• Maria Macarena (9/5): Súper recomendable y agradable - La ubicación es un 10. El personal súper atento! Súper recomiendo y volvería. Algo que entiendo no es solucionarle fácilmente, hay un poco de olor a cañería por momentos y la ducha no tiene buen deshague. Pero todo lo demás está tan bueno que no lo opaca. Solo tener cuidado de la presión en la que sale el agua.

• Virginia (6/5): - La ubicación es perfecta. Está cerca de todo. La ducha seguía estropeada, perdía mucha agua. Imposible ducharte. Se acaba enseguida el agua caliente. Dos duchas rápidas y la tercera con agua fría. El colchón está hundido en la mitad.. Había leído lo de la ducha pero pensaba que lo habrían arreglado.

Colchón de la cama incómodo y se hunde( el cual en comentario anterior refieren haber sido cambiado junto con las baldas rotas del armario ), sofá cama incómodo, sin mantas y el aire acondicionado calienta poco para un enero frío con 10-12 grados de max fuera, el manguito de la ducha roto, armario de la habitación con estantes rotos, cojines de sofá con manchas y utensilios de cocina escasos, 1 sólo paño de cocina, sin servilletas ni papel de cocina, cafetera antigua, falta exprimidor, la tostadora y sandwichera sucias, fregona vieja y sucia y estropajo de cocina usado.

La limpieza bastante escasa ( estropajo usado, campaña extractora oliendo a grasa, churretes en el microondas, pelusas bajo la cama y sofá). Mobiliario viejo y estropeado, el armario en malas condiciones , el colchón de la habitación muy blando y hundido. Mucho ruido durante la noche tanto del exterior como de los vecinos de la planta superior.

Good communication with the staff and very easy access to apartment. It was clean also. In January it was very cold - unfortunately, there was no electric heater like in other apartments. There was also no kettle to make tea. Some guests may also be bothered by street noise, as the apartment is in the city center. The bed was very uncomfortable, with a worn-out mattress in the bedroom. There was a problem in the bathroom with water leaking out of the shower. The standard could be improved somewhat.

• ManuTnf (9/5): Visita navideña a la hermosa Sevilla. - La ubicación y la atención del personal (la señora que nos entregó la llave fue muy amable con nosotros, así como los dueños del apartamento muy resolutivos, sobre todo cuando se desconectó el calentador de agua). La escalera de acceso, es un poco estrecha y falta un par de barandillas de apoyo.

• Paula (10/5): Sevilla es maravillosa - La ubicación es muy buena, estas en el centro y cerca de lugares concurridos. Puedes ir andando a cualquier lugar turístico de Sevilla. El apartamento es perfecto para dos personas, esta equipado correctamente, y la limpieza es buena. ¡Repetiría sin dudarlo!

I proprietari gentilissimi e molto disponibili sotto tutti gli aspetti. Si sono fatto carico di inconvenienti emersi con la piattaforma di prenotazione e sono venuti subito a verificare e risolvere un imprevisto segnalato in abitazione! Tutto veramente fantastico, lo consiglio!

Un po’ più attenzione per la pulizia. Le lenzuola erano un po’ macchiate. Qualche rotolo di carta igienica in più sarebbe stato meglio.

• Jo (9/5): I would definitely stay here again - Loved the location. Lively Plaza located just around the corner. Very comfortable apartment. Grocery store across the street. Easy walk to various sites. Shops and restaurants galore. Noise level from street below, but I think you have to deal with that anywhere in Seville!
• Felipe (9/5): Súper recomendable, ubicación y muy cómodo. - La ubicación es perfecta, se encuentra en pleno centro histórico y rodeado de tiendas y restaurantes. El apartamento es muy cómodo y tiene todo lo necesario, limpio y fresco A/C. El baño está muy bien pero tiene un problema con la ducha, el piso de la misma no tiene una buena inclinación y drenaje así que el agua se rebalsa e inunda todo el baño cuando se usa. Otro aspecto es que al estar en pleno centro siempre habrá ruido natural de las calles y transeúntes pero es algo que se tiene que asumir al reservar.

Vicino a molti locali e accanto a un supermercato. Appartamento pulito, adatto a tre persone, staff molto disponibile a tutte le nostre richieste. L'aria condizionata è stata essenziale perché la zona la sera è un pochino rumorosa, ma con finestre chiuse e aria accesa tutto sistemato. Consigliatissimo! Grazie Alberto per averci permesso di lasciare le valige in appartamento ben dopo orario chek-out! Tutto secondo nostre aspettative!

Apartment was clean and comfortable - it was so nice to have space to relax and eat a meal in during our stay.

Supermarket is in front of the apartment, catedral is 3 minutes walk, nice square 1 minute, main walking street just 20 meters from apartment. Next time when I will go to Sevilla I will stay in this apartment. Lack of kitchen utensils.

• Virginia (4/5): We had 3 nights booked, left after the first night. - Not much. Extremely noisy. Bathroom had a bad odor, mould. No sheets/bed clothes for the extra couch/bed. Stains on living room cushions, croutons and other miscellaneous items found in chair covers, obviously never cleaned from last tenant. Had to use duvet with no cover, so obviously someone else will do the same duvet. Is this sanitary?? I think not!

• Young (9/5): Superb - Place was so convenient, the house had everything we needed and the host was very accommodating with our travel times etc.
• Krzeminska (9/5): Superb - Big apartment in very good location, grocery shop is just in front of the apartment. Very clean and easy to contact with owner. You have everything in the kitchen if you want to cook, I think will be nice to have some coffee or tea and shower gel of shampoo. But rest was excellent

• Lindsay (8/5): Very good - I forgot to look at the message from the host on how to collect keys and didn't have wifi, so we had to call from out front and the host was able to help immediately with the lock box so we could get in. The location was absolutely amazing. Steps from a courtyard and 10-15 from most attractions. The glass shower door did not close fully so water leaked out onto the bathroom floor all the time. The door needs raised to close inside the shower pan, not outside.

• Peter (10/5): Central location and fantastic place to stay - Fantastic accomodation enough for 3 people one double bedroom and a sofa bed too. Very comfortable . Location is right in the centre in the old town only a few minutes walk to the cathedral and the Metropol Parasol. Supermarket next door and right in the middle of shops and restaurants . If you need a bus it’s also very near . Either a 25 minute walk or a short bus ride to central station . Great communication with Alberto although never met , instantly replied to any request . A very nice and helpful gentleman
