• Wael.Khalil (10/5): - الشقة نظيفة جدا و منظمة و كل ماتم ذكره في الاعلان عنها كان متوفرا. المكان ممتاز و قريب من أولد تاون ماربيلا ويبعد 3 دقائق مشيا على الاقدام. قريبة من الشاطئ وتبعد 10 دقائق تقريباً مشيا على الأقدام. أنصح بهذه الشقة لكل من يرغب بزيارة ماربيلا. طابق رابع و لا يوجد مصعد في البناء

• Marianne (10/5): Super locatie met een geweldige host. - De locatie van het appartement is top. Je kijkt vanaf het terras op de muur van de oude stad en je staat ook binnen een paar minuten in de oude stad. De host was geweldig. Reageerde heel erg snel op berichtjes die via booking.com werden verstuurd. We waren in eerder in Marbella en er werd aan alle kanten getracht (en dat lukte) dat we eerder konden inchecken. Ook de tips die werden gegeven om de auto te parkeren (3 euro voor 24 H) waren top!. Voordat je bij het appartement bent moet je acht trappen omhoog lopen. Was goed te doen maar wellicht niet voor iedereen. Wat mij betreft moet je dit appartement boeken als je Marbella / oude stad wilt bezoeken.

• Andy (8/5): Nice place, great location in center of Marbella. - Great location minutes away from the old center and the beach. Very clean and parking nearby was exceptionally cheap. Very recommendable. On the fourth floor with no elevator which isn’t mentioned when searching. AC only available in living room and ok as long as bedroom doors are kept open.

• Angie (9/5): Superb - The beds were very comfortable! The whole apartment is great! The balcony is awesome! A wonderful location to see the old town and everything in walking distance. Parking - we had a larger SUV which was difficult to maneuver. We would prefer an extra blanket for sleeping but that is just us:).

• Judith (10/5): Wish I could have stayed longer - Francisco is an amazing host! Very kind and accommodating. The apartment looked just as good as on the pictures. Location is perfect, you can walk anywhere. I was there during the winter, and didn't have any issues with noise from the street.
• Natejc (5/5): Price on point, misleading description could be an issue for some, at times. - The apartment was a decent size, furnishings met expectations, it was bright and functional. The host was pleasant enough but it was unnecessary and a lock box and better pre-arrival communications would have been better for all, we felt. Despite the list of negatives, the price, for August in Marbella made this an easy yes. The biggest problem is the listing states 'air-conditioned' and the assumption is that bedrooms have AC, especially in August. That was NOT the case, it was one unit in the living space and the bedrooms only each had a poor functioning ceiling fan over the bed (the host went to some effort to explain in detail how the fan changes color; this pleased him a lot, I would rather have had an AC unit!) This predicament meant closing all awnings and shutters to keep out the heat (and light) and keeping the 1 AC on full 24/7 with all doors open internally - it worked but should not have been necessary. The bathroom was very small, adequate for us but it was really no bigger than a closet. As with many hosts the bedding (and furniture) was courtesy of the infamous Swedish store; why those who rent spaces to sleep don't invest more in the actual bed/bedding/pillows etc I do not know but this could have been a lot better, but was adequate. The listing was clear that it was 4th floor and no elevator, however the unusually low ceiling on the first two levels of the building presented a painful experience for this 6'2" guest - zero signage, warnings or padded edges. The first encounter coming down was enough to make me much more cautious! A lock box would have made arriving much easier; the gentleman did keep a parking space for check in and assisted with bag which was decent but that alone doesn't make the experience. Warning! Parking in the area was virtually impossible! I drove around and around for just under 2hrs, missed our dinner reservation and added considerably to the local emissions. Every car park was full by 8pm including the Mercado 40euro a night one. We considered parking illegally and paying any ticket received but all the illegal spots were taken too - highly recommend trying to prebook parking or travel by taxi.
