• Luka (10/5): - Great and peaceful location. Apartment was as described and shown on the photos. It was really nice that it had a fully equipped kitchen and even milk, tea, coffee as well as bathroom amenities (shower gel, shampoo, toothbrush/paste, etc.). No complaints.
• Erasmo (8/5): Luxuriöse Wohung an Toplage. - Die Wohnung ist sehr hübsch und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Eher im luxuriösen Segment. Die Schlafzimmer sind gross genug und die Küche bietet jeden Komfort. Eines der beiden Sofas im Wohnzimmer lässt sich als Bett verwandeln. Die beiden King Size Better sind ultra bequem. Sauberkeit also top. Die Lage in South Kensington ist ausserordentlich gut und man ist von der Tube Station South Kensington in Gehminuten entfernt. Nachbarschaft bietet viele Bsrs und Restaurantvielfalt. Ich würde sofort wieder kommen. Eher ein altes, renoviertes Haus. Die Wohnung ist aber ein Juwel. Sehr ringhörig. Und die Waschmaschine des oberen Vermieters war sehr laut und die Wohnung vibrierte für jeweils 10sekunden.

• Jun Ha (10/5): Perfect for families with young children - Great location. Great vibes. Safe neighborhood. Friendly and helpful hosts. Overall was a great place for our family of 4, especially for a toddler and an infant to experience London in a cozy, safe environment. Not a big issue nor a deterrent to book this place again in the future whatsoever, but just to note that the kitchen tap only has extremely hot or cold water (we went in December).

Kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik. Çok temiz, rahat ve konforluydu. Lokasyon çok iyiydi, metro istasyonu, restoran ve cafelere çok yakındı. Bizi karşılayan görevli son derece ilgili ve güleryüzlüydü. Isıtma çok iyiydi. Bir dahaki gelişimize yine burda kalmak isteriz. Gerçekten kusursuz, özellikle temizlik ve olanaklar çok çok iyiydi.

The main room was very comfortable for 4 people to sit in and the kitchen well-appointed. Amenities were plentiful. Milk, coffee, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent and bath items were all supplied.

Close to South Kensington and Gloucester Rd tube station! Modern updated apartment, with very comfortable beds and sofas along with bedding. We will stay here again! Nothing!!!!

London had a heat wave the week we were visiting, so the staff provided air conditioning units to keep the apartment cool, even before we arrived. Check in/out was super easy. The neighborhood is full of great restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores. Close to South Kensington station and a quick walk to Kings Road shopping district.

• Ashish (1/5): Bad - The building abruptly stopped the water on our first evening in this apartment. We came home from a long day of sightseeing and the taps were completely dry- we did not have any water for bathing, cooking or even drinking. We had to go out again for buying bottled water and to find dinner since we could not cook at home. The apartment managers did literally nothing other than to text saying they will try to find out what the cause was. No heads up, no explanation, nothing was provided. For the rest of our stay, the water pressure was so low that it was hard to even shower. It was an awful experience and we would not recommend this apartment or property management company.

I love that they treat their guests like responsible adults. Most rentals say “luxury” but use lesser quality bedding, utensils, design, etc., because you know how disrespectful ppl can be these days. But not here. Everything is top notch.

• Ludovic (10/5): 3 nights stay - Perfectly clean! Tastly decorated! All the equipment (of quality) you could need for a few days stay! And the team thats managing the apartment is very sweet! Thanks everyone! Just a personal taste, would be the matresses. We like them pretty firm and in both bedrooms they are quite soft. Again, its a personal taste, nothing to worry about!

• Siew (9/5): Superb - apartment was in great condition and only renovated some 7 months ago. Service was excellent. Days ahead of check in, the team had me join their whatsapp chat group. their representative was patiently waiting for us at the apartment ahead of our arrival and walked us through the apartment and it's facilities. Queries made to the whatsapp group during our stay were also prompted answered. Didn't have a microwave but that was not a big deal.

• Alexandra (9/5): Beautiful apartment! - Beautiful and peaceful, with nice natural light, so close to everything - transportation, restaurants, not far from Museums etc. Very comfortable and nicely done. Not criticisms but suggestions: given there is no air conditioning, the bedding is heavy for summer weather. It was nice to sleep with the door to the balcony open, but I had to strip the duvet cover off and just use that as the duvet is a winter weight one. There should be a bathmat for the tub bathroom as the floor of the tub gets very slick when wet.
