• Vkenny1 (10/5): Superb views. - Great 10 days in this apartment, everything you need. Right on the beach, and up to the 5th floor leave you right up to the centre of torremolinos. Bed super comfy, love that the bedroom is facing the sea, can get great views of sunrise . Liked everything 😁
• Hans (9/5): Stunning views! - The view was spectacular. You see the sun coming up from your bedroom. From the cosy balcony you'll see the sun go down again. All the necessary facilities were there. What a great location, we have enjoyed the stay a lot and will definetely come back. It's not easy to find the entrance but with the great virtual whatsapp support from the Calma Rental team You'll get there. Otherwise really nothing to complain about.
• Kalle (9/5): - Asukoht ja vaade merele oli meeldiv, majutuse sisustus vastas ootustele. Vastavuses minu eelsooviga varustati meid kahe võtmekomplektiga. Kuna ümbruskonnas on palju vaaraosipelgaid, siis on loomulik, et ka majutusasutus ei saa nende sissetungi vältida. Saabudes oli valamute ümbrus neist tulvil, ent pärast ühekordset tõrjet äädika ja sipelgamürgiga ei andnud nad ennast järgneva nädala jooksul näole. Soovitan perenaisel jätta külalistele vastav instruktsioon ning uuendada ka minu jäetud sipelgamürgi ballooni. Kuna külalistel on olnud varem lifti juurde pääsemisega probleeme ja Google Maps ka võtmega avatavatest väravatest pilte ei sisalda, siis lisan paar fotot. Esimene värav on üldjuhul lahti, ent õhtul-hommikul võib ka see lukus olla (kõik väravad avab sama võti). Teine lukustatud värav avab tee viimase korruse ukse juurde, mis avaneb võtme või sinise elektroonilise nööbi abil (sama võti või nööp toimib ka ranna poolt majja pääsemiseks). Lahkudes on võimalik võti jätta võtmekasti, kust selle saabudes saite. Kuna paar viimast päeva olid vihmased, siis jätsin meid päästnud vihmavarju uutele külalistele päranduseks :)

• Jarmopekka (9/5): - Hieno näkymä parvekkeelta! Aurinkoinen terassi parveke. Kompakti asunto jossa kaikki tarpeellinen. Alakerrassa pieni supermercado josta sai perustarvikkeet. Uimaan voi kävellä suoraan ulko-ovelta!

• Sanchez Guemes (10/5): Buena - La ubicación y como estaba repartido la facilidad para llegar y demas 10/10 El aire acondicionado goteaba mucho aveces la manecilla de la puerta de la calle no estaba bien y la mitad de las sartenes no servían ya que era una placa de inducción y tienen que ser sartenes especificas
• Nicole (9/5): - Locatie is geweldig. Fijn de sleutel voor de lift naar het centrum. Appartement alles aanwezig. Wat gedateerd maar schoon. Uitleg waar de sleutel opgehaald moet worden die vertaling klopt niet.
• Manuel (10/5): - Muy cómodo y con todo lo que necesitas para unos días en la playa. Buenos electrodomésticos, cama cómoda. Los ventiladores de techo muy útiles. Todo bien.

(2/5): A tener en cuenta - Las vistas y la ubicación una vez ubicados . que está en zona restringida y con accesos muy dificultoso para gente mayor, te enteraste el día anterior y cuándo estás en la puerta , ya que los vídeos explicativos no son claros .El Parquin es un área restringida de uso común, pero en la calle.Para recoger la llave hay que andar 200 metros, recogerla , volver al coche y adivinar como seguir. El equipaje cargarlo a pulso escaleras a rampas abajo 4 pisos para acceder al ático donde tomas el ascensor hasta la tercera planta.y los responsables del alojamiento solo nos comunicamos por teléfono ,recogimos un juego de llaves del cajetin y dado que éramos 3 adultos y nos encontramos con tantos problemas de acceso, le he pedido otro juego, también había solicitado almohadas supletorias, que no tenía y reclamé, todo lo he tenido que recoger andando 600 metros y sin ver a nadie todo en el cajetin y colgado en la puerta de la recepción, que nunca hay nadie. No recomiendo este alojamiento. vajilla, menaje de cocina y pequeños electrodomésticos desfasado y descuidados. Ropa de cama de mucho uso, Sofa cama desfasado e imcómodo, hay dos almacenajes bajo la cama principal con telarañas y hormigas en el apartamento , no hay facilidad ninguna con las compras ya que el acceso vehícular, está restringido. Si quieren ser buenos anfitriones tienen que resolver estos temas, Espero que tomen nota de ello

• Stephen (9/5): Great spot , appt great for the 5 nights - Great location, clean and the keys to lift to get into the town are great. It is described as a one bedroom but it is a studio really with a wall up to make a bedroom at the front, thus makes the living area quite dark
• Paula (9/5): Superb - The location & view were amazing. Apartment was clean & fully equipped. Very responsive when we blew a breaker and the electricity went out, they were very quick to call us back after having texted them. Although I loved the place and would book again, there are some things people need to be aware of: (1) The bed (mattress) was not comfortable and way too soft. Would recommend to change up the mattress. (2) Keys were suppose to be in a locked box as per email received but when we arrived they weren't there. Someone showed up 10mins later with them. (3) greeter with the keys barely spoke/ understood English (4) greeter NEVER informed us about how to access to the elevator via one of the 3 keys provided and how to access the parking area. She called the hotel on the corner and handed me the phone to speak with the hotel's receptionist. FYI to anyone renting this apartment: You will receive 3 keys: 1 key is for the apartment door; another key for apartment building access and 3rd key was for the gates to access the elevator (!!). There is also a grey fob which also provides access in and out of the parking areas as well as the elevator--- sadly the access to the parking & elevator gates (both upstairs and down) was not told to us and we only wound up figuring out 3 days into the vacation after having trekked down the steep and narrow stairs with our suitcases which was insanely difficult and had wished we had been properly informed! All in all, apart for the stairs episode, everything else was wonderful!! Thanks!!
• Erhan (10/5): Exceptional - The fact that the house is by the sea is a great advantage. The house had everything we needed. The elevator that gives access to the city center saves you time. Due to the location of the house, it is close to the beach, markets and shopping places, train and bus station.
• Jake (9/5): Excellent location - Location on beach front Air conditioning and fans 2x TV's Wide selection of kitchen ware Washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, kettle, iron, etc. Easy check in and check out Message from agent before arrival Access to lift going up to town centre Bedroom small but convenient Lifts in building need maintenance with exposed wiring etc.
