Basic pantry and fridge items on arrival. Clean and aired. No air con in the bedrooms. Lounge very low and hard, not enough seating. Lighting very dim. Hot water was scolding hot and no mixer tap. Very easy to burn yourself. No gate across the back veranda, difficult to contain small children.

The linen was clean & first class, ample towels, blankets etc. The fridge & pantry were stocked with basic necessaties. Thank you for the Tim Tam's, the kids loved this treat. It had everything we needed for our stay whilst attending a sporting event. Absolutely loved our stay & have raved about this property to many people. It worked out cheaper than any hotel/motel I could find too (during Qld school holidays) plus we had plenty of room, the house is huge. Great communications with owner too, highly recommended. Thank you! No windows coverings on front two bedrooms doors overlooking street. Managed an easy fix with our own light throw from car. These were attached with safety pins to hooks on the doors.
