corner, so there was a bit of street noise at times. Because of that, we didn’t end up spending much time on the veranda. But honestly, being right in the heart of everything, a little city noise is to be expected.

Net curtains - no blackout curtains in bedrooms making it harder to sleep when it faces street side with traffic. Below is a vegan restaurant and so complete silence only comes around 11pm.

• Virginia (10/5): Athens Delight - Location was perfect. Dmetris was super helpful. Home was very clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Dmetris and Alexandria went out of the way to be helpful plus they left us with beer, a bowl of fruit and many other nice amenities such as coffee and creamer. Neighborhood tips were shared and it was like meeting new friends that gave us guidance in a city new to us. Highly recommend. A simple thing too fix, the bed pillows were too heavy and thick.

The host was most kind and accommodated us even with changes in our schedule because of flight cancelations. Highly recommend. Everything was good but the shower was a little funky. • Heike (10/5): - Einfach alles top. Super schönes Appartement in sehr zentraler Lage in Nähe der Akropolis. Zwar an einer viel befahrenen Hauptstraße, die aber durch schallisolierte Fenster mit elektrischen Rollläden überhaupt nicht gestört hat. Dimitris hat uns sehr nett empfangen und es standen viele Lebensmittel und Getränke für uns bereit. Seine tollen Restaurantempfehlungen waren echte Geheimtips abseits der Touristenströme. Nichts.
• Patrick (9/5): Sehr schöne und grosszügige Wohnung mitten im Zentrum - Sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Ich konnte sogar 2 Stunden vorher als geplant in die Wohnung. Der Gastheber gab mir etliche Infos für Ausflüge, Restaurants, Cafés usw. sehr sehr aufmerksam. Zudem war der Kühlschrank voll mit Wasser, Orangensaft, Butter, Käse, Milch usw. auch gab es Brot, frische Früchte und Chips in der Küche. Dies war enorm grosszügig. Na es Mitten im Zentrum ist, kann es manchmal zu etwas Lärmbeeinträchtigung kommen, was für mich aber nicht schlimm war.

• Giuseppe Pirulli (10/5): CASA ACCOGLIENTE AL CENTRO DI ATENE - Appartamento fantastico, accogliente, pulito, al centro della città. Per visitare Atene non abbiamo usato nessun mezzo pubblico perché è tutto ad un passo, zona tranquillissima anche di sera letti comodissimi e poi Dimitris un host fantastico non è solo un host ma un amico che ti accompagna per tutta la durata del soggiorno. Ci ha consigliato ristoranti buonissimi, prenotato taxi alle 5 del mattino e a quell'ora ci ha contattato per assicurarsi che non avessimo avuto nessun problema. Ci ha fatto trovare la cucina piena di ogni cosa... Secondo me ci dovrebbe essere un Dimitris in ogni B&b. Niente.
• Hugo (9/5): - Het appartement was modern, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien (airco op de slaapkamers was bij 42 graden geen overbodige luxe). Verder ligt het op een prima locatie tov de Acropolis en de rest van het centrum van Athene. De ontvangst was prima geregeld. We konden meteen het appartement in toen we aankwamen en konden blijven tot 12 uur op de dag van vertrek. Er stond al een heel welkomspakket klaar (water, fruit, chips, bier, etc), dus we hoefden niet meteen naar de supermarkt (om de hoek trouwens) te rennen. Dimitris heeft ons ook nog een aantal prima eetgelegenheden geadviseerd in de buurt van het appartement. Wij hebben er zelf geen last van ondervonden, maar voor de gevoelige medemens: het appartement ligt langs een straat met redelijk wat verkeer. Er zijn wel overal rolluiken die al het overgrote deel van het geluid tegenhouden.

The host, Dimitris, was incredible!! He was super nice, recommended a ton of places for us, was very happy, easygoing and understanding. He explained to us whatever was necessary, gave us full freedom for ourselves, and even stocked the fridge with food, fruits and drinks for us independently!

The place was spotless and was located a short walk from the Acropolis and all the hot spots of Athens. What a wonderful place! well, there was a power failure on account of the heatwave, but Dimitris accommodated us.

The apartment truly felt like a home away from home, with all the amenities we could need. The owners were warm, wonderful people who provided us with all the guidance we needed to make our last-minute trip a success. I especially appreciated the thoughtful gesture of having plenty of food stocked in the fridge when we arrived. We could easily walk to all the major visitor attractions, which made it incredibly convenient for sightseeing and exploring the city. There’s also a charming restaurant right beneath the building, which was a delightful bonus.

