• Valle (8/5): - Me gusto mucho el estilo del cuarto, lo cómodo del lugar, y sobre todo lo limpio. Pensamos que habíamos tomado la habitación con cocina y todo incluido, o por lo menos en la parte de afuera si hubiera habido una cocina aunque sea hubiera sido cool. Compramos cosas para cocinar y no pudimos usarlas por ese hecho.

The back of the TV was obviously u touched and very dusty. Toilet seat needed fixing and one or two other things needed attention. Nothing major … just needs a bit more attention.

• Giovanna (10/5): Good value for money option near the airport - Flat is nice. Comfortable bed, good bathroom with good shower, kitchen you can use to cook. The flat is well clean. Location is next to a mall and not far from the airport and bus station. Good value for money. Owner is very kind and helpful, very nice host! Overall we were happy with the choice!

• Aline (9/5): - Der Gastgeber und das Personal sind sehr freundlich und stehen jederzeit für Fragen zur Verfügung. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker und es gibt jeden Tag etwas anderes. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut. Viele Sachen, wie Surfen und Yoga können direkt vor Ort gebucht werden und werden in der Unterkunft angeboten. Es gibt immer Wasser, welches bezogen werde kann. Das Hostel ist nicht ganz im Zentrum . Deshalb ist es sehr ruhig. Man hat den Strandabschnitt eigentlich immer für sich alleine.
• Jalca (5/5): 😞Pudo ser mejor - Es un lugar al que siempre que necesito voy. Me gusta el lugar y la ubicación. Llegué a las 9:30pm el sábado y tuve que tocar el timbre de la habitación por que no funcionó la cerradura de la puerta principal, y al día siguiente no funcionó el código. Además, la puerta de la habitación no se aseguraba el domingo, me queda la duda si el sábado pasó también si seguro y así dormimos.

• Maynard (8/5): An attractive place to stay - Everything is in good condition and very clean. I found the bed to be firm and comfortable. The location is good as it's only a block and a half to a major shopping mall that has a food court. Taxis and public transportation are easy to use in this area. There's a vegetarian restaurant just around the corner in case you are interested. The Wi-Fi was good. The kitchen was fully equipped and even comes with a full size refrigerator. I would call this a studio apartment (not a one bedroom apartment), because it is just one big room. Host was friendly. I stayed in two different apartments, and there was a problem with the electric shower heads in both (resulting in no hot water). If it's important to you to have a warm or hot shower, be sure to contact the owner and ask them about the current situation (they are working on this issue). It's usually very quiet here, especially during the day. There was occasionally some noise from dogs in the property behind this building.

• Andrew (9/5): A good option in Guayaquil - It was a convenient and comfortable stay. The host did a good job with communication, and I recommend this option for a good stay. I enjoyed the big television and comfortable bed. Certain areas could have been cleaned a bit better. I did find a half-dead cockroach in the kitchen, but I suppose that is normal in Guayaquil.
• Dirk (8/5): Very big comfy room with kitchenette and all things you need to make a home cooked meal - Next to A huge Mall, 1 block walk. 2 AC units Shower had issues when we were there low pressure no hot water
• Isabell (8/5): Very good - Strange check-in and payment modality. It wasn’t possible to pay via Booking and credit card but the stuff sent a not trustworthy link. In the end I paid cash but in a strange way because there is no one present at the hotel.
