• kike (1/5): Son unos estafadores - El apartamento está muy bien!!!pero no repetiría por que al final te quieren estafar con la fianza Al final te quieren estafar con 150 de la fianza...en el sofá había una quemadura que se veía nada más llegar...pues me dicen que lo hemos hecho nosotros y no fumamos ninguno y mi madre era la que dormía en el sofá y tiene

• Carlota (7/5): Correcto - La ubicación es muy buena. La comunidad muy limpia, la piscina muy agradable y accesible y la plaza de garaje muy amplia y cómoda. La limpieza del apartamento propia de un hotel (sábanas, toallas, frigorífico…). El aire acondicionado funciona genial, lo cual se agradece con el calor que hace en esta época. El check in muy cómodo y el acceso a la vivienda, como es por código, muy fácil. El apartamento necesita una actualización (y más con los precios de alquiler en temporada alta en esta zona). El grifo de la cocina funciona regular y la encimera (las juntas) así como el suelo necesitarían ser cambiados. El colchón suena en cuanto te sientas (suena con el mínimo movimiento, lo cual es bastante incómodo por las noches). Algunos marcos de las puertas están muy deteriorados. La puerta del baño no cierra, la tapa del inodoro es más grande que la propia taza y la cadena del inodoro está desencajada. Uno de los armarios tenía la puerta rota (descolgada).

Maybe that it had a parking spot. - the couch was broken; - the dirty blanket in the bedroom; - the router that does not work because it is out of the connection in the wall; - the bathroom switcher which electrocutes; - the bathroom door showing that there was probably a flood or something like that. (the bathroom seems very usafe at this moment, as you can risk to electrcoute); - the additional key they should have provided in order to get in the building, which was in the apartment - basically, they let us to beg the neighbours to have access in the building in order to get the key that we should have been provided to have access in the building. - no response from host (they did not even answer Booking); - all references from the communication with them (online) were to air bnb
