• Antonis (10/5): - Very nice and quiet apartment. Fully equiped for everything a family needs. Quick to respond host. Excellent comunication. Excellent location near a metro station, and several tram stations. 30 minutes max to travel anywhere in the city. Didn't find anything opposite to my liking.
• Ramón (9/5): Espectacular - El apartamento y la reforma es una cucada. El baño y la cama, super cómoda, encima de la plataforma de madera una pasada. Calefacción no funcionaba y tuvimos que estar los 3 días, mientras que estábamos en el apartamento, con los edredones en el sofá.
• bealop (8/5): - Es una zona muy tranquila y está bien comunicado por tranvía con el centro. La cocina está muy equipada, los electrodomésticos funcionan bien y las camas son cómodas. La televisión grande y en general muy adecuado para 4 personas. Seguramente repetiría. La limpieza....estaba limpio pero de manera superficial, no habian vaciado la papelera del baño de los clientes anteriores y tuvimos que mover la cama-sofa de la habitación y estaba todo lleno de polvo y de papeles de clientes anteriores, entiendo que no se haga limpieza a fondo cada vez pero se debería vigilar un poco más.

• Erika (9/5): - Molto spazioso e arredato con gusto. La domotica avanzata è stata una sorpresa e abituarsi all'inizio un pò faticoso ma molto conveniente. Bagno grandissimo e letti molto comodi I gradini di accesso alla camera e al bagno e le porte da saloon un pò scomodi

• Egor (10/5): - Die Wohnung befindet sich in der perfekten Lage. Ruhig, sehr nah an den ÖPNV. Direkt gegenüber dem Eingang ist die Canisiuskirche – ein historisches Merkmal. Die Wohnung selbst ist hervorragend möbliert, geräumig und hell. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Küche ist genug ausgestattet.
• Michael (10/5): Great value in a residential area close to everything. - Great location. 1 block to trains and metro. Cool and modern design. Very clean. Nice 2 bedrooms. Would highly recommend.

• SUSIPLUS24 (10/5): - Muy buena ubicación y muy bien comunicado para poder moverte por la ciudad, estación de metro y tranvía muy cerquita, espacioso y agradable, las camas comidisimas para descansar, la cocina bastante bien equipada, aunque añadiría algún que otro vaso mas. Por poner algún pero..la presión del agua era muy débil para la ducha y eso hacía que a veces no saliera el agua muy caliente.

• Francisco (10/5): Boa escolha - Apartamento muito espaçoso e bem decorado, a 3min de uma estação de metro e com supermercado a 5min. Zona silenciosa e tranquila. As portas tipo saloon para o WC e para um dos quartos são divertidas mas não são práticas.

• M. (2/5): Ongeschikt voor ouderen - Locatie Ongeschikt voor ouderen. Er zijn traptreden zonder leuning met klapdeuren naar slaaplamer en wc/douche. Ook als je wel goed ter been bent heel onhandig en onnodig. Verder alleen regendouche geen handdouche plus uitrusting keuken heel.beperkt (1 limonadeglas en geen wijn of theeglazen).

• Sheila (9/5): Un gran lugar en una gran ciudad - Nos ha encantado su ubicación, y la comodidad del apartamento, muy bonito y cuidado. Todo estaba muy limpio 😊 Faltaban elementos básicos de la cocina, no había cubiertos para todos y tuvimos que comprar desechables. Se agradecería también elementos del hogar como jabón de fregar.

• Bozo4mon (8/5): In short, a beautiful apartment in a great location with some areas for improvement towards excellen - I really liked the location – it’s peaceful and relaxing. The apartment is beautifully designed and well thought out. SmaCommunication was excellent. The kitchen is excellently equipped and functional, with a clear intention to incorporate innovative smart solutions. Everything is well explained in the provided information. The bathroom is very spacious but not functional – the doors are like saloon-style curtains, with poor sound insulation. There’s also no towel rack or anywhere to hang clothes. The shower cabin is designed to have a shower fixture, but it’s missing, and I prefer not to use a bathtub just for showering. The small room is poorly ventilated and has the same issue with doors – they are more suited for restaurants or kitchens rather than bedrooms. If someone snores, others won’t be able to sleep. The platform height is around 185 cm, and since I’m taller than that, I kept hitting my head. There was no hairdryer
