O apartamento é equipado com fogão, Nespresso, geladeira (não é frigobar), lava louça e lava roupa, tudo o que precisa para uma ótima estádia, e também ar condicionado. As camas e roupas de cama de boa qualidade. O apartamento é ótimo. O prédio é antigo, mas faz parte da arquitetura de Roma. As janelas existentes dão para uma laje do prédio, ou seja, não há vista. Como todos os alugueis em Roma, ele também é caro, mas faz parte do custo da viagem com Euro valorizado.

The only suggestion I could make is the addition of a Handbook containing information on transport, taxis, cafes, coffee shops, supermarkets, house rules, appliance instructions including TV etc.

• Sharon (9/5): If you have a couple of days in Rome and want to see all the sights this is a great base as it is on a popular street bu - The property was in a classy area and was in a heritage building (palace) just a short walk to the Spanish Steps. It was cosy, compact and neat and has everything you need. Sonia was excellent to communicate with and left some treats in the fridge. Very generous host! It didn’t matter to me but if you are very tall it could be an issue as the roof in the bathroom and bedroom is curved at the sides and made of blocks so you just need to be aware to not hit your head.

• Percell (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was extremely comfortable, with a nice entry, kitchenette and living room, plus a bedroom on one side and spacious bathroom on the other. There are a/c's in the main living area and in the bedroom (both are very powerful). Everything was in great condition, and the kitchen was even nicely stocked with utensils and dishes. It was just up one flight of stairs, away from the street, and incredibly quiet, even in the mornings. There is a PAM market just 30 yards or so away with all the basic supplies, and more markets in the immediate area. There are also a couple of coffee bars within a minute walk, though the apartment has a good deLonghi coffee maker. It is just a 3-5 minute walk from Spagna metro station, on the road leading away from the Spanish Steps, which is a beautiful area of Rome, and easy walking distance to the Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, and lots of shopping and dining. Much of Rome is walking distance from here if you enjoy walking. The hostess was wonderfully professional and helpful, arrived on time to meet us, showed the apartment's amenities, spoke fluent English, and provided tips about settling in and enjoying the visit. I felt she really wanted us to enjoy our stay in the apartment and in Rome. I live in Italy and have visited Rome 5 or 6 times (the fridge in this apartment is larger than the one in my home, the the apartment's a/c's work better!) This was both the nicest location where I've stayed in Rome and the best value that I remember. I plan to stay here for return visits.
