• Marlies (7/5): De ligging maakt het een fijn verblijf. De inrichting is echt beneden de maat. - De ligging! En de mooi aangelegde tuin met zwembaden aan het appartementencomplex. Vlakbij het strand, je liep simpelweg de straat af naar beneden. Mooi strand met leuke beachclubs. Ook winkeltjes en restaurantjes op loopafstand. Voor Marbella-centrum had je wel een auto nodig. Het appartement was wel schoongemaakt en compleet ingericht. Heel erg stoffig. En het is echt toe aan renovatie en modernisering! Meubilair echt oud en versleten.

Good choice of bars and restaurants close by. 2 minutes from the beach. The owner was very nice. Perfect for our trip. Not enough coat hangers, we had to buy some which we left for future guests. Only 7 for 4 people. There was also an unpleasant smell from the en-suite bathroom.
• Martine (9/5): Fantastisch verblijf gehad. - Mooi appartement met alle voorzieningen in de keuken. Ideale ligging dicht bij strand maar ook om Marbella en de bergen in te trekken. Restaurants en winkels op wandelafstand. Er is een privé parking in ondergrondse parkeergarage. Niets.

• Roul (9/5): Very much recommend the apartment! - The location was really great. Very close to the beach and to Elviria Commercial Centre. Good internet connection and very quiet area. Apartment was very spacious with 3 different bedrooms and kitchen was well equipped. The air conditioning did little noise and the cold air didn`t reach very well to the master bedroom, but it wasn`t a big problem considering all the other advantages of the the appartment.
• Anna (9/5): Superb - Spacious well equiped apartament located in a beautiful surrounding, very close to the beach, shops and good restaurants. The walls might be cleaner and the chairs should be repaired or exchanged, pillows were not comfortable

• Mimi (8/5): Great location in central Elviria, well equipped apartment. - Great location, just 2 mins walk from the beach, 3-4mins walk to shops & restaurants (supermarket is just on the other side of the motorway. The Urbanisation is really high quality- well maintained gardens & swimming pools. The flat is ample, 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, that can do with a little update and a few repairs in a the kitchen too, but lovely well equipped over all. The host / manager was very friendly and very responsive. The bathrooms were working but can do with a little update as for the shower head bracket for overhead was broken.
• Emma (8/5): A great location for a quiet, relaxing sunshine break - Superb location - the apartment was in a very quiet complex set in beautiful gardens. Apartment was well equipped & the host promptly provided extra mugs and glasses that were needed. Nothing much! Probably just the beds which weren’t the most comfortable but fine for a short break.

• Krisztina (7/5): Noisy - Beautiful pool area and garden, close to the beach and shops, very flexible and helpful host, own garage. It was nice sitting outside on our own balcony. Terribly noisy...the whole area. There wasn't a single night when we could sleep well. The cleaning service in the apartment complex came every morning and started cleaning and working very noisy (in the other apartments, not in our). Every time someone opened the garage door we woke up, because our window was just next to it. The street was very noisy too day and night, many cars were coming and going all the time. The air-con didn't work properly, it couldn't make cold or even cool air (just air, like a fan), so we had to open the window at night if we wanted cool air, but then again if we did it, there was even more noise coming from outside. Also many many mosquitoes came in every night, no net on the windows, it was very annoying. The equipments in our apartment were quite old at some parts. The pots and pans in the kithcen were quite dirty and old too, we used them but it wasn't a good feeling. When we used the dishwasher sometimes it created a blackout in the whole apartment. So basically we had many equipments in the apartment but the quality was not the best, not what we expected, especially not for the price we payed for it.

• Paul (10/5): Exceptional - Location is perfect to walk to the beach(3mins walk) and local Carrefour supermarket (8min walk) and one other more pricey supermarket. Local markets on Friday and Saturday next to the supermarkets and a few restaurants there also. Lovely restaurant literally next to the apartment Best restaurant is on the beach - el Laurel Catch a bus near the supermarket to Marbella old town (20mins) €1.65 each way - stunning town and restaurants. Bus literally pulls in on the motorway by the bridge! Masks needed on buses. it really is a lovely spacious apartment in a beautiful safe neighbourhood with endless beaches Nothing, all good
• Crystal (10/5): Cool and cozy condo close to the beach for a fun and relaxing stay. - This location is so close to the beach with lots of places to relax once you are there. The condo has plenty of space, and the terrace outside is a great place to begin and end each day. On exceptionally warm days, you can kick on the air conditioning and cool down the apartment, which is also a plus. Also, if you rent a car, there is parking included with this rental. We enjoyed all the native plants and birds that added to the charm.