• Suwaporn (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is spacious and comfortably accommodates five guests. It is conveniently located within walking distance of many major sightseeing attractions in Athens. The host was exceptionally kind and helpful, providing detailed recommendations for excellent local restaurants where we enjoyed both lunch and dinner. The food at these suggested spots was delicious and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a pleasant and well-located place to stay in Athens None

• Esther (10/5): Great apartment, perfectly located - Our plane was delayed but the host had no problem waiting until we arrived about 1.30am, which we felt quite guilty about! There was a welcome pack and the apartment had been laid out as we requested. A lovely balcony overlooked the temple of zeus and although it was a busy road, this didn't bother us. It was less than a 10 minute easy walk to the entrance to the acropolis. Thanks so much for a great host! Nothing

Thank you fir everything we had an amazing trip - Dimitris met us when we arrived, he showed us around the apartment which was perfect!, he made us feel very welcome and he took time to answer all our questions about Athens and gave us some fantastic ideas to do on our trip. The spacious apartment was spotless. It is situated within easy walking distance to all the sites and the area is lovely We were given fruit, bread, eggs, cheese, juice, water, tea and coffee facilities which was a lovely touch! Dimitris really went out of his way to make our stay so perfect I have stayed in a lot of air bnb properties over the years but this property I would say it is the best, thank you for making our trip very special! I can’t think of anything at all, it was perfect

• Clementine (10/5): Spacious, comfortable apartment in a great location for seeing Athens. - A really lovely spacious apartment near all the sights in Athens, Dimitris was a very helpful host who provided lots of thoughtful groceries at the start of our stay - so welcome after a long journey. It was a really great space to have as a base for exploring the city with our twin toddlers. No suggestions for improvement, we had a great stay.

• David (10/5): Fantastic apartment, walking distance to main attractions - Fantastic location, very close to Athens main attractions, appreciated the food and drink left for us to enjoy. Clean, modern and homely touches, even had a Christmas tree. Great views across to the temple of Zeus, safe neighbourhood and supermarket a short walk away. Kitchen well stocked for cooking. Helpful welcoming host. Minor things, tv a little small, sofa bed a bit hard, a little noisy at night but to be expected in the city.

It’s quiet, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The hosts are terrific—they were always available to help with whatever we needed. Our stay was perfect—we highly recommend this property.

The location is a bit noisy, but we knew that in advance, and the apartment has double glass and shades that prevent most of it.

Additional perks like eggs, chees, milk, fruit, bread and water bottles awaited us upon arrival. We met the owners and they helped us secure a taxi to the airport and suggested walking routes in the city, very helpful. Very big place with great kitchen, one of the best apartments we stayed in! I wish we could extend our stay, Athens is very lively, warm people and great apartment!

• Irina (10/5): Perfect - Will be back - The host Dimitri was extremely welcoming and helpful. Recommendations and advice worked so well. Communications were instant. The apartment was comfortable and had everything for an easy stay in a busy city. We were refreshed. Wifi was excellent. The apartment's views over the Temple of Zeus and Licavitos were spellbounding. It is a short walk to the Acropolis. The kitchen and bathroom are clean, modern, functional and beautiful. Lovely balcony. Airconditioned. Everything was perfect. Maybe a slightly bigger TV, but I am struggling to find anything negative to say.
• Eunate (10/5): Super recommended without a doubt - The apartment has a privileged location. Close to everything: acropolis, Plaka, Monistiriaki, Olympeium, Olympic Stadium,… The fierce, super attentive owners. We had a lot of details when we arrived: food, fruit, breakfasts, soaps,… Apartment renovated and very new inside. everything very clean. They were very attentive when we arrived and when we left.
• Dimitrios (8/5): Comfortable, clean and great location - Property was great. Air conditioning in every room, kitchen ( our host Dimitri even had arranged for the basics such as bread, fresh fruit, coffee and Ouzo!). Property is close to the Acropolis and Monisteraki. Good communication with host. Parking is not great if hiring a car. Property is on a main road, but insulated windows do a good job of keeping noise out.

• Alexander (10/5): Fantastic location and fantastic apartment - Just a fantastic location and apartment for exploring Athens. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the bathroom was big and clean, and appliances all worked great. The location really can’t be better. It was 10 minutes walk to the Acropolis, 10 minutes to the Olympic stadium, and just across from the Temple of Zeus. The staff were very friendly and responsive, and very helpful in meeting us earlier than we requested when our flight arrived early. The fruit and other welcoming food and drinks were another welcome surprise. No complaints.
• Nyen (9/5): Beautiful apartment next to Acropolis, Acropolis Museum and Plaka, etc - Dimitri and Alexandra were very responsive and willing to help. The apartment was nice - 2 bedrooms plus a sitting room. Location is very central - walking distance to Acropolis, Acropolis Museum, Plaka, etc. N/A.
• Hong (10/5): A good place for exploring Athens old town - Location is great, we could see the Acropolis from the small balcony. Owner is very nice and prepared fruits and bottle water for us. Rooms are very clean. Traffic noises outside the windows, it locates by a Main Street and the Acropolis is just on the other side of the road.
• Lubica (10/5): Highly recommended. - The apartment is spacious, newly renovated, very clean and comfortable. Very nice host, willing to help with anything, Welcome food package and fruit basket was there for us which was very nice. Excellent location, beautiful view from living room window, walking distance to Acropolis and city center sights and restaurants, as well as easy access to all public transport. The street is busy with cars but this is something we were aware of and you have to take it into account when you want to stay in such location.
